A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things ) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

 

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way.

 

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

 

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

 

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

 

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh?

Terra heard that soft hum, and despite the circumstances, a faint smile briefly appeared on his lips. But then it faded away, worry and concern replacing the brief happiness. Did this help her feel a little better? He was really worried, especially when her behavior was different than usual on the way home.

Aqua kept her eyes closed for a few more moments before she opened them, immediately finding the blue orbs that belonged to Terra. She saw the way he was looking at her, which made her smile dim a little. He was worried...but that was to be expected with her behavior.

Terra's eyes found Aqua's again when she looked at him, and he noticed that her pupils had returned to their normal sizes. He felt some worry vanish at that, seeing that she was also regaining some color. She wasn't going to pass out now.

"...I owe you again," Aqua said quietly. She hadn't even repaid him for the last week, which meant that she needed to. Once she recovered, completely, she needed to get on that.

"No you don't," Terra said softly, keeping the rag against her forehead for a few more moments as he gazed into her eyes. Aqua didn't owe him anything, and she never would. He was doing this because he wanted to.

Aqua shook her head slightly, but made sure not to move Terra's hand or the rag off from the motion. "I do," she said softly. Despite what he said, she felt she did. It would only be fair.

Terra ran the rag along the side of Aqua's face before he lowered it completely, his other hand coming down from her hair to her other cheek. He stood up a little more, still on one knee but at Aqua's level now as he moved his face closer to hers. "You'll never be in debt to me," he said softly.

Aqua's breath hitched in her throat at Terra's closeness, as well as the way he spoke to her. But his hand on her cheek made her heart all fluttery, and she focused on speaking. "But, Terra..." she started softly, her eyes stuck on his. There had to be something she could do.

Terra shook his head ever so slightly, his eyes staying on Aqua's. If they were a couple, this would have been one of those moments where he leaned forward and kissed her on the lips to stop her from speaking. But they weren't a couple, and so he fought his sudden urge to kiss her.

Aqua tore her eyes away from Terra's at his insistence, her gaze falling to his arm extended toward her face. "But..." He was being too good to her for her not to repay him.

Terra stayed silent, his eyes on Aqua's when she protested again. He really meant it; he didn't want her feeling indebted to him. He loved doing all of this for her. He just wished that she knew how much he loved it.

Aqua closed her eyes, releasing a breath as she took in the close proximity Terra was in with her. She was feeling at a loss for words because of it, but also because of the vibe she was getting from Terra. Why was he telling her no?

"...You've helped me in the past," Terra said softly. "Now it's my turn." He supposed that, in a way, he did owe Aqua. She looked out for him a while ago when he was close to the Darkness, and with Alexandra, and in general. If anything, he owed her.

Aqua opened her eyes, looking at Terra from under her lashes. "Maybe, but it would still feel right of me to..." she said, voice hushed. She would feel guilty if she didn't, like he was being mistreated. She didn't want that for him at all, especially by her.

Terra arched a brow, pulling away from Aqua maybe an inch as he kept his gaze on her face. "What do you have in mind?" he asked, his voice showing some amusement. What, would she cook him a meal or something? Or...would she approach him about her "secret" feelings for him?

"I...I'd cook your favorite meal for you, or take you out to dinner if that was what you wanted," Aqua said, her eyes glancing down for a moment. "Or I could...I could..." She trailed off, not knowing what to say. What could she do for him? Now that she thought about it, there wasn't much. How unfair. "Anything you want, Terra," Aqua concluded, lifting her eyes to him. "Just name it."

"What if I want nothing?" Terra said softly, his amused smile turning into a softer one as his eyebrow also lowered. There was one thing that he wanted other than to be in a relationship with her, and he wanted it to come naturally, so he wouldn't force it on her now. He wanted her to be happy.

Aqua blinked at the words, glancing to the side. "Well, I-I...um..." she stuttered, feeling like a fool. That wouldn't be fair...would it?

Terra briefly ran his thumb over Aqua's cheek, his hand still resting there after so much time. And he was still pretty close to Aqua's face, too, though they both had some breathing room. Their close proximity, though, had his heart beating irregularly. How could simple emotions control him like that?

"That would be...um...unfair to you," Aqua managed after a second, looking up at Terra again. His thumb running over her cheek made her skin there tingle, though she felt her cheeks growing warm at how nervous she was getting. This was so...different than what she was used to with him.

"How so?" Terra asked softly, wondering if he should pull back his hand when he saw Aqua's cheeks get a little pink. He was making her shy...She still didn't know how he liked her. He couldn't let her know now when she was still recovering.

Aqua thought it was pretty simple, really. "...You've done so much for me," she said quietly. "How could it possibly be fair for you to get...nothing?" That wasn't right to her; she was always one for fairness.

"I'm not getting nothing," Terra replied, a faint smile appearing on his lips as he lowered his hand. His fingers briefly ran over her cheek before he set his hand on the couch beside her, but he ignored that. "I'm happy to be with you as you get better."

Aqua's lips spread into a smile, and she didn't know what to say. That was...flattering, even if she did secretly know that Terra held strong feelings toward her. Was that the reason why he felt the way he did? Why he was with her all the time?

Terra's soft smile stayed on his lips as he gazed at Aqua, not feeling the need to say anything else. He meant what he said, more strongly than Aqua could guess. Unless she saw through him and knew that he liked her romantically, of course. He felt like it was pretty obvious sometimes.
