Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

Xehanort saw the elemental attack coming, one that was far too predictable for his tastes. He disappeared into a dark hole in the ground when the attack hit, the darkness than hovering underneath Ventus.

Ven stumbled back a step when Xehanort was gone, the man having pushed his Keyblade off of his before he vanished. "What?!" he asked, though he then noticed the darkness under him. And then Xehanort rose up, striking him with his Keyblade and sending him flying with a powerful blow. A cry left his lips when he flew, though that cry turned into a grunt when he landed on a piece of elevated ground that Xehanort had moved to separate him from his friends.

Riku was just about to approach Master Xehanort when the ground rose up, just like the last time. Instead of it separating him from Sora, it separated him and Aqua from Ven. Riku skidded to a halt, looking up at the high ground, growling under his breath. "Ventus!" he hollered.

Aqua heard Riku's holler, though she was already aware of the situation. Even so, she didn't stop her pursuit. When she fell to the Darkness so many years ago, she had kept all of her abilities. That included Time Splicer.

Xehanort looked to Aqua and Riku, summoning another attack that would distract them. He pointed his Keyblade at the sky and boulders of earth rose up out of the ground, orange and reminding him of meteors. He aimed half of them at Aqua and half of them at Riku before he teleported to Ventus's level, seeing him just rising to his feet.

Riku dodge-rolled out of the way of a few boulders, immediately casting Dark Shield in front of him when he knew he hadn't evaded all of them. Luckily, a few bounced off, but one got past the shield and hit him. Riku cried out in surprise, landing roughly a few feet back.

Aqua casted Shield around herself when she saw the attack, immediately calling to her powers. She jumped up and did an air jump, making her go higher into the air. She grunted as she reached the higher ground, grabbing onto it with one hand. Aqua groaned slightly as she struggled to pull herself up, at the same time stabbing her Keyblade into the ground for support once her torso was over the ledge.

Ventus noticed Aqua behind Xehanort, and he immediately knew that he had to keep the man busy so that she could get in a sneak attack. He used his speed to his advantage, running forward and initiating a battle with Xehanort once more. Though his Keyblade was blocked the first time, he kept attacking.
Aqua finally got all the way onto the elevated piece of land, pulling her Keyblade out of the ground. It was then that she focused her attention on the fight taking place, watching Master Xehanort for a pattern. When she finally had an opening, she took it. The young woman charged forward, then jumping into the air, preparing her Time Splicer attack.

Ventus was surprised at Xehanort's quickness, the man having more speed than Terra ever did. He grunted when Xehanort's Keyblade impacted him, sending him back a few feet. He managed to land on his feet, though, ignoring the aching in his body that was already beginning to form because he hadn't fought for so long.
"Farewell!" Aqua cried, bringing her Keyblade down on Master Xehanort. However, she didn't stop there. She put her command to good use, hitting him repeatedly before she teleported to another side of him, continuing the attack. She released battle cries as she dealt the blows, teleporting once more in front of the old man as she hovered in the air, striking him a few more times before her attack ended.

Xehanort gasped raggedly at the pain of the attacks, having not seen Aqua in the area. He tried to recover as quickly as possible, though he himself couldn't attack. Instead, he summoned Heartless throughout the area to do the work for him while he recovered.
Aqua was about to go for Xehanort again when a Neoshadow rose up from the ground right in front of her. She gasped slightly in surprise, startled by the sudden appearance, though she immediately recovered. The young Keyblade Master casted Blizzaga on the creature, freezing it in its place before moving on to another. However, she never did stop thinking of Ven, hoping he was okay and trying to catch a glimpse of him out of the corner of her eye.

Ven fought through one Neoshadow before going to another, recognizing these creatures both from Sora's past experience and through his own memories were Xehanort used to be his master. He slashed at one Heartless before he caught movement out of the corner of his eye, seeing Xehanort rushing at him. He gasped in surprise, barely managing to lift his Keyblade in time to block the attack. How was he so quick?!
Aqua heard a clashing noise from behind her, and she whirled around. Her eyes widened behind her helmet at what she saw. "Ven!" she called, her voice holding worry and fear heavily within its tone. But that small second of distraction was against her. Aqua fell forward when she was attacked from behind, grunting as she hit the ground. However, her instincts had her turning on her back immediately and lifting her blade, blocking a Neoshadow from lunging at her torso.

