Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

Namine whined softly in worry when she saw what happened, her hand still up to her mouth as she switched her gaze from the boy to Roxas. He wasn't dead...He was just knocked unconscious. But why had the stranger changed his mind and not hurt him? Of course she was grateful for that, but she felt like something else was going on here, and she didn't like it.
Vanitas saw that Roxas was knocked out, and so he continued on his way. He ran to the left, leaping up the ledges that led to the ladder nearby. He then summoned his blade away, climbing it quickly. Whatever was up here needed to be defeated as well, solely for the reason that he despised the Light.

Namine followed the boy with her eyes, seeing him climb the ladder quickly. But...that ladder, it leads to...A gasp left her lips, the girl realizing that he was going for either Sora or Kairi. But neither of them could fight back against him! Her worried eyes went back to Roxas on the beach. He was their only hope, but he was beaten up and unconscious!

Kairi was squatted down next to Sora's unconscious form, simply looking at him, her back to the entrance. She hadn't communicated with him much since the day he used her as his vessel, and it was worrying her. Besides that, just seeing his lifeless body here was disheartening.

"Well, well. What do we have here?" Vanitas leaned against the treehouse entrance, seeing that some girl was with Sora's body. What a sight.

Kairi whirled around with wide eyes, rising to her feet upon seeing the figure. "Who're you?" she asked softly, wonder in her eyes. She was also cautious, both because of his tone and because of the awful vibe she was getting.

When the masked boy was no longer in her sight (the girl having looked up in the direction of the treehouse and checked), Namine started forward, at first jogging and then running over to the boy who was in the sand. She got down on her knees next to him, her eyes shining with worry. "Roxas," she whispered, her voice shaky.

Vanitas shrugged a little. "Let's skip the formalities," he said. "All you need to know is that I'm here on orders, and one of them is to annihalate the 'Hero'." He nodded his masked head toward the wielder behind the girl, that being enough.

Kairi's eyes widened and she stood more in front of Sora. "Don't touch him!" she demanded, lifting her hands to her chest as well. He couldn't get Sora, either his body or heart.

Namine bit down on her lip lightly, the side of Roxas's face on top of the sand. What could she do to help? She didn't have any potions, and she doubted Roxas had any on him, or he would have used them earlier in the battle. She could only try to wake him up. "Roxas," she said again, lifting a hand and lightly setting it on his shoulder. She also became aware of her tears, and so she lifted a hand and wiped at her wet face while waiting for him to react.

Vanitas only laughed. "As if you can stop me," he replied, leaning away from the entrance and summoning his weapon to him. He then started walking at a slow pace toward the redhead.

"A Keyblade?" Kairi asked without thought. Where...? How...? The girl could do nothing to stop this...enemy, just as he said, so what was she supposed to do?!

"Wake up," Namine pleaded softly, lightly gripping Roxas's shoulder with her hand. He had to wake up! Sora and Kairi were in trouble, and if he didn't come to quickly enough, then both of them were in danger as well from this stranger. Roxas...please wake up!

Roxas thought he heard a voice in the darkness of his unconscious. However, the main thing he felt was the pain. His head...his chest...it all hurt. His eyebrows furrowed, a small grunt leaving him at the pain.

Vanitas picked up his pace a little bit, bringing his Keyblade back. Even if killing her wasn't part of his orders, he was going to do it anyway; he hated the Light. He then forced his arm forward, about to strike the girl.

Kairi brought her arms up to cover her face, a frightened shriek leaving her. She was going to die... It was over.

Namine saw the slight change in facial expression, her worried gaze staying on her boyfriend. "Roxas," she said worriedly, bringing her hand off his shoulder and setting her hand on the side of his face, her fingers lightly in his hair.

As soon as the blade came in towards Kairi, a certain boy knew that unless he did something, his true love would die. Sora's heart went back to his body in that instant, and then the boy found himself standing in front of Kairi, the clanging of metal telling him that he had stopped the Keyblade from coming at Kairi. He grunted lightly at the pressure, his previously closed eyes opening to see the boy in front of him. Vanitas.

"Ngh," Roxas grunted, hearing that voice again. Snap out of it, he told himself, knowing that he needed to wake up. The tone behind that light voice scared him...

Vanitas's eyes widened behind his mask, not expecting this at all. He stared at the blue eyes in front of him now, pressing his Keyblade even harder against his opponent's. Impossible!

Kairi heard the clang of metal, and she lowered her arms a little. Upon opening her eyes, she saw Sora right in front of her, causing her eyes to widen. He...he was alive!

"Wake up, Roxas," Namine pleaded once again, her thumb running over his cheek once. She could tell he was starting to come back to her, which was good, but she had just heard Kairi shriek, so she felt as if it were too late for her best friend. At that thought, she started crying again, very worried for everyone here.

