Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

"Something's just...changed," Terra said. "No, a lot has changed." He laughed slightly, losing his train of thought. "What am I thinking..." He as babbling like a fool, but he couldn't really help it since he was nervous. He just had to pick up where he left off. "We've matured. And so have our feelings for each other."
Aqua lifted her hands to her lap, nodding slightly in agreement. A small smile was on her face, and she continued to remain composed, even though her insides were turning and her heart was skipping beats periodically.

"I guess...the next step, would be to pursue a relationship," Terra said, glancing down at Aqua's hands before he looked back up at her. Yes, that was what they would have to do next. But, getting into a relationship would be easy. All they had to do was start thinking of each other as boyfriend and girlfriend.
"That's probably the right path to follow," Aqua agreed softly, her eyes stuck on Terra's face. She never imagined things happening like this, but Terra was right; things changed. Everything was altering into something new, including their views of each other.
  • Author
"Okay...Here's an idea," Terra said. "I know sitting on the couch in the living room probably isn't romantic enough for you." He smirked slightly at her, waiting for a reaction before he continued speaking. He had a plan.
Aqua glanced down at the ground, feeling herself blush a little. "Well, it's not exactly what I've read in novels," she replied honestly. She lifted her eyes back to him, a weak smile on her lips.

"Here's something that'll hopefully make up for...well, this," Terra said, motioning to the living room to indicate that he meant the whole situation in general. "If you want to take things a step further, then meet me on the beach Friday night. Dress up if you want to. But if you don't want to change things, then don't show up."
Aqua felt confused at the idea, but she realized that Terra had a reason for what he was saying. "Okay," she said with a small nod. She didn't plan on staying home that night, not anymore.
  • Author
"Okay," Terra said with a faint nod and a weak smile. Maybe he could still do part of this like he initially planned it. And Friday was a few days away, so hopefully he'd be over this cold by then. He knew he already felt like he could pass out. He felt terrible still, even if he forced himself to have this conversation with Aqua right now.
"Until then...please get some rest," Aqua said after a few seconds of silence. She felt her eyes soften in concern, though traces of her flattery and nerves still lingered. Before anything happened with them, Terra needed to recover as well.
  • Author
"Yeah, I think rest is what I need," Terra said, his smile fading away as he lowered his head. He lifted his hand and set it on his forehead, feeling how warm he was. Or was that just from the heat of the moment?
"...You need help getting to your room?" Aqua asked softly, her eyes still on Terra. She would help him if he needed the assistance.
  • Author
"I don't know if I could make it up there even with your help," Terra responded softly, honest. He felt like he would collapse as soon as he stood up now that the moment between him and Aqua was over. Couldn't he just pass out on the couch?
Aqua nodded a little. "Then lie down. I'll go get you a blanket," she said softly. She started to push herself up, knowing that a blanket would be upstairs.

Terra nodded slightly, moving once Aqua stood herself up. He wordlessly laid down on his side again, facing the rest of the living room. He felt like he would pass out, but that was alright. At least things were at peace with Aqua now.
Aqua glanced back at Terra before she started out of the living room, heading for the stairs. There was an extra blanket up in her room, so she would grab that for him.

Terra shut his eyes, exhaling a soft breath. He did good today. That wasn't what he expected it to be like at all, but now the door was open. If Aqua wanted to walk through that door, he would be waiting for her on the beach Friday night. He had to plan for that now, but he wasn't scared. He was ready for change.
It only took a moment for Aqua to grab her blanket and then return to the living room, where she spread the blanket over Terra so he would be comfortable and warm. Meanwhile, she sat down in front of him on the floor, a book in her hands. She would stay close in case he needed anything.

Terra was already asleep by the time Aqua spread the blanket over him, though he somehow sensed her near presence in his sleep. She was with him now; she wasn't avoiding him. That knowledge made him feel peace as he slept dreamlessly.

A few days later...

Aqua made sure her hair was neatly placed and that her clothing was smooth before she left her room and started downstairs. The house was empty, and she knew why; Terra was already gone, at the beach...waiting for her. And she wasn't about to disappoint him by not showing up.

  • Author
Terra was already at the beach, by himself. It was dark by now, and he made it a point to not know whether or not Aqua was coming. He wanted to be surprised, though he did have a feeling she would come. He already had the whole night planned, and even though he was sure it would be great, he was nervous.
Aqua left the house, feeling her nerves when she started for the beach. She believed she was dressed properly for this, in a nice pair of jeans and a slightly casual purple top. She decided not to wear heels for two reasons: one, it might have been too dressy for the occasion; and two, it wasn't wise to wear heels to the beach. So instead she resorted to a nice pair of dressy sandals. She was sure Terra wouldn't mind.

Terra stuffed his hands into the pockets of his tan khaki pants, staring out at the ocean. He had on a blue button-down shirt with the sleeves rolled up to his elbows, but it wasn't an extremely nice shirt. Still, it was nice enough for the occasion. If there was an occasion at all. Was she coming...? He really hoped so.
It didn't take Aqua long to find the beach, seeing it just up ahead. She released a small breath, trying to shake away her nerves. This was Terra, her best friend... But maybe that was exactly it; it was Terra. Aqua glanced at the ground as she finally stepped onto the sand, smiling a little to herself. This would be great, even if they were both nervous.
  • Author
Terra didn't sense any other presences by or on the beach, staring out at the ocean. He was just grateful for this opportunity. His cold was almost completely gone, so he didn't have to worry about that. And Aqua was so much better, too. This was it; this was the beginning of the rest of their lives...