Ven grunted, blocking one of Xehanort's attacks and being forced back a step. But then Xehanort kept on doing that same thing until Ven was on the very edge, only a few inches away from falling down the side of this land. This wasn't good...
Riku was stuck on lower ground. He was surprised to see a Heartless come falling from over the edge a few minutes ago, and he guessed that either Ven or Aqua had sent it over the ledge. Regardless, he defeated it in a few swings, otherwise without much cooperation to this fight. When he lifted his eyes up to the elevated piece of land, he gasped in fear. "Ventus!" Riku screamed, seeing the younger Keyblader close to the edge of the cliff.

Ven's eyes widened behind his mask, Xehanort swinging at him really hard and sending him back off the edge of the cliff. There was nothing he could do while he was in midair, and so he prepared himself for the impact he would have on the ground. He landed on one foot before the other, which made him fall onto his side with a hard grunt. He rolled a few times before he came to a stop, his helmet somehow knocked off from when he hit the ground.
Riku released a sound of surprise, not hesitating running over to Ven when he stopped on the ground. He glanced up at the cliff above to see if Xehanort was going to come down, but he focused back on Ventus not a second later. Riku panted heavily as he raced toward the teen, knowing that it was crucial he reached him before Xehanort did.

Ventus started to sit up, his eyes automatically wandering up towards the cliff. He gasped in surprise when he saw that Xehanort was on his way down, having just jumped off. But then the man opened his hand and sent dark orbs towards him. They were coming so quickly...he couldn't defend himself! He lifted his arms to cover his face, preparing for impact.
Dark Shield. Dark Shield! Riku thought internally, rushing forward when he saw the attack going towards Ven. The boy felt the power rush within him and he cried out, teleporting in front of Ven at the last second, his shield blocking the orbs from hitting his comrade.

Ven lowered his arms when he heard the attack being deflected, his eyes going to Riku in front of him. A breath of relief escaped him, though he wasn't relieved for too long when he saw Xehanort land smoothly on the ground a few yards in front of him and Riku.
Riku breathed heavily, his adrenaline pumping quickly through his veins. "Game's over!" he hollered once he caught his breath. "You're gonna pay for all the trouble you've caused, and for what you did to Sora!" He would avenge his best friend's downfall, if it was the last thing he did.

Xehanort smirked slightly, Keyblade tight in his grasp. Riku really thought he could beat him? Hadn't he seen how easily he could handle two or three Keybladers at once? Oh well; he would humor the teen for a short while before he got to Ventus. He summoned Neoshadows and ordered them to attack Ventus so that he would be tired down by the time Xehanort got to him.

Ven turned around when he sensed movement, jumping up to his feet and swinging through one of the Heartless that came at him. "I got these!" he told Riku, letting him know that he could go after Xehanort.

At Ven's holler, Riku tightened his grip on his Keyblade. He then brought his left arm back, shooting Dark Aura at Master Xehanort. After shooting a few fireballs, he sprinted foward, hoping he got distracted. Of course, Xehanort always had a trick up his sleeve.

Xehanort portalled into the ground, successfully and easily avoiding Riku's attack. A circle of Darkness ran along the ground, heading towards Riku and going under him so that Xehanort could pop up and attack him like he had done with Ventus earlier.
Riku saw the blob of Darkness underneath him, following him as he continued to run. Wait a second, what was going on?! Riku quickly had a memory lapse of the Neoshadows, and how they often did this. Just keep running, he told himself. Maybe with the right timing, he could avoid this...

After a few moments, Xehanort rose up, swinging his Keyblade at Riku but missing. He felt annoyed at the kid for dodging an attack that almost always worked, and so he summoned dark orbs out of the ground and fired them at him, at the same time swinging his blade at Riku to distract him.