Sora grunted, feeling Vanitas's Keyblade press harder against his. Regardless, he pushed back with even more strength, fiercely determined to protect the girl that stood right behind him. He was relieved he had managed to get in front of her in time, but now he had a hard battle to face with Vanitas, who he knew about from Ventus's memories.

"Na...mine?" Roxas whispered softly, his eyebrows furrowing a little more. That voice, and that light touch... It was her. But...wasn't she in danger? Wasn't that why he was unconscious? In pain?

Vanitas was forced to take a small step back, Sora proving to be stronger than he thought. "You..." he grunted. How was he even alive? His heart was lost!

Namine nodded softly, though she was aware that Roxas couldn't see the gesture. "Look at me," she requested gently, her hand staying on her boyfriend's face. She tried not to think about the fate of her other two friends, concerned now with trying to help Roxas survive.

"Back off, Vanitas," Sora said with a grunt, using the little bit of space he had because of Vanitas's movement to his advantage. He pushed one of his feet back, pressing harder against the Keyblade in front of him.

Roxas heard the request and he grunted softly at the pain in his head, the throbbing almost unbearable. Regardless, he knew that he wanted to see Namine's face. He slowly opened his eyes, squinting at first. Roxas could see Namine's knees right in front of his face.

Vanitas? Kairi took a small step back when she saw how violent things were starting to turn, her fear still at a high level. She had almost been killed...and now...

Vanitas grunted a little, being forced back another step due to Sora's strength. He kept his hands pressed against the side of his blade, however, not about to give up. He was going to destroy him, under orders or not.

Namine tilted her head slightly, seeing Roxas looking right in front of him at towards her knees. Getting Roxas to open his eyes was a big step, though, so she didn't pester him anymore, her worried eyes staying on him.

I gotta get him out of here...Sora thought, eyebrows furrowed in seriousness. He couldn't fight in such a small area, especially since Kairi was here. A determined battle-cry left his lips as he pressed against Vanitas's Keyblade with all his strength, hoping to force him off so that he could swing at him and knock him out of this treehouse.

Roxas blinked slowly, feeling the sand against his cheek as he stared at Namine's knees. A throb in his head caused him to grunt a little, his teeth grinding together. Ow...

Vanitas stumbled back, his Keyblade being pushed away by Sora's. How was this...chump able to catch him off guard so easily?

Namine worriedly gazed at Roxas, her hand staying on his cheek as she lightly ran her thumb over his skin. He really didn't look good, but that was no surprise to her, considering how awful that fight had been and how things had almost ended.

Sora took his opportunity, seeing Vanitas caught of guard. He took a few quick steps forward and swung his Keyblade roughly at his enemy, hoping to send his foe flying back through the way that he came in.

Roxas let his body relax once the pain faded away for a short amount of time, feeling Namine's motion against his cheek. He turned his eyes to the side a little, trying to look up at her. Where was that guy?

"Ah!" Vanitas shrieked, being knocked off his feet and flying backward. He felt air all around him, and he knew he was going to crash lower than he had previously been.

Namine gasped at the holler, her eyes finding the stranger who was knocked back into the air. Her motion on Roxas's cheek stopped, the girl confused and alarmed. What just happened?

Now it's my turn to protect you, Sora thought, the words transfering from his heart to Kairi's as well. He grunted slightly, taking a few steps before he reached the edge outside. Once he was there, he jumped down, landing on the beach smoothly.

Roxas blinked, his eyes widening at the scream. He weakly lifted his head, trying to see what was going on. That was when he caught sight of that guy again...and Sora?!

Vanitas landed roughly on the beach, his body rolling a few feet before he came to a stop on his back. However, he knew that he couldn't show weakness. He grunted and started to push himself up, the wind knocked out of him from his fall.

Kairi received Sora's message, but once she saw him jump over the edge, she ran forward. She approached the small deck outside and looked over the edge of the railing, seeing the boy she loved on the beach below...along with Vanitas, and Roxas and Namine.

Sora?! Namine thought in wonder, seeing him standing on the beach. He was awake!

Sora stood upright, having been crouched slightly when his feet hit the sand. He glanced over to the side then and saw Namine and Roxas, the latter looking like he was wounded already. He wordlessly pointed his Keyblade at the sky and cast a healing spell on his friend, his gaze back on Vanitas by this point.

A sigh of relief left Roxas when he felt the soothing Cure spell wash over his body. He would thank Sora for that later, but now, he knew his friend needed some help. Roxas started to push himself up on his hands and knees, knowing that a battle needed to be fought.

Namine looked back over at Roxas when he moved, her hand falling off his face. She couldn't help but worry over him, since she had just seen the whole battle he fought. Was he really okay to fight again?

Sora kept his Keyblade tightly by his side now, staring at Vanitas in front of him. He knew what he almost did to Kairi, and he knew what he did to Ventus in the past. Because of all of that, Sora was determined to make him pay.
