A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things ) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

 

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way.

 

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

 

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

 

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

 

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh?

"Mm," Aqua hummed softly, glancing down at the ground as she nodded. "I've heard you say it once before..." She knew his feelings weren't a lie, since she'd heard him admit them to Riku a while ago.

"H-huh?" Terra asked dumbly, keeping his gaze on Aqua. She...heard him say what his feelings were before? But that didn't make sense; he never spoke about his feelings aloud within her presence...had he?

"You and Riku, outside my room. You thought I was already asleep," Aqua stated quietly, closing her eyes as she smiled a little. Her cheeks were turning pink; she could feel the heat from them, triggered by her nerves. Was this really happening?

Terra's eyes widened, and he felt his cheeks grow warm as he looked away from Aqua. Oh...so that was how she knew. But, she wasn't supposed to know at all! He was putting it off until she got better, and she knew because she overheard him. "Oh crap."

"But...we're both stuck in a difficult position, Terra," Aqua said quietly, opening her eyes to gaze at the ground. "You said...that you heard me confess too, about my own feelings." She couldn't believe that he had been so sneaky with that. She'd been rambling like a fool.

Terra didn't think that his eyes could have gotten any better, but they did. He told her that?! How could he have said something so stupid and idiotic? "Oh no," he mumbled, face bright red and head pounding. This was not supposed to be happening.

Aqua didn't say anything, her nervous smile gone now that she heard Terra's reactions. He wasn't taking this well, and she wasn't sure how to take it herself. This was so...bizarre.

"I really, really didn't mean to eavesdrop that night," Terra said, lifting his eyes to Aqua. "I don't know what happened. I was so exhausted I couldn't move at all." Not that he really wanted to, with her displaying affection like she had....

"It's alright," Aqua said quietly, glancing up at Terra from underneath her lashes before immediately looking away. It was meant to happen that way, wasn't it? Or else it wouldn't have happened that way at all.

Terra exhaled a heavy breath, his head going into his hands. "I feel like the biggest idiot right now," he mumbled in disbelief. How could he have let this happen? He had a plan on how he would approach her about his feelings...This wasn't it.

Aqua didn't know how to respond to that, so she didn't. Instead, she simply thought of reasons as to why Terra probably wasn't taking this lightly. His illness most likely wasn't helping him handle this...

Terra didn't even know where to begin to fix this. He already felt terrible because of this flu, and even if he was at full health, he didn't know what he would do. He was terrible with relationship drama.

Aqua knew this wouldn't be good, but Terra needed to do one thing. "You should rest," she said softly, not looking up at him. This wouldn't be good stress on him, especially when he was sick.

"No," Terra said, shaking his head and moving his hands to grip the side of his head. He couldn't sleep when this was out in the open; it was impossible. Aqua knew he had feelings for her, and he knew she had feelings for him. And now they both knew that they knew. This was so complicated...His head hurt.

"Terra, you must," Aqua said, shaking her head. "This stress will only make you feel worse. We...can talk about this later." Of course, she didn't know if he would agree to that, and she wouldn't be surprised if he refused once more. But, what else could she say?

"I can't feel worse than I already do," Terra countered, gripping his head a little more tightly. His head was pounding terribly, but he wouldn't let it distract him. He and Aqua needed to sort this out.

Aqua looked up from the ground at Terra then. This...was making him unhappy? Was it the fact that it hadn't worked out the way either of them wanted? Or was it because they knew each other's feelings?

Terra knew he couldn't sort this out by saying nothing; it was best to babble than to leave things hanging now. "...I was going to wait until you were finished recovering," he said, continuing to grip his head. Did this put her heart at risk to more strain as she overcame the experiments done to her?

Aqua kept her eyes on Terra, listening. She thought she heard him say something similar when he was talking to Riku... About how much stress it could put on her. But was it really stress at all? After all, she returned those same feelings.

Okay...well, if he was going to formally talk to her, then the time to do that would be right now. "Could you sit down, next to me?" Terra requested, lowering a hand from his head and looking up at her. He would do this right.

Aqua nodded a little and stepped forward, little space between them as it was. She sat herself down beside Terra, like he asked. She put her hands on the couch on either side of her, her head turning to look at him as she sat facing him.

"I know you're a romantic at heart, so I'll try to say this so it meets your standards," Terra said, a weak smile on his lips as he lowered his other hand from his head and looked to Aqua.

Aqua felt a flattered smile appear on her lips at the words, and she silently waited. Her eyes were now on Terra's, staying there as she sat beside him. Was he really...?

"We've been best friends for years," Terra said, a weak smile on his lips as he looked at her. "And I couldn't be more glad for that. You've always been the friend I needed. I didn't realize just how important you were all those years until recently." Everything with Alexandra sparked that.

"Mm," Aqua hummed softly, tilting her head a little as she quietly listened for more. She was happy they were so close as well. Sometimes she didn't know where she would be without Terra in her life.
