A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things ) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

 

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way.

 

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

 

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

 

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

 

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh?

Aqua felt herself smirk slightly, having sensed what Terra was doing beside her. That old move? That was so common in her love stories she'd read over the years, but now that it was happening to her, she didn't think of it as so unoriginal. It was cute, and she relaxed a little more under Terra's touch.

"Always wanted to do that," Terra said softly, a faint smirk on his lips as he looked to Aqua. She looked amused by it, and comfortable with his arm around her, so he felt like it was a good move.

Aqua chuckled a little and turned her head to look at Terra. "So you've had a romantic side all these years too? How unexpected," she joked lightly, her smile growing a little as the fireworks continued to go off. He was cute, she had to admit.

"You caught me," Terra said with a weak smirk. "But remember, you're sworn to secrecy. No telling anyone I'm a big softy." He had a feeling that everyone would figure it out eventually, though, since hopefully he and Aqua would start dating soon.

"I won't say anything," Aqua said with a small shake of her head. "But that doesn't mean they won't find out." She smiled a little more. It depended on what happened tonight. If something more blossomed, then the signs would be so easy to read from now on.

"True," Terra said with a faint smile. It was bound to get out eventually, even if Aqua didn't say anything. And he was actually pretty sure she'd talk to Kairi and Namine, since girls always talked about boys and stuff like that.

Aqua's smile grew a little more at the one present on Terra's face, her eyes on his lips briefly before they found his eyes once more. She remembered being this close to him when he was taking care of her, and also when she protected him from Xehanort. Now she knew why. Terra couldn't go anywhere, ever. She would be devastated if he did.

Terra tilted his head slightly, seeing the fireworks still going off out of the corner of his eye. "What're you thinking?" he asked softly, curious. She looked like something was on her mind.

"...Honestly?" Aqua asked after a second, her smile dimming. She wasn't sure she wanted to say it in fear of ruining the moment, but this was a time for them to get closer, right? It couldn't hurt...

"Well, I'd rather have the truth than a lie," Terra said honestly, a weak smile still present on his lips. Whatever Aqua had to say, he could handle it. At least, he hoped that he could.

Aqua's lips spread into a faint smile at Terra's words and she nodded. "Well, I was just thinking about how...upset I would be if anything happened to you, Terra," she said, glancing away for a moment before lifting her eyes back to his. "Especially now."

Terra hummed faintly, nodding in understanding. "You're not getting rid of me too easily now," he said with a small smirk. He squeezed her shoulder lightly, trying to reassure her that nothing was going to happen.

The gesture and the words allowed Aqua to smile wider, and she nodded in agreement. Right, he wouldn't go anywhere. Not intentionally. He would be here, with their friends and Ven...and her.

"And as long as I have a say in it, nothing'll happen to you either," Terra said softly, his tone becoming more serious as he thought back to her kidnapping. He saved her in the end, but still, it was a bad experience for all of them.

"Mm," Aqua hummed softly. "Because you'll be my 'knight in shining armor'?" She was mocking Riku, from the night she heard him and Terra outside her room. She didn't mind. Terra was a knight, a Keyblade Knight, which meant he would do all he could to keep the ones he loved safe from harm.

"If you want me to be," Terra responded quietly, realizing that she was repeating something that Riku said. But still, despite the mock, he was serious. He would do whatever he could for her, because he really cared about her.

Aqua's smile turned warm, and she tilted her head as she looked up at the older boy. "You're already a Knight, Terra, especially in my eyes," she confessed softly, hearing another firework go off above. He was one of the Keyblade, but he was also one of her heart. That would never change.

"But am I your Knight?" Terra asked quietly, his eyes stuck on Aqua's. He wanted to be her hero, her knight in shining armor. He wanted to be...well, everything, to her. For her.

Aqua's lips slowly dimmed from their smile, her eyes focusing on Terra intently at the question. "...Are you?" she challenged softly in return. She was willing to accept him as one, especially after how he saved her from Xavier. That was more than enough.

Terra kept his gaze on Aqua's eyes, ignoring the fireworks that were going off in the distance. While he didn't speak, his eyes conveyed a message: It's up to you. He wouldn't force himself upon her; if she didn't want things to go further than they already had, then she would have to say so.

Aqua looked up at Terra in silence, her eyes locked on his. She didn't say or do anything, hoping the expression on her face was enough. It was one of gentleness, and she prayed that Terra knew that she would never deny him the opportunity to be her Knight. She would accept him, always.

Terra caught onto Aqua's expression, and he understood what she was saying: He was her Knight. He smiled faintly, nodding slightly to show that he understood.

"That's...okay, right?" Aqua asked upon seeing Terra nod. She didn't know if that would put more pressure on him to protect her, but she was a Keyblade Master; she could easily take care of herself too.

"It's more than okay," Terra assured her softly. It was what he wanted to do, and in many ways, he felt as if he was supposed to do it. That was what boyfriends and girlfriends did for each other, especially if they were Keyblade wielders.

Aqua nodded a little and smiled. She was happy for that, since it meant a lot to her how much Terra cared. She cared about him too, and she wished she could have shown that more while he needed to be taken care of. She'd been dumb for ignoring him the way she did.
