Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

"Thanks," Terra said with a weak smile and a nod. "But...I'm sure this isn't going anywhere, at least right now. She doesn't know how I feel, and she doesn't need to right now. She has enough on her plate." She was still recovering from everything, and it was going pretty smoothly so far. He wouldn't risk changing that.

I do know, though, Terra, Aqua thought in silence, closing her eyes. He didn't know it, but she did. And she returned his feelings... But what did that mean for them in the future?

Riku turned his head to look at the door to Aqua's room, being reminded of her recovery just then. "How's she doing?" he asked, looking back up at Terra. He hadn't seen her much to be able to tell.

"She's doing well," Terra said with a faint nod, glancing at the door of her room before looking back to Riku. "She's in less pain, and she's finally getting some strength back." He knew Aqua was glad for that; she implied that she was a burden to him when she couldn't do things herself. But she really wasn't. He wished he could tell her that, but right now, he just couldn't.
Riku nodded slightly, humming. That was good. He hoped that continued so Aqua would be better in no time; she was one of the strongest people he knew. He could only imagine how awful she felt not being up on her feet.

"I never got a chance to thank you for following me," Terra said to Riku, recalling something then. "Why'd you stick with me when I told you to go follow another lead, anyway?" He had told Riku he would get answers from Alexandra's world and he hadn't needed to be there. But Riku disregarded him and secretly followed him to Vexen's world.
Riku smirked a little. "I had a feeling your temper would get the best of you," he said. Or, now that he knew, it was likely his feelings for Aqua that clouded his logical thinking. That was probably it.
  • Author
"I wouldn't say it was really my temper, but you had the right idea," Terra said with a faint nod and a smirk. "I was...just a bit crazy. Looking back, it's hard to believe how irrational I was." He didn't regret it, but still, he wasn't himself when he was searching for Aqua.
Riku arched an eyebrow, though his smirk remained. "I think I know why..." he said. It was Aqua alone that caused Terra to act differently. Wasn't it?

Terra glanced back at the door, and when he saw Riku's smirk and arched eyebrow, his own smirk widened. "You got it," he said with a nod. Aqua was the reason why he went so crazy. He wasn't sure if that was good or bad, but either way, it brought her home. The end justified the means.

Riku smiled a little. "Knight in shining armor, I take it," he said, amused. So Terra was acting irrationally because of his feelings for Aqua, and his need to protect her and save her. It made sense.

Aqua was still listening, and she wondered what the boys were referring to. What were they talking about? She was so confused...

  • Author
Terra's smirk turned into a smile of amusement, a soft chuckle leaving his lips as he shook his head. "Well, Xavier did call me her 'Romeo'," Terra said. "But 'knight in shining armor' sounds better. Nobody dies that way." They could both live, unlike the two star-crossed lovers in Shakespeare's play.

Aqua felt her heart grow warm. That was right... Xavier did call Terra her Romeo. So they were still talking about her...and him, and how he was her knight. Aqua smiled a little as she kept her eyes closed. She liked that...a lot.

Riku laughed, but made sure to keep it quiet so as to not disturb Aqua. "Right," he said with a small nod. That was a good point.

Terra chuckled softly, remembering that the girl they were partially talking about was asleep in the room right next door. "So there you have it," he said to Riku with a weak smile. He had feelings for Aqua.
Riku glanced at the door. "Good luck to you," he said, directing the words toward Terra. This could turn ugly if things didn't go right, and he didn't want that for his friends.
  • Author
"Thanks," Terra said with a faint nod. "I'll need it." He didn't know what he would do or when he would do it, but at least he would have some time to think about it as Aqua recovered.
Aqua curled her body in a little more at the words. Terra...Don't worry. Luck will have nothing to do with it, she thought in silence. She released a breath softly through her nose and focused on falling asleep, knowing that it would be wrong to eavesdrop any further.

A few days later

Since Aqua was finally feeling up to going out of the house, she decided that the first place that she wanted to go was the beach. That was where everyone was now, a lot of people playing in the ocean. However, even though Terra and Ven were in their swim trunks, they weren't swimming. They were sparring, since it had been a while since they did that. Terra owed Ven some serious bonding time since he spent so much time with Aqua lately.

Aqua sat on a beach towel, dressed in jean shorts and a lavender belly shirt so she would be cool in the hot weather. She heard her friends laughing and the contact that only swords made, but her eyes were currently on her feet and wrists. They were still a little sore, but the burns and bruises were finally going away; it didn't hurt as much to walk anymore, which was why she was here, on the beach. It had been the place she wanted to be the whole week after being stuck in the house, other than with Terra...and Ven, of course.

"Come on, Ven, you can do better than that!" Terra said, jumping back and easily dodging one of Ventus's swings. He was having fun with his "little brother" and taunting him, but that was the nature of their relationship when they were fighting like this. It was fun to make fun of each other and egg each other on in this type of circumstance.
Aqua turned her head, her weight on her hands as she looked over at her two best friends. Ven seemed a little aggravated, but with Terra's taunts, that wasn't too surprising. Her eyes went to the older boy, a light smile on her face. She couldn't deny that he was handsome, even more so now that she realized her feelings for him; he'd always been good looking, even when they were just friends. But now, Terra's attractive looks were affecting Aqua more.

Terra jumped back again, his free hand touching the ground when he did a back flip to avoid Ven's aggravated swinging. He landed smoothly on his feet in the sand, lifting his Keyblade to block Ven's right away. "Don't just swing randomly, try to hit me!"
And because of that attraction, Aqua looked at Terra in a different way than she had before, and that wasn't just his face. Her eyes were on him, his torso angled to her slightly. He was very well built, both in abdominals and chest muscles. But his arms were nice and toned as well. Aqua never really noticed before...at least not this much. But...it was nice.

Ven repeatedly swung at Terra only to have all his attacks fail, and he started to feel a little aggravated. In one more, though, Terra managed to get his Keyblade under Ven's and disarm him. Ven looked up at Terra with wide eyes only to see his friend grab a hold of him by an arm and a leg and then swing him around, throwing him into the ocean.
Aqua's eyes widened considerably at the motion, seeing Ven go into the water. Her eyes flickered back to Terra, though they didn't linger on his face. Instead, they went to his toned back. She could even see some muscles there...

Terra laughed at Ven, seeing him surface in the ocean. His hands were empty since he summoned his Keyblade away to throw him in, and he noticed now Ven summoned his weapon away too so it wasn't laying in the sand in front of him. "You're out of practice," he called.

Ven rolled his eyes, playfully aggravated. Maybe he was, but still, Terra was being a bit harsh now. He swam the distance to land and then managed to tackle Terra because of his speed and the element of surprise, the blond ending up on top of his friend and dripping water on him.
