A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things ) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

 

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way.

 

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

 

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

 

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

 

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh?

Sora didn't know what to say next, and tense silence lingering over the room. He really didn't have anything else to say on the subject. He wondered...was this his last night alive? Or his last night with a Keyblade? He wasn't sure if he wanted to know the answers, since they could be scary ones.

"...You have a big day tomorrow, Sora," Aqua said, looking up at the boy. "You should get as much rest as you can." They all needed to rest. Today was a tough day, but tomorrow would be even harder.

"Yeah," Sora said with a faint nod, opening his eyes and pushing himself off the wall. He looked up at all his friends, his gaze lingering on Kairi for a moment before he looked to everyone else. "See you guys in the morning."

While Riku nodded to Sora, Kairi lifted her gaze to look at him. She was...terrified, and devastated. The boy she loved, the boy that owned her heart, was leaving her tomorrow. And there was a possibility he may never return. She would have to be strong, but she didn't know if she could...

Sora walked out of the room, but he still caught Kairi's terrified gaze. "Could you...spend the night with me?" he requested through his heart. He didn't want to be apart from her, not when he could possibly be torn apart from her tomorrow.

Kairi forced herself to keep her emotions in check, though she knew her heart would fail her. "Yes," she answered. She looked at Aqua, smiling weakly as the older girl took her hand off her back. Kairi then pushed herself up from the couch and went after Sora in silence.

Sora didn't bother responding to Kairi, knowing that he didn't need to. He went up to his bedroom and sat down on his bed, facing towards the door as he waited for Kairi to join him.

Kairi climbed the stairs and walked down the hallway until she found the boys' room. She stopped in the doorway, one hand on the frame as she saw the boy she loved sitting on his bed. Would this...be the last night she spent with him? Forever?

Sora's eyes landed on Kairi's when she stood in the doorway, and he didn't speak. He didn't even move. He knew that she would be in the room in just a moment, and he didn't know what to say or do. He knew he was supposed to get his rest, but he just wanted to be with her...

Kairi forced her feet to move, walking the distance to Sora's bed. She sat down next to him wordlessly, her eyes stuck on his for the moment. He was leaving her tomorrow, and she wanted to have those eyes memorized the best she could...in case he...

Sora reached for Kairi's hand that was on the bed next to him, and he rubbed over his hand with her thumb. He avoided her gaze for a few moments, not wanting her to see his fright. But how could he not be scared when his life was on the line?

Kairi gripped Sora's hand securely and lifted her other one, cupping the side of his face farthest from her as she leaned closer to him. My Prince Charming...

Sora swallowed, glancing up at Kairi when she set her hand on his cheek. He hoped that the terror didn't show in his eyes, though he did expect some fright to be present. He still had to be strong...for her. Everything was for her.

Kairi gazed at the boy she loved with her soft blue eyes, not saying anything as she kept her hand on his cheek. What words could be said? Their lives had the chance of falling apart tomorrow. Their hearts breaking the next day.

Sora lifted his other hand and briefly ran it over Kairi's other arm before he set his hand on the bed again. "We need to try to get some sleep," he said softly after a few moments, his eyes on Kairi's.

Kairi knew that Sora was right, and that they needed the rest. But she couldn't fall asleep and waste the night unconscious and away from the boy she loved. She only grasped his hand more tightly, not even wanting to be away from him in her sleep.

Sora knew what Kairi was feeling; he felt the same. But if he wanted a chance to survive tomorrow, he needed to be awake and well rested. "Let's at least lay down," he suggested softly. Maybe he could coax her to get some rest.

Kairi swallowed and silently nodded. She ran her thumb over Sora's cheek once before taking her hand back and loosening her hold on his hand. Even if she wasn't dressed for bed, she didn't care. All that mattered was being with him.

Sora gently slipped his hand out of Kairi's, kicking off his shoes lightly too so that he could get into bed. He managed to get in under the covers and to the opposite side of where he and Kairi had been sitting so she would have room.

Kairi only had socks on, so she stood up a little and pulled the covers back a little, climbing in after Sora. She pulled the covers over her once she was settled, on her side as she faced the boy she loved.

Sora was on his side as well, his eyes on Kairi even in the dimly lit room. He lifted a hand and tucked back some of her red hair, his eyes stuck on hers when he performed the action.

Kairi felt her heart grow warm at the touch, and simply by Sora's eyes on hers. Every little thing counted tonight. Even the minutes she spent looking at him. There was the chance that this was the last quality time they would have together, though she really hoped it wasn't.

Sora moved his hand to the back of Kairi's head, his head tilting forward a little bit to be closer to hers. He couldn't just stare at her all night; he needed to rest...He promised himself just five more minutes. Then he would close his eyes.

Kairi scooted a little closer to Sora as well, her eyes stuck on Sora. She lifted one of her hands, lightly gripping the front of his shirt as they lay there. She wished there was something she could say, but she just didn't know what.

Five minutes turned into ten, and then ten into twenty, but Sora did eventually force himself to close his eyes. He moved his hand from the back of Kairi's head to her back, trying to sleep with her in his arms.
