Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

Sora lifted his Keyblade defensively, not sure what Vanitas meant by that. He stared at him in silence, prepared for anything that could be thrown at him and Roxas.

Vanitas lifted his free hand so it was palm out, silently summoning a portal behind Sora. He then gripped his Keyblade tightly, drawing it back. It was then that he dashed forward at lightning speed, stabbing at Roxas to stun him. Once that occurred, he spun around with a swing of his blade, performing a move that would send Roxas back and colliding with his Other.

Roxas cried out in pain, feeling himself get sent backward. Little did he know that he was being sent right for Sora, who was behind him. And beyond his best friend, a portal that would transport them somewhere else.

Sora lowered his blade when he saw Roxas coming at him, knowing that he didn't want his friend hurt by his Keyblade. He grunted, feeling Roxas collide with him and send him flying back through a portal he hadn't known existed. But when he felt himself land on rough terrain, he immediately knew that he was in a different place than before even though his eyes were squeezed shut in momentary pain.

Ventus finished up with a Neoshadow, his gaze going towards a portal that just suddenly appeared. But he didn't have time to focus on the figures that came through it, a Heartless jumping at him and impacting him. He was forced a few steps back at that, his eyes narrowing at his foe.

Roxas grunted when his back met rougher terrain, the boy rolling backward before he finally stopped, Oblivion clattering on the ground beside him. He registered sounds of battle all around him, but where else could he be?

Aqua was fighting Heartless at the moment, another batch summoned by Xehanort. But over their heads she could see two figures come through a portal, and she gasped upon seeing them. "Sora!" she cried. He was awake?! But her shock disappeared when she saw who else came walking through portal; the person who looked like Sora. Vanitas.

Sora grunted at the call, recognizing it as Aqua's. He sat up off his back and stabbed his Keyblade into the ground, using it to help him rise to his feet after that terrible impact he had with the ground. Just like he had done in previous battles, he ignored his pain and focused on his objected. Even if he was in the Keyblade Graveyard now, he had to focus on the battle at hand, the teen assuming Vanitas still wanted to fight him and Roxas.

Vanitas walked through the portal, which instantly closed behind him. He had his weapon in his hand, but he wasn't at all worried about Sora and Roxas. Instead, his eyes found his Master, seeing that he was in a heated battle with Terra and Riku. No surprise there, though he did fail at his demand to destroy Sora. Oh well, he brought the work home with him today.

Roxas sat up, shaking his head. His eyes darted around in surprise, not recognizing this place at all. But he did notice armored figures fighting nearby, though he had no idea who they were. Even so, Vanitas was enough to notice in front of him, so he grabbed Oblivion, starting to stand up.

Xehanort had a moment to breathe, Terra and Riku giving him room at a convenient time. He looked over at the dark being he had extracted from Ventus, his eyes narrowing when he saw he brought back company, one of them being Sora who was alive. He frowned in disgust, not pleased with Vanitas.

Vanitas only smiled darkly at Xehanort, nodding to him in acknowledgement. He didn't look happy, not that Vanitas really cared. Instead, he turned his eyes to the two he had been fighting only moments before. "Where were we?" he asked, bringing his Keyblade up in his stance.

Roxas gripped his Keyblade with both hands, in his own stance. He really didn't like Vanitas, not that he really expected to. He was one of the darkest people Roxas had ever met, and certainly one of the most difficult to defeat.

Ventus saw the way that Sora glared at Xehanort, and he immediately knew that Sora didn't want to battle Vanitas anymore. He ran over, nodding to Sora once to say that he would team up with Roxas on this one.

Sora nodded to Ventus in return, his gaze only on him for a moment before he looked to Xehanort again, who was staring at him with bright amber eyes. This man was responsible for him almost losing his heart permanently, so he felt like it was his time to take out his frustrations over that with Xehanort.

Roxas turned his head when he saw someone appear near Sora out of the corner of his eye. When he saw the face of the guy in the armor, he blinked in shock. Wait... That guy... He looked just like him!

"Ah, Ventus," Vanitas said with a smirk. "Welcome back. Hope you're ready to forge the X-blade once more; it's only a matter of time." He had a few tricks up his sleeve still, and he knew how vulnerable Ventus could be. It would be just as easy as last time.

"Not this time," Ventus said with a hiss, twirling his Keyblade in his grasp and ignoring the funny look that Roxas was giving him. Vanitas wouldn't get his way...he just wouldn't! Failure wasn't an option this time.
"Hmph," Vanitas grunted with the same smug look on his face. They would see about that, now wouldn't they? Without another word, Vanitas jumped and sank into the ground, moving toward the unprepared Roxas once again. Let the battle begin.

Sora skidded to a halt, having been rushing forward to join the battle against Xehanort only to find himself surrounded by Neoshadows and another type of creature he only recognized from Ventus: the unversed. He looked around the circle surrounding him, blue eyes widening when he realized that he couldn't take all of them.
Aqua sensed the familiar feeling of the Unversed immediately, her eyes widening. One of them was visible from her helmet becoming chipped during combat, the foes having been more than she bargained for here. And now that the Unversed were around, this was only going to get worse.

