A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things ) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

 

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way.

 

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

 

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

 

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

 

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh?

Riku nodded, silently thanking Master Yen Sid for his assistance. Now, they needed to go tell everyone the news, and then Sora had to report to Kingdom Hearts.

In Radiant Garden

 

Sora, Riku, and Roxas were currently approaching the large house that they had been staying in, this place also being where their friends waited for word about their visit with Master Yen Sid. Sora was nervous and on edge, especially worried about what Kairi would think. He knew he was risking his life by doing this, but he had to do it. For her especially.

Kairi sat on the couch, her hands wrapped around her knees that were to her chest. Aqua was sitting next to her, waiting patiently. There wasn't much to do but that. The boys had been gone for a few hours now.

Sora was the first to enter the house, Roxas and Riku behind him. He went straight for the living room and saw his friends in there, obviously waiting for the three boys to return. Well, here they were. But they didn't have great news concerning the situation.

Aqua turned her head toward the door, smiling softly upon seeing the boys return. "Hey guys," she greeted softly. "How'd it go?" She couldn't really tell by their expressions, though they seemed pretty serious.

 

Riku leaned against one of the walls, crossing his arms as he looked to Sora. He would be the bearer of bad news this time. It was the decision he made, and his life at stake.

Sora leaned against another wall, different than the one Riku was against. He felt a lot of gazes on him, but he kept his gaze down, knowing he would have to explain. "Master Yen Sid said that the weapon won't make me lose myself," he said. But that was the only good news concerning the situation.

Roxas walked over and stopped by Namine, his eyes glancing down at her before they found Sora. He saw Kairi smile in relief, but he knew that smile would be gone soon.

"Why is that?" Terra asked in curiosity, though he was relived that Sora wouldn't be influenced by the weapon. He liked his friend the way he was. He was a goofball, but the most sincere goofball he ever knew.

 

Sora kept his gaze down, this being where things got sticky. "Every Keyblade has a chosen wielder," he said softly, though his voice was audible to everyone in the room. "I'm not influenced negatively by the X-blade because...I'm its chosen wielder."

Aqua sat up straighter at that, her eyes widening. "What?" she asked softly out of disbelief. This kid... This boy, was the chosen wielder of the X-blade? Impossible!

Sora nodded, hearing Aqua's voice. Yes, he was the wielder of the X-blade. But things were about to get much worse than that. But he didn't know how to explain how the weapon would react to his emotions...

"But...it's dangerous," Kairi said softly, her worried blue eyes on the boy she loved. The Keyblade alone was a pretty dangerous weapon, but this version of it was much worse. And Sora was the wielder of it? That was unsettling.

"I know," Sora said softly. That was why he would try to get rid of it. But first, he had to tell them just how dangerous it was, so they would understand why he would risk his life to get rid of it. "If my emotions are ever out of control, it could turn against me...And those around me." His friends.

Aqua shook her head, frowning. "Then you mustn't wield it, Sora," she said. "Negative emotions are all that come out during battle. In the future...it could be disastrous for you." He couldn't keep it, but how was he supposed to protect himself?

"Master Yen Sid said there was a way I could get rid of it," Sora said. "If I go to Kingdom Hearts and ask it to take the X-blade away, it might do it." But it could also do much more than that. It could take his life.

Kairi lowered her gaze at that. Kingdom Hearts... It was a special place, but she got an uneasy vibe from hearing Sora say he had to go there. It couldn't possibly be that easy. Nothing was.

"...But...if Kingdom Hearts doesn't like my request, the result could be awful," Sora said softly. He didn't want to keep speaking, but he knew he had to tell his friends what could happen. "It could take away my ability to wield the Keyblade all together, or it could...kill me."

Kairi's eyes closed, and she leaned forward, her hands going into her red hair as she shook her head. No... He couldn't. Sora couldn't go.

 

Riku saw Kairi's reaction and he lowered his gaze to the ground. He knew she wouldn't be happy with it, or Aqua. The latter was blinking in shock at the news. Riku didn't even want to look over at Terra and Ven to see their reactions.

Sora hard a startled grunt from Terra or Ven, but he kept his gaze lowered because he knew that if he looked up, he would see Kairi. He folded his arms over his chest, head lowered and eyes shutting then. "...I'm going anyway," he declared softly. "Like Aqua said, the weapon is too dangerous for me to wield, even if the X-blade chose me because of the strength of my heart.

Aqua set a hand on Kairi's back, looking at her for a moment before gazing at Sora. "Then let's hope your heart will keep its strength, Sora," she said softly. Kingdom Hearts was a very powerful place. The strength of Sora's heart would be the only thing that could save him.

Sora silently nodded, though he didn't let the silence linger in the room too long. "I'm going to go to the Keyblade Graveyard tomorrow," he said softly, the world outside already dark because it was nighttime. "I'll see Kingdom Hearts there."

Riku kept his gaze lowered, though he did speak up. "You won't be going alone," he said softly. Certainly Sora already knew that. Even if it was just to wait, Riku would be going. And he was sure the others would too.

Sora nodded faintly again, not surprised, but very grateful. He didn't want to face this alone. He was terrified of what could happen, though he was trying not to show it because his friends were probably scared too.

Kairi composed herself enough to speak, though her voice was shaky. "I'm going with you too," she said. She would be with Sora until the very end, if that was tomorrow. She wasn't going to stay behind again.

"We all are," Terra declared softly, speaking for all of his friends. He saw Ven and Namine nod in agreement, and then he looked back to the brunet against the wall.

 

"Thanks," Sora said softly, knowing that he really would have all his friends with him when things could possibly come to an end. He was facing Kingdom Hearts tomorrow; he needed their support. He would have to borrow some strength from them, too; he was so scared...

Roxas was going too, though that was pretty much implied. Regardless, he was going to have Sora's back; they all were. Nobody was being left behind this time. Everyone would be there. This was too important.
