A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things ) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

 

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way.

 

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

 

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

 

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

 

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh?

Aqua lowered her gaze again, some of her weight on her hand as she leaned against it. This was so bizarre. Her best friend...was now her boyfriend. She would have never guessed.

Terra noticed Aqua's hand on the ground by him, and he moved his hand to lightly set it on hers. Now he could do this without feeling weird about it...both he and Aqua wanted to take things further. He was happy to do just that.

Aqua glanced down at her hand and she took her weight off of it. Instead, she wrapped her hand around Terra's. She felt her heart skip at the contact, but it was a good thing. They...liked each other.

A soft laugh left Terra's lips, though nothing was funny. He was just happy that things turned out this way. Apparently all his planning for this date paid off, because now he and Aqua were together.

Aqua lifted her eyes to Terra then, smiling softly. This felt different, but it also felt right. So right. She and Terra...were they meant to be?

"...Well then," Terra said shyly, glancing down at the ground before he looked back up at Aqua. What were they supposed to do now? He was new to all this romance stuff.

"...In the books you read, what happened next?" Aqua asked, tilting her head a little as she took in the warmth of Terra's hand in hers. He said he did some research, so he had to have read some of her romance novels. What happened after the couple finally confessed their feelings to one another?

"...I don't remember that part," Terra said sheepishly, an embarrassed smile on his lips. He had been so focused on winning her over that he forgot to pay attention to what happened after he did.

Aqua's smile softened and she nodded. "Alright," she said quietly. "We'll just have to come up with our own ending, won't we?" That was the way she saw it, and she believed that was the way it should have been. She and Terra had a different story compared to the others, which meant they had more chapters to write.

"I guess we will," Terra agreed with a faint nod, his sheepish smile fading away. But what were they supposed to do? Kiss? It was only their first date...

Aqua nodded a little. She wasn't sure what would happen from here on out, but she was sure things would fall into place easily.

"...We should probably finish our food and then head back," Terra said after a moment of thought, his eyes still on Aqua. It was getting late, after all.

"You're probably right," Aqua replied, loosening her hold on Terra's hand. Not only was it late, but what about Ven? Did he even know about this?

Terra nodded slightly, releasing Aqua's hand and slipping his out so it wasn't in her grasp. It had been a long day, and it was time to head back soon. Honestly, he didn't want the day to end, though. He hadn't been this happy in a long time.

Aqua finished her small meal, her nerves settled now that things between her and Terra were established. They were...together. It was such a great thing, and this date only brought them closer.

Terra finished up his meal, and after that, he and Aqua returned to the mainland. Everything was quiet, but he noticed as they were approaching their house that the lights were still on. Ven was still up? He should have gone to bed a while ago.

"Terra..." Aqua said as they approached the house. "Does...Ven know about this?" She turned her head to him, looking up at him. If Ven didn't know, how would he react? His two best friends were...dating. Wouldn't he find that odd?

"I talked to him about it," Terra said with a faint nod, looking over at Aqua. But he didn't see why the lights of the house were still on; He didn't think Ven would wait up for his two friends after they came back from a date.

Aqua nodded slightly, though her eyes went back to the house as they approached the front door. So Ventus knew... She wasn't sure how to take that.

"He wasn't shocked," Terra said, stopping at the door so he could talk to Aqua without Ven overhearing. "He said he already noticed us acting different." He hadn't known Ven was paying attention, but really, he seemed prepared for Terra and Aqua starting a relationship. That was good.

"Really?" Aqua asked, looking up at her...boyfriend. It was so odd calling Terra that, but it was okay. She liked it. But Ven... Would he be okay with this?

"Mm," Terra hummed with a faint nod. "He said he was happy for us." And he could tell that he meant it, too, which was reassuring. But that was all the conversation they had on the subject.

Aqua felt herself smile, and she nodded. "Good," she said softly, her eyes on Terra's. That was very good, since she didn't want this creating tension of any kind between them.

Terra hummed again, agreeing. It really was good, because he didn't want Ven to be upset or hurt by this. He was like his little brother, so he had hoped he would be happy for him and Aqua.

Aqua tore her eyes away from Terra's at the silence, her gaze instead finding one of the windows. "I think he might be waiting for us," she said with a soft smile. Maybe Ven wanted to hear the good news?
