Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

"Not so talkative now, are you?" Terra asked, though he didn't wait for a response. "Let's skip the small talk and get down to business. I'm looking for someone. Tall with black hair. Tattoo on the side of his face. He's a worthless scum like you."

The drunk grunted a little, though the alcohol in his system made him act differently than he would have sober. He smirked at Terra. "Scum, you say? Well, this place is full of 'em," he said. "But the guy you're talkin' about is somethin' else."

Riku walked down the path, his eyebrows furrowed as he looked around this world. He'd shown up a little bit ago, though he was quietly observing and stopping in one or two places to ask questions. But he saw a bar up ahead and approached it, hearing the clanging of glasses and drunken chatter. Regardless, he pushed the door open, stepping inside.

"I'm listening," Terra said, loosening his hold on the guy's neck a little but keeping it tight enough to imply that the threat was still there. He figured the guy he was after wasn't a drunk to be smart and capable enough to kidnap Aqua, but he was still scum in Terra's eyes. And an idiot, too, for taking his best friend away from him after Terra saw his face.

The drunk smiled and was about to open his mouth to speak, but somebody beat him to the punch, and it sounded like a kid.

"Terra?" Riku called across the bar, though nobody really paid any attention to him. What was he doing here? Maybe they had the same idea on where to go...

Terra grunted in surprise, keeping a grip on the man's neck as he turned his head and looked towards the door. What was Riku doing in an awful place like this? He was just a kid! Terra felt protective of his younger friend, and he turned his attention back to the drunkard. "I'll be back for you," he said lowly, squeezing the man's throat a little before he shoved his head against the wall enough to tell him not to run. He released the man and then started for the front where Riku was standing, his hands in fists by his sides.
Riku's aqua eyes moved from Terra to the man he just shoved against the wall, who was rubbing his head. What was going on? His gaze found Terra again, seeing that his friend was approaching him.

Terra silently motioned to the door, telling Riku to go on ahead through. Those two were going to have a talk, but they weren't doing it inside of that bar. He didn't like leaving the drunk out of his sight for a few minutes, but Riku didn't belong in a bar like that.
Riku turned around at Terra's motion and went back outside, the door already open since he walked in. He stepped out and then turned around, waiting for Terra.

Terra walked outside, the door shutting behind him when he was out a few feet. He turned to Riku, a frown on his face because he didn't like being disrupted back there. "What are you doing here?" he asked the kid. Terra thought he was the only one following this lead.
"I made some connections after thinking about things," Riku said, eyebrows furrowing a little bit more at Terra's tone. "I went to Ansem's Computer Room and searched all I could, and it mentioned this place in a file. It said that Master Xehanort got some resources from here, so I thought I'd check it out."

Terra glanced back at the bar before he looked back to Riku. "I'm already following a lead here," he said, calming after Riku's response. "Why don't you try to find another road to take?" Two people weren't needed for this world.
"Actually, I don't think I should," Riku answered, tilting his head slightly. He looked over at the bar before looking back at the man that made him his successor. Terra was...enraged. It probably wasn't a good idea to leave him by himself.

Terra furrowed his eyebrows slightly, shaking his head. "I can handle the scum in there by myself," he said, forcing himself to remain calm. He wasn't going to take his anger out on Riku; he was going to take it out on the drunk, and then the man who kidnapped Aqua.
Riku lifted an eyebrow. "You're being a little harsh, don't you think?" he asked, careful with Terra. He seemed a bit tempermental. "You're threatening the natives." That wouldn't make him so welcome, not that it was what he wanted. But still, it wasn't a good move.

Terra shrugged, glancing back at the bar. "It works," he said. He didn't care if he was being harsh; if these people were connected to Aqua being taken, then they deserved his wrath. "That guy was talking right before you showed up," he said, shifting his gaze back to Riku.
Riku only gave Terra the same look. That guy he was holding by the neck was talking? About what? And even if he was talking, maybe Terra needed to calm down a little bit. "Terra...I don't think..."
  • Author
"I've got it under control," Terra repeated, interrupting Riku before he could finish. He didn't really care what Riku thought right now, but he wasn't stupid enough to say that out loud. "If you don't like my methods, leave now." Because he was going right back in there and shoving that guy against the wall again.
Riku frowned a little, waiting a moment before he finally nodded. He let his eyes leave Terra as he turned around, heading back the way he came.

Terra watched Riku go for a few steps, realizing that maybe he was a little too harsh with his friend. Oh well. He turned around and went back into the bar, heading to the place he had been before.

Riku glanced back at the bar, seeing Terra go inside. He wasn't sure he should leave, so he would hang around for a little bit. He just had this feeling...

The drunkard was still leaning against the wall, and when he saw Terra come back through the door, he rolled his eyes. "Oh, great," he mumbled.

  • Author
Terra stopped in front of the drunk man, hands by his sides. "I'll give you a choice," he said. "We'll pick up on the conversation, but I won't pick you up by the throat again if you tell me what I want to know right now. Got it?" He felt he was threatening enough earlier, but if the drunkard proved him wrong, then he would start with the threats again.

"You got it, hero," the man replied. He then hiccupped, remaining against the wall. Even if he wasn't sober, he'd probably spill the beans about something.

  • Author
"You've seen the man I mentioned before," Terra said, staring at the man with hard blue eyes as he spoke. "Who is he and what was he doing here?" He expected a response right away, or he would find a way to get the answers more quickly even if it caused the drunk more pain.

"You're talkin' about that rebel Xavier, aren't you?" the drunkard said, his words slurring. "Yeah, that boy's gotta lot of guts, draggin' that girl through here. Somebody else might've taken her for some kinda reward."

  • Author
Girl? Terra's eyes briefly widened but then narrowed, looking at the drunkard leaning against the wall. "When was he here?" he asked. "Yesterday?" That was what he assumed, if the man had Aqua with him. She had to be the girl that the drunk was referring to...
