Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

Vexen brought up his shield, deflecting the flying weapon. He retaliated by summoning a pillar of ice above Axel's head. He would not lose to Axel again.

Axel barely dodged the attack, ticked off now. "Burn!" he cried, throwing his other Chakram at Vexen. He never did like Vexen; he was a creep. And now it was time for the creep to be terminated for good.
Vexen winced slightly, stepping back because of the element's heat. But then he lifted his wicked eyes to Axel and smirked. "No, I believe it is time for you to freeze!" he cried, sending ice at the former Organization member.

Terra heard all the battles across the field, Vexen and Axel having a short conversation that he overheard. But he was so focused on Xehanort that most everything else was tuned out. Terra...He was losing against Master Xehanort. But he continued to fight, not giving up. He didn't have the luxury of giving up.
Aqua grunted, feeling a Heartless attack her to the ground. It started clawing at her helmet, but even she knew it couldn't hold back against the tearing. She casted Firaga on the beast and it shrieked before backing off. The visor in her helmet was shattered, and bits of it were stuck on her face inside. The woman tore the helmet off and threw it to the side, not caring about it for now.

Terra jumped back to avoid a magic attack from Master Xehanort, and he looked up to see the man running at him. He couldn't lift his Keyblade in time and he was impacted hard in the chest by Xehanort's weapon. A cry of pain left his lips when he was knocked back, landing on his stomach a few yards away, immobilized. He couldn't move; the pain was too much. The pain in his head was back from when Xehanort managed to knock off his helmet, and the rest of his body was killing him. He grunted and tried to push himself back up anyway, knowing he didn't have a choice.
Aqua had just pushed herself to her feet when she heard the cry, one that came from Terra. Her eyes widened as the wind blew her hair against her face, seeing his position. No, Xehanort... He was going to-- "Ah!" Aqua cried, falling to her hands and knees when a Neoshadow scratched at her back.

Terra got up to his knees, his weapon out of his reach. He was immediately distracted, though, when he saw a Keyblade pointed at his chest. His eyes narrowed and he looked up at Master Xehanort, his breathing ragged due to pain and weakness. Xehanort...

"I don't see why you bother fighting me anymore, Terra," Master Xehanort said as he kept his blade pointed at Terra, shaking his head a little bit as well. "You've had a good life in the Light recently, but that's about to come to an end. On the bright side, your Master will be free to regain his life." Until Xehanort tracked him down and took it away again.

Aqua heard Xehanort's voice and lifted her head, looking past the Neoshadows in her way. "Terra," she said breathlessly, voice quiet but still full of worry. No...this couldn't happen to him!

"Your life is over; your part is done," Master Xehanort said. "Not only were you the messenger boy, but you were also the delivery boy, coming to me yourself." He smirked at that, seeing the fury on Terra's face. But they both knew that he couldn't fight back any longer. "Farewell, Terra." This time, it would be a permanent farewell.
"No..." Aqua said hushly. She pushed herself up and whacked at the Heartless in her way, ignoring them as they scratched her in retaliation. Once she was past them, she dismissed her weapon and sprinted for Terra. She wouldn't let Xehanort do this!

Terra breathlessly glared at Xehanort, seeing that the man was savoring seeing him in pain. But then he saw a change on Xehanort's expression, and he shifted the grip on his Keyblade to point it more directly at Terra's heart. This was it...
Aqua's eyes widened and she made herself move faster, and once she was close enough, she did it. "No!" she shrieked, sliding on her knees and stirring up dust. She stopped in front of Terra and clutched him, her arms wrapped around his neck as one hand rested on the back of his head. Her back was to Xehanort and his Keyblade, her face buried in Terra's neck.

Terra's eyes widened when Aqua suddenly intervened, and how it was that she stepped in. She was...embracing him. And she was in front of him, blocking his heart from Xehanort. He lifted his gaze to that man, who seemed surprised as well.

"What's this?" Master Xehanort asked, lowering his Keyblade when Aqua stepped in. This wasn't fitting behavior for a Master. And not intelligent, either; now she could be struck down very easily. But he was interested in what caused this, so he wouldn't kill her. Yet.

Aqua's breathing was heavy, though her breaths were shaking with fear and expectance. Xehanort could take her, but he wouldn't get Terra. The girl clutched at Terra's hair without hurting him, keeping her hold on him secure. She wouldn't let this happen. Not to him...

"Master Aqua, you would give your life for the murderer of your Master?" Xehanort asked, looking at the girl who clung to his target. He always knew women were mysterious, but she was acting irrationally now. Terra was responsible for Eraqus's death, even if Xehanort himself was the one who killed him. Terra made him weak enough for him to easily kill. Didn't Aqua know that?
Aqua turned her head at the words, her face close to Terra's as she looked at Xehanort. Fear was present on her face, but so was protection. "Yes," she answered, still clutching Terra. He may have helped strike down Master Eraqus, but he was doing it to protect Ventus. He wasn't a murderer; he was a hero.

Terra looked down at Aqua in surprise at her ready answer, though he couldn't see much of her face because her head was against the lower part of his. He didn't have time to dwell on anything, though, the conversation pressing onward.

"If you allowed me to, I could return your Master to you," Xehanort said to Aqua. "Don't you want the return of somebody so important and influential in your life?" Eraqus treated his students as if they were family. That was a mistake Xehanort never made.

Aqua didn't answer right away, her sad eyes dropping to the ground. But then she turned her eyes to look up at Terra, her hold still the same. She looked into his eyes, letting her words speak to him through them. I'm sorry...but I can't let him do this to you. I just can't. Aqua was still trying to form an answer to Xehanort's question, and she would give it to him momentarily.

Terra held Aqua's gaze, able to tell what message she was communicating. She wouldn't give up Terra, even if it meant the return of Master Eraqus. He exhaled a softer breath, looking down towards the ground. He was grateful for that, even if he did deserve punishment for what he helped do to his Master.
"Master Xehanort," Aqua started softly, her eyes still on Terra's face. But then she turned her head so it was pressed slightly against Terra's and she could see the man threatening someone she cared deeply for. "I would love to have Master Eraqus with us all again, but if you did this, he wouldn't have all of us. Terra would be gone, and Master Eraqus wouldn't want it this way." She frowned at the old man, somebody she used to respect. "Your answer is the same: yes. I will give up my life for Terra."
  • Author

"What a sad answer, Aqua," Master Xehanort said, shaking his head. "Here I hoped that you would be rational about this. You do not have a choice about whether to have Terra or Eraqus in your life. The decision is mine." And nothing would change that.

Terra's eyes narrowed at Xehanort's response, knowing that despite Aqua's heartfelt answer, Xehanort wouldn't change his plans. He hadn't expected him to anyway. He lifted a hand to Aqua's back protectively, his eyes staying on Xehanort.

Aqua held onto Terra a little tighter at the answer, knowing that he was going to take Terra anyway...wasn't he? "You monster," she said, her voice soft with disbelief and hurt. How could he be so cruel?

"I see that you won't just let me have my way," Xehanort said to Aqua, seeing that she still wasn't releasing Terra. "So, I suppose that I'll have to end your life to get to Terra. It's a shame that Eraqus will return and only one of his pupil will still be alive." Unless Xehanort decided to kill Ventus at the end of the day. It depended on his mood.
Aqua glared at Xehanort but then turned her head away from him. She wasn't releasing Terra...not now. If Master Xehanort wanted to get to Terra, he was right--he would have to kill her. She wouldn't let him get away with it so easily, even if that meant her life would be lost.
