A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things ) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

 

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way.

 

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

 

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

 

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

 

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh?

"Aw, c'mon Riku!" Sora called after his best friend. "We're not as mushy as Roxas and Namine can be." Those two were almost always holding hands or something.

Roxas's eyes widened, and his hands came back down to his sides. "Hey!" he hollered. Don't drag me into this!

 

Kairi couldn't help but laugh at Roxas's reaction, liking that things could be this way again. Goofy and light-hearted, the way it was supposed to be.

Namine blushed, turning a little bit so not everyone would see how rosy her cheeks were. She had to admit, she and Roxas did get "mushy" sometimes. But she still believed Sora and Kairi were more romantic than she and Roxas were. Sora, though, didn't believe that, since he just laughed at Roxas's shout.

Aqua smiled at the retorts being thrown and she turned her eyes to her best friends, who had been silent this whole time. What did they think of this?

Terra watched the scene in silence, an eyebrow arched in amusement. He was with Riku on this one; Sora and Kairi were really romantic with each other. It was cute, but it made him wish he had somebody to be romantic with too. But still, he didn't know if he had it in him to be that soft.

"What do you think, Ven? Who's more mushy?" Aqua asked, lifting an eyebrow. But she smirked in amusement, curious as to what he would say, since Terra was quiet.

"Mm..." Ven thought about it, seeing Sora looking to him and waiting for an answer. He didn't want to side against him, but... "Probably Sora and Kairi. But I think Sora does it a lot just to spite Riku."

"Yup," Riku called, having heard that from his spot near the water. "That's it." That was exactly why Sora did it, and it worked every time.

 

Aqua turned her eyes to Riku and she started laughing instantly. She was glad things with Xehanort and the X-blade were done; they missed so much time to be like this.

"Aw, come on," Sora whined, still holding Kairi in his arms. "Can't I show affection to the girl I love without being judged?" But...then again...he did get overly mushy just to spite Riku, like Ven said.

 

"Nope," Terra immediately responded, a smirk on his face. Sora could show her all the affection in the world, but as long as Riku was around, they would all assume he was being overly mushy to disgust him.

Kairi giggled, her eyes leaving her friends to go the boy she loved. "It's okay," she said softly so only he could hear. "I don't mind." And she never would. Ever.

Sora looked down at Kairi, a genuine smile on his lips. "Glad to hear it," he said softly. He would never get tired of showing her affection, either. It was one of his favorite things to do.

Kairi's smile widened a little, and she only kept her arms around Sora as he continued to hold her. She was comfortable in this position, though he did have to set her down sometime.

Something caught Sora's attention, and he looked up at the sky, believing he saw a shooting star. But no matter how bright the stars were, Kairi's light would always shine brighter. As would his love for her.

Aqua tugged at the sleeves of her sweatshirt, pulling the sleeves down until they covered half of her hands. It was getting chilly, and it surely would stay that way if they didn't get a fire going soon.

"Mm," Sora hummed, thinking of something. He looked back down at the girl in his arms, remembering he brought something for her. "I brought you one of my sweatshirts to wear for the night," he said. "You want it?"

Kairi felt herself smile in gratitude, and at how sweet the gesture was. "Sure," she said softly. It was pretty chilly, and all she had was the shirt she was wearing and her sleeping bag. The sweatshirt would be nice, and really comfortable; Sora was always big on that.

Sora smiled softly and nodded, lowering one arm and gently placing Kairi back down on the ground so that she could stand on her own two feet. He just hoped nobody took the chance to steal or move his bag while he was distracted.

Kairi took her arms back from Sora's shoulders, standing on her own now. A light breeze blew over the beach and she tucked a few stray hairs behind her ear and out of her face.

Taking my bag is something Riku would do, Sora thought, keeping an arm around Kairi's back as he looked over the sand for it. Riku knew Sora was overly affectionate to spite him, and so he would do something for revenge. ...Or maybe Sora just misplaced it. Where exactly did he drop it? He didn't see it...

Riku cleared his throat. "Looking for this?" he said, his eyes on Sora. He had the bag slung over one shoulder, his hand holding the strap as he smirked at his best friend.

Sora's eyes immediately went to the source of the voice, and when he saw Riku holding his bag over his shoulder, he rolled his eyes. "I knew it," he mumbled, mostly to himself. He looked to Riku, taking his arm away from Kairi. "Give it back!"

Riku arched an eyebrow. "Make me," he said coolly. He wasn't going to willingly give this back, not now. Besides, it would be fun to play a little game of cat and mouse.

"Alright, I will," Sora said, a smirk appearing on his lips as he took a few steps forward to walk towards Riku. Riku wanted to goof off? He would play along and get his bag back as quick as he could so Kairi could be warmer.

Kairi smiled a little in amusement, her eyes on Sora as he started toward Riku. She crossed her arms as another breeze blew, curious as to what was going to happen between the boys.

When there was a smaller distance between him and Riku, Sora picked up his pace to a sprint, running to tackle his friend and steal back the bag.
