Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

Terra sighed, lifting his hands and linking them behind his lowered head. "It wouldn't be right," he said softly, referring to what was staying unspoken. It wouldn't be right for her to...die under those circumstances.
"How so?" Aqua couldn't help but ask, her eyes resting on the boy before her. It was right. She would die for her friends, just as she told Master Xehanort. She loved them...all of them.

"We need you," Terra stated, keeping his gaze down and returning his hands to their previous position. Aqua couldn't just leave them; they needed her around. She was so important to all of them, especially him and Ven.
Aqua's eyes softened at what Terra just told her, and she wasn't sure what to say. They needed her? But...she needed them too. She couldn't not protect them.

Terra didn't speak, knowing that more words weren't needed right now. He proved his point, judging by Aqua's silence. They couldn't live their lives without her; she was too important to them all.
"But...what if I need you too?" Aqua said softly, looking down at her knees still drawn up on the comfortable chair. Even if she was needed, she couldn't live without her friends either...

"You won't have us by letting yourself get killed," Terra pointed out quietly, not looking up at Aqua. She would just be the one gone, and Terra and the others would be left behind to deal with the loss. That was what would have happened with Xehanort if Ven didn't help.
"Terra," Aqua said gently, closing her eyes. "I did what I did because I...care about you. I couldn't lose you to Xehanort." She finally admitted it, but there was something else she needed to say. "Ven looks up to you, Terra. If Ven needed either of us the most, it would be you." She would give up her life not only to save Terra, but also to save Ven. Even if she was gone, he would have Terra still. That was important.

Terra shook his head a little bit, shutting his eyes. Maybe it was true that he and Ven shared a tighter bond than Ven did with Aqua, but that didn't mean that it was insignificant. And..."What about my feelings?" he asked softly. "I couldn't...go on, without you."
Aqua forced herself not to think too much of those words, keeping her eyes closed as she sat there. "...I feel the same," she said quietly after a moment. "That's why I took the action that I did." She couldn't live without anyone she was so connected with; that was why she protected them, especially Terra.

Terra sighed, his head lowering further. "I guess we're going to have to let this drop," he said softly. "Neither of us are going to change our views." He certainly wouldn't take back his desires to have Aqua save, and he wouldn't take back her wishes to have him protected. This conversation wasn't going anywhere.
Aqua opened her eyes and ran her finger along the rim of her glass, not saying anything. She guessed Terra was right. They were both being quite stubborn about this.

Terra forced his eyes open, keeping his gaze down on the ground. Next time in battle, he would make sure not to let Xehanort gain an advantage like that. But, Xehanort was really tough...He couldn't guarantee that things would be alright in the end...
Aqua couldn't tell what vibe was in the air now, but she knew that it wasn't completely one of ease. So what was she to do now? Because she didn't know, she just stayed silent, staring at her glass.

Terra pushed himself up from the couch, stretching a little and looking to Aqua. "I think I'm gonna go for a walk," he said casually. "You mind keeping an eye on Ven for a little while?" He didn't want him left alone when he was unconscious and vulnerable.
Aqua shook her head. "Of course not," she said softly, looking up at Terra. She wouldn't mind watching him at all. He was like family.

"Alright," Terra said with a faint nod and a smile. "I'll be back later." He didn't know exactly where he would go; he just needed some time to think by himself.
"Not too late," Aqua said with a faint smile, nodding as well. She couldn't help but say that, her motherly, responsible side kicking in.

"Right," Terra said with another faint nod. He wouldn't stay out past nightfall. He waved faintly to Aqua and then turned on his feet, starting towards the door.
Aqua watched Terra go, her smile fading away. She knew what she would be doing while watching out for Ven: she would be thinking about the conversation she just had with Terra. And other things.

Terra shut the door behind him softly, glancing at the sky above him to see that he still had a few hours before nightfall. Good; that gave him time to think on his own without the world being too dark. People hid in the dark; he had to be careful not to be out on his own when the lighting was so dim that it messed with his senses. With that in mind, he started walking.
Riku was already walking around Hollow Bastion, though he didn't see Terra since they weren't in the same area. Not yet, at least. He had some thinking to do himself, about Xehanort.

Terra was currently walking back from the Great Maw area, passing the area where Sora once fought Demyx as he came in a little closer to town. He had been walking for a little while now, and he hadn't seen anything suspicious about Hollow Bastion. Xehanort and his allies weren't here, not that he expected them to be. Still, it was better to be safe than sorry. And besides, that walking helped him think some more about what to expect in the future, both with Xehanort and Aqua.
Riku was currently leaning against the wall just outside town, having been looking up at the stars that started to appear as he thought about things. His form was shrouded by the shadows, not that he cared; it just gave him more privacy, since no one would know he was there.

Terra started for the stairs that would lead him to town, at the bottom of the area filled with rubble. He wasn't too worried about any villain sneaking up on him, but that didn't mean that his guard was down. He kept his gaze forward calmly, only taking a minute to go up the stairs and enter an area shrouded by darkness. He didn't worry about it, thinking more deeply now. He and Aqua still had a lot to talk about; she just found out that Master Eraqus's heart is within him. Surely she was still thinking about that a lot.