Sora grunted, rolling out of the way when one of the Unversed jumped at him. He swung at it quickly, performing a combo on it and making it vanish. Fortunately for him, the finishing move involved magic orbs forming around him, and that move dispelled a few of the creatures that had just leaped at him.
Riku shot a few Dark Firaga orbs at Xehanort once more, having used a lot of his magic in this fight. The man was more trouble than he thought, which was bad. He was becoming exhausted, feeling like he had been battling him for hours. But Riku knew that he had to keep fighting, no matter what.

Xehanort somehow managed to dodge both the dark orbs coming at him and Terra's Keyblade, the man swinging at him while Riku's attack came in. He jumped backwards and called upon an old power he had, controlling the Keyblades that were scattered across the world down below. He summoned them up towards his level, aiming them at every person except for Ventus and Vanitas.

Terra grunted, feeling a bunch of Keyblades hit him from behind when he went in to attack Xehanort. They hit him hard, sending him through the air a few feet before he landed and rolled on the ground. He couldn't stop himself before he reached the edge, but when his body fell off it, he managed to grab onto the ledge with his hand, saving himself from the fall.

Sora's eyes widened at the Keyblades that were coming, and he saw the Heartless and Unversed slink into the ground to avoid the attack. But he couldn't do anything to avoid it; he was out of magic. He lifted his arms in an attempt to protect himself, his eyes squeezed shut thightly.

Roxas's eyes widened, feeling his chest get impacted by the hundreds of Keyblades coming at him. He cried out in pain, getting thrown back and rolling along the ground a few feet, groaning in protest to his injuries.

Aqua shrieked, her armor getting pounded with the Keyblades summoned. She fell on the ground in a heap, gasping for breath. Xehanort!

Riku saw the attacks coming in, and his eyes immediately caught sight of Sora out of the corner of his eye. He saw the Keyblades coming for himself, and in order to avoid them, he called upon one of his powers, teleporting. He arrived in front of his best friend, his Dark Shield managing to deflect the abundant Keyblades.

Terra's body swung a little bit off the side, the man having trouble holding himself up with just one hand. He brought up his arm with the Keyblade, his elbow resting on the ground as he tried to pull himself up further. Xehanort...he thought in fury, seeing the man walking over to him. He was going to knock him off the edge.

Sora opened his eyes when he heard the attack being deflected, his arms lowering slightly when he realized he wasn't in danger at the moment. He didn't recognize the armor in front of him, but he immediately knew who had protected him. "Riku!"

Riku turned his head, his body rotating halfway as well. He was smiling behind his helmet, simply because Sora was alright. But the smile didn't last long. "Behind you!" he cried, seeing the Unversed closing in, and quickly.

Sora heeded Riku's warning, spinning around and slashing at the Unversed that had jumped at him. He stood back-to-back with Riku, knowing that each of them would fight to protect each other's blindside.

Xehanort stood over Terra, his foot finding Terra's hand that held the Keyblade. "Pitiful," he said, looking down at the person in the armor. "You could have made this so much easier if you just submitted to me, Terra." But now, he had to die the hard way.

Riku held his Keyblade in his stance, his eyes roaming the Unversed surrounding him and Sora. "Ready, buddy?" he asked to the person who was standing back-to-back with him. He wasn't sure how strong these enemies were, having never fought them before. But he was willing to take them on if Sora was.

Aqua rolled over onto her stomach, pushing herself up to her hands and knees. When she lifted her head, she gasped in horror. "Terra!" she screamed, seeing his condition. No!

  • Author

"Yup," Sora said with a nod, eyebrows furrowed in seriousness. He and Riku...they could take 'em. If they did their part in this battle, then hopefully they would all be victorious in the end.

Terra stared up at Xehanort, hearing his name called from one of his best friends. He couldn't do anything, except...He reached up with his freehand and grabbed Xehanort's ankle, that being the only move he could think of.

"What?!" Xehanort said in surprise, feeling Terra start to fall and dragging him with him as they both fell off the side of the cliff. That idiot!

"No!" Aqua shrieked, seeing her best friend tumble off the side of the cliff, bringing Xehanort with him. She instantly stood up, grabbing her Keyblade and running in that general direction. Unfortunately for her, Heartless appeared right in front of her, bringing her sprint to a quick halt.

Riku smirked behind his armor and then he jumped forward, a harsh battlecry leaving him as he swung at one of the Unversed. Time for some teamwork.

A battle-cry left Sora's lips at the same time as Riku, the teen jumping forward and starting to attack the Unversed that stood in front of him.

Xehanort tried to kick off Terra's grip on him, but he couldn't do it. As much as he hated to admit it, that was an incredibly smart move. Xehanort summoned a portal in midair, both him and Terra going through it.

Terra's armor made a light thud when it hit the ground alongside Xehanort, his grip still firm on the Master's ankle when they landed on the ground that they had previously been on. He knew Xehanort would have to save himself from that fall, and in turn, he had to save Terra as well. It was a desperate move, but it had worked.
