A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things ) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

 

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way.

 

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

 

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

 

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

 

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh?

Aqua took in a breath at some pain that coursed through her, though she exhaled slowly as it went away. She turned her head to Terra and smiled very weakly, since that was how she was feeling. "I know," she said. "But I want to."

Terra caught onto Aqua's weak smile and smiled faintly himself, his blue eyes on hers. "Well, just remember there's no rush on that," he said softly. She had to focus on recovering before anything else.

"Mm," Aqua said with a small nod. That was right, she had to recover first. That was going to be hard, considering how much pain she was in now. She was fighting off the tears as much as she could, though she was sure that once the painkillers wore off, they would show up.

Terra nodded slightly to Aqua, his smile fading away after a few moments. He really wanted to make her feel better, but he didn't know what to do. He didn't like this, being so helpless. He wanted to help...

Aqua looked away after a minute, her gaze going back down to the glass in her hands. Her smile was gone at the thoughts of recovery, not knowing how much time that would take. She never liked to stay in one place for too long, or inside for that matter; if she was ever okay with being somewhere, it was sitting on the beach. It was relaxing enough to calm her down. But this... It was going to be difficult.

"...Is there anything else I can do?" Terra asked softly, his gaze going down to his hands as he asked Aqua a question. If she needed anything else, he would be willing to help her out. If not, then she should probably get some more rest.

Aqua looked over at Terra gain, his question snapping her out of her thoughts. "For me, no," she said with a light shake of her head. But Terra... He looked exhausted. "But, as a favor, can you go get some sleep?"

Terra smiled weakly, lifting his sights back up to Aqua. "I'll get some sleep, but I'm not going anywhere," he said. He wasn't going to leave her alone after what happened; being with her was the only support he really felt he could provide.

Aqua blinked at that, not understanding for the moment. But then she realized that Terra felt that he needed to stay... "Don't feel obligated to stay," she said softly. She wanted him to be comfortable; he needed the rest after all he did.

"I want to," Terra said with a weak, reassuring smile. He did feel a bit obligated to stay because of how badly he wanted to protect her from any future pain, but he knew that was an obligation he placed upon himself. Still, he would be sure to fulfill that self-made promise. He would take care of Aqua.

Aqua felt her small smile return and she nodded without arguing; she didn't really have the energy. "Alright," she said. If that was what Terra wanted to do.

"You should get some more rest too," Terra said, seeing that Aqua still appeared weak. Those pills should have made her a bit drowsy too, if she wasn't tired enough to fall asleep on her own.

Aqua's small smile faded at that, but she nodded. She lifted her arm and placed the glass back on the table beside her bed, then slowly lowering herself in her bed along with the pillow. Terra was right; she was exhausted, mentally and physically.

"Goodnight," Terra said, leaning back in his seat and folding his arms over his chest. He'd fall asleep in the chair like he had been earlier and probably wake up before Aqua in the morning. He was so glad he could tell Ven that she was awake, at least for a little while.

"Goodnight," Aqua said softly, closing her eyes as she snuggled under her covers, lying on her side facing Terra. She took in a deep breath and focused on relaxing, hoping that would help her fall asleep.

Terra shut his eyes and lowered his head, glad that he was used to sleeping in uncomfortable places. With the life of a Keyblader, you didn't always have a comfortable place to rest your head at night. So, he would have no problem falling asleep upright in a wooden chair.

It took a little while, but Aqua finally felt the painkillers kick in, making her even more tired than she was. She ended up falling asleep then, unconsciousness greeting her as her pain went away.

Terra secretly stayed awake to make sure Aqua didn't need anything, but once he heard her even breathing, he allowed himself to lose consciousness. He fell asleep a few minutes later, their soft breathing the only sound in the room.

A few hours of the night passed, and Aqua didn't encounter any discomfort as she slept. But that soon changed when she began to dream of what occurred in the laboratory. She gripped the pillow with the hand in front of her face, moaning slightly in her sleep as she saw Xavier's face.

Terra didn't hear Aqua's moan, in a deeper slumber than he had been earlier that night. It was probably nearing sunrise, but he felt like he could sleep a few more hours even though he was an early-riser.

Aqua dreamed of Xavier hooking her up to the electric machine that had hurt her worse than the other tests. She remembered the burning that coursed through her body, whimpering again when she screamed in her nightmare.

Terra stirred slightly, turning his head a little bit as his chin rested on his chest. He felt a little uneasy for some reason, but regardless, he stayed asleep. He was a little too tired to realize that the person in the room with him wasn't sleeping well.

The pain was awful, and Aqua rolled over in her sleep. "No..." she whined, her word slurred due to her sleep. The burning wouldn't stop...and Xavier was only laughing at her! Why couldn't he just shut it off?!

Terra turned his head more to the side, thinking that he heard something. But he mistook it for something in his dream, which wasn't too pleasant. Regardless, he would tough out the bad dreams. What else could he do?

Aqua felt the burning reach its peak, in which she forced herself to wake up. Grunting a little, the girl opened her eyes, gasping for air as she stared up at the ceiling, little light coming through since it was near sunrise. She felt herself relax a little when she realized it was just a dream, and her pain was minor compared to what she dreamed of.
