Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

Aqua walked into the kitchen and shook her head, having heard what Terra said. After putting the plate in the sink and throwing the water bottle away, she thought about everything. There was a time to be selfish, and that was what he needed to be. He'd been waiting on her hand and foot for the last week or so. Aqua couldn't have him doing it anymore.

Terra missed Aqua's head shake because of his position in the living room, but he still wasn't sure if her silence was good or bad. He supposed that it didn't really matter, because he didn't think she could talk him out of this one. It would only take about ten minutes for her to fall asleep, anyway.
Maybe I need to talk to him about it, Aqua thought, grabbing another water bottle from the fridge. She walked out of the kitchen but stopped in the living room doorway, hesitating. Would it be smart to bring it up now?

But of course, Terra wouldn't stare at her when she tried to sleep. That would be pretty awkward, even if he was by her bedside every night. He'd wait downstairs for a little and then check up on her.
Aqua pressed her lips together as she hesitated. Maybe bringing it up right now wouldn't be a good idea, but there was something else that needed to be done. She set her water bottle on a table nearby and wordlessly approached the back of the couch, where she then bent down behind Terra, wrapping her arms around his neck. Her hands touched his chest as she leaned her head against his, knowing that she hadn't properly given her thanks to him.

"Mm?" Terra hummed automatically in surprise, though his heart had already skipped a beat at how Aqua embraced him from behind and wrapped her arms around him. He turned his head slightly to try and look at her, though he didn't want to move her further away from him.
"Thank you," Aqua said, keeping her head lightly against Terra's even if he moved a little. "For everything." Terra was too good to her, less concerned with himself so he could help her out. That was more than enough to her.

A soft smile appeared on Terra's lips as he lightly leaned his head against Aqua's. "You're welcome," he responded. He was glad to do everything he could for her, to somehow convey how much he cared for her. He just hoped he didn't come across too strongly.
Aqua smiled a little, but then it dimmed as she looked down at him. "And no matter what you say, I still owe you," she said softly. She wasn't about to let herself off the hook. Too much had been done for her to let it slip away.

Terra sighed, shutting his eyes. "Alright," he said. He could tell that she wasn't going to let this go, and there was no point arguing with her about it twice in the same day.
Aqua pulled her head away from Terra's, her hands moving slightly on his bare chest. "Don't seem so upset about it," she said, having heard his sigh. "You get something from me. Isn't that okay?" Usually he liked the idea of getting "gifts", a lot like Ventus in that way.

"Whatever makes you happy," Terra responded with a weak smile, loving having her so close. If they could just be like this, then he would be happy. He wondered if she would be too, or if this would be pushing things too far.
"Giving back makes me happy," Aqua said with a small nod. "And once I'm healthy again, I'll make sure to make it up to you." She smiled and brought a hand back, lightly running her hand over Terra's hair like she often did to Ven. Aqua then pulled her hand away from Terra's chest, her fingertips trailing briefly over his skin.

A soft chuckle left Terra's lips, recognizing the first gesture as one Aqua often did for Ventus. The other, though, was something much more intimate. "Alright," he said softly, though he still didn't believe she had to do anything for him.
"Now go back to the beach, Terra," Aqua insisted gently, starting over to get her water from where she left it. "I'll be upstairs." She glanced back at him briefly before starting in the direction of the stairs, her water bottle in her hand. She wasn't sure she would sleep, but resting would do her some good...and settle Terra's worries.

"As soon as you fall asleep," Terra promised. He would wait downstairs for a little while, then go up to see if she was asleep. If she was, then he'd go back to the beach for a little while.
Aqua smiled to herself, not finding the need to respond. She left the living room and started up the stairs, holding the railing so she wouldn't fall, aware that she was still weak. Once she reached the top of the stairs, she walked toward her room and entered, leaving the door open as she approached her bed.

Terra watched Aqua until she was out of sight before he leaned back further into the couch, the back of his head resting on it. She was so stubborn sometimes, but he knew that he was the same way, so he couldn't really complain.
Aqua set her water bottle down on the table beside her bed. She then lowered herself to her mattress, lying atop the blankets for now. After all, she would just be napping for a little while. Aqua let her head find the pillow, on her side as she released a soft breath. One thing that she desperately hoped hadn't happened this week was that she talked in her sleep. She dreamed of Terra lately, so that would be embarrassing...

Terra decided he'd sit downstairs for ten minutes, then check on her. But ten minutes would be a while in the silence, so he lifted a hand and grabbed the remote, turning on the TV. Even if he wouldn't really pay attention to the show, it provided some background noise.
Aqua tucked one arm under the pillow, her other hand resting in front of her. She glanced at the sunlight coming through her window and sighed softly. Another day. She would go out another day. The girl closed her eyes, allowing herself to relax.

Terra waited around a little while and eventually tore himself away from his thoughts so he could go back to the beach. He went upstairs and believed Aqua was asleep, so he was true to his word and left for the beach to spend the rest of the day with his other friends. But it would be a long day without having Aqua in his sights; he hoped he wouldn't worry too much over her.

A few days later...

Aqua sat on the beach, in her swimsuit top and a pair of shorts as she rested on her beach towel. Just to her side sat Kairi, who was giggling at something that happened between Riku and Roxas. She was so glad to be back outside again, missing the fresh air. She was better now, though she still got tired easily. But that was alright; she still had support of her friends.

Terra was currently on a towel next to Aqua, though he wasn't laughing along with the rest of his friends. He felt...sick. But he never got sick, and never enough to actually keep him from doing anything. For some reason, he just felt terrible, but thankfully, his friends were too busy goofing off to notice.

"I'm so glad Riku doesn't just pick on me now," Sora said, nudging Kairi as he grinned at her. Riku picked on Roxas a lot of the time now, since the two of them were genuine friends. Sora enjoyed it though, glad to not be the center of Riku's teasing all the time.

Kairi continued to giggle, nodding a little as she looked at Sora in agreement. But her eyes immediately went back to Riku and Roxas, who were wrestling in the sand. Roxas managed to pile sand on top of Riku's head a few inches high, and that was enough to trigger more laughter out of her.

More laughter left Aqua as she gripped her stomach, which was aching now because of how humorous this was. Riku's expression was priceless, and so was his reaction, the older boy tackling Roxas once more. Those two were too much.
