A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things ) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

 

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way.

 

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

 

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

 

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

 

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh?

Sora was currently laying down on his back in the sand, and though he had previously been staring at the stars, he now had his eyes shut. This was so nice, just being with his friends and hearing the calm sounds of the beach. He loved being home.

Kairi looked up at the stars as she sat next to Sora, hugging her knees. The wind shuffled her bangs slightly, but they didn't snuff out her view of the stars completely. She'd stayed close to Sora ever since they got back; what happened back there had been too close for comfort.

Terra was silently standing next to Ven, who sat down in the sand and stared up at the stars. He was looking out at the ocean, lost in his own thoughts. He never did talk to Aqua about Master Eraqus, but he knew now wasn't the time. They were just calming down, and everyone was happy. He wouldn't ruin that.

Kairi wondered if anyone would want to go home. It was getting late, and the sun was pretty much gone already. But...Kairi knew she wouldn't be going; if anything, she would be with Sora. That is, if he didn't mind...

Namine sat next to Roxas on the beach, her head on his shoulder as she dozed off. She was sure she wasn't the only one tired, but she was showing it the most. She always was the sleepiest, except for Sora sometimes.

Roxas had his weight on his hands, and he didn't move because of how Namine was leaning her head on his shoulder. He didn't mind, since he was comfortable. But it was pretty late; he wondered if he should take her home...

Namine exhaled a soft breath, tensing a little at a cool air that blew across the beach. She should have been used to that by now; she was out on the beach a lot of nights because of how beautiful it was. But she wasn't only easily tired out; she was also made cold pretty easy.

Roxas turned his head, looking down at the girl who was leaning against him. "Nam?" he called softly. "Want me to take you home?" He didn't want her falling asleep on the beach, even if it could be peaceful; it got pretty cold sometimes anyway.

"Not really," Namine said softly, honest. She didn't want to be away from her friends, or from Roxas, after all the chaos that had happened lately. But still, if she was going to fall asleep, she probably should have gone home...

Kairi looked over at her friends, who weren't sitting too far away. He heard what Namine had to say, and Roxas too. Maybe they could all still be together, if they didn't want to leave. "...How about we all camp out on the island tonight?" she suggested, loud enough so everyone could hear. That way nobody had to say goodnight.

"I'd be up for that," Sora said, opening his eyes and looking to the sky. Out of the corner of his eye, he saw Terra and Ven agree. And he was sure that Namine agreed, since she said it herself that she didn't want to leave.

Roxas looked over at Aqua, who turned around at the mention. He saw her nod and he smiled a little. "Alright, sounds good," he said, also seeing Riku smile a little.

 

"Great," Kairi said with a smile. That just meant they would have to meet at the island after they grab anything they wanted to take for the night.

"Let's all get our stuff and meet out there," Sora said, moving into a sitting position and then pushing himself to his feet. It would be easier to meet there than all meet up here.

Aqua nodded. "See you then," she said, turning around and glancing at her two best friends before starting up the beach to go home. She would grab a sleeping bag for herself, that way she was comfortable where she slept tonight.

Terra saw Ventus get up, but Ven didn't start walking towards the house right away. The younger boy smirked up at him, and even though Terra understood what it meant, he shook his head faintly. "Seriously, Ven?" He wanted to do this now?

 

Ven hummed, nodding with a smile still present on his face. He suddenly started running and then he heard Terra start right behind him. "Race you!" he cried, this being the idea that he had for him and Terra.

Aqua's eyes widened when her friends ran past her, and she shook her head at them. "Boys!" she called in disbelief. They were doing this now, of all times? She chuckled and started at a jog after them, hearing Roxas and Kairi giggle behind her.

Sora laughed softly, seeing Terra and Ven keep running. But then he knew that it was time for him and his other friends to go to their homes. "C'mon," he said, offering his hands to Kairi. "I'll walk you home."

Kairi's smile softened and she nodded, lifting her hands to grasp Sora's. She then started to stand up with his help, glad that he made the offer; she didn't really want to be away from him.

Sora looked around at his remaining friends, seeing that they appeared ready to leave soon. "See you guys out there," he said with a faint nod. He saw Namine nod faintly in return now that she was a little more awake before, but he focused on the girl he loved, an idea coming to mind. "How about a piggy-back ride?" he asked, a grin starting to appear on his face.

Kairi giggled a little at the offer, but nodded. "Okay," she said. That sounded fun. Besides, it couldn't hurt anything.

Sora's smile turned genuine and he nodded, walking forward a few steps and then stopping so his hands were behind him. He was ready for her anytime she wanted to hop on; he really wanted to do this because it was a way to hold her close. They hadn't had enough time to do that earlier.

Kairi approached Sora and put her hands on her shoulders, her small smile fading a little as she bit her lip. She then gave a small, light hop.

Sora easily caught Kairi when she jumped on his back, his grip secure but gentle on her legs. He smiled faintly to himself and started walking towards her house, knowing that the sooner they got to the island, the sooner they could rest.

Kairi linked her hands in front of Sora so they were in front of his chest and not blocking his view. She leaned against him and couldn't help but smile, a few of his spikes tickling her face. This was how it was supposed to be, right now.

Sora felt warm on the inside because of Kairi's near presence, and warm in reality because of her body heat. It actually was getting a little cool, wasn't it? Maybe when he went to his house, he'd get an extra sweatshirt for Kairi to wear. He knew she liked wearing them every once in a while.
