Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

Ben felt Namine's eyes on him, but he was a little too shy to meet her gaze at that moment. He was beginning to be fond of her, but he couldn't. After all, she had a boyfriend, so he couldn't interfere with that. Besides, he just met her today! He couldn't possibly be that infatuated with her by now. He was just...delusional. That was it...

Namine looked back to the painting, seeing it again for the millionth time. But still, she couldn't get enough of it. Seeing all the pictures in the museum gave her a lot of inspiration for her to draw. Maybe she would even start a new project tonight. She was too excited by all the art to sleep right away, anyway.

Ben glanced at Namine out of the corner of his eye at the silence, but then he heard footsteps. He turned his head to look abover her blonde hair, seeing the new night guard peek his head around the corner. The man gave Ben a look that he instantly understood. He nodded slightly and then looked back to Namine as the guard walked off. "It's getting late," he said softly. "We should probably get going."

Namine glanced up towards the window in the roof, seeing that it was really dark out. "We should," she said with a sigh, though she wasn't happy to leave this place. She would be back really soon, though. Saturday, if not sooner.

Ben couldn't help but smile at that heavy breath, able to sense what it meant. "It'll be here tomorrow," he said lightly, his eyes staying on Namine. He was referring to the art, and the museum. She could come see it the next day.

  • Author
"And I might be too," Namine responded with an amused smile, glad he didn't think it was dumb for her to be sad about leaving. She smiled lightly at him and then started walking, trusting that he would leave too. It really was late; it was time to go.

Ben felt like chuckling, but he held it inside as he looked after Namine. She was a great girl, and it was cool that they had the same interests. He had a feeling they would be good friends. He followed after her in silence, catching up to her in a few strides.

Namine reached the front door first, so she pushed it open and then stepped out, though she kept a hand on the door so that it wouldn't slam against Ben. That would have been rude, and she didn't want to act that way towards him. She liked him. As a friend, of course. Nothing more, no matter what the spark was she felt around him. She was just excited to find somebody as passionate about art as she was, that was it.

Ben put his hand up on the door, nodding to Namine lightly in thanks. He felt the cool night air hit him immediately, and because he didn't know where Namine lived, he wouldn't say goodbye right away.

Namine nodded slightly, folding her arms over her chest at the cool air. Short sleeves and a skirt weren't too warm, and she had a ways to walk, but that was alright. It was worth it for the extra time at the museum, and the nice talk she had with her new friend. She started walking down the path, wondering where he lived.

"Hey, Namine?" Ben called, walking forward to catch up with her after he let the door close. He had a question to ask, and he hoped it wasn't too forward.

  • Author
Namine slowed down, looking over her shoulder at Ben as she saw him catching up. "Yeah?" she asked, curious about what he had to say. It seemed like he wanted to ask her something, so if she could answer his question, she would.

"You...want me to walk you home?" Ben asked, his eyes on Namine's for the moment. "I mean, if you don't want to walk alone, I'd be happy to escort you." His mother always taught him to be a gentlman, and it was pretty late, so...

  • Author
"Oh, um, you don't have to," Namine said, though she appreciated the offer. It was very kind, and she could tell that he said it in a way that he recognized she had a boyfriend and he accepted it. That was sweet, and she knew he was asking just because he was a gentleman. "But if we're walking in the same direction, we might as well walk together," she said with a small smile of humor. It would have pointless for them to act like strangers if they were going the same way to their homes.

Ben smiled a little and nodded. "Right," he said. "Which way are you going?" If they were going the same way, then Namine would be right.

  • Author
"Down towards the beach," Namine responded. "Do you know where the mayor lives?" It was probably common knowledge to most people in Destiny Islands where he lived, so if Ben knew, she wouldn't have to explain in detail where she lived since she lived with the mayor.

"Yeah," Ben said with a nod. "I'm going that way too." He smiled a little more. He guessed they were walking together after all.

  • Author
"Okay then," Namine said with a faint nod and a smile. She was a bit glad for that, because she never really did like being alone in the dark. It would be nice to walk with Ben, because maybe then they could talk more about art.

Ben smiled a little and motioned for them to go ahead and start walking. He took the first few steps in that direction, knowing Namine would be right with him.

Namine started walking again, catching up to Ben and walking by his side. She kept her focus up on the stars, though, seeing how bright they were tonight. She loved starry nights like this, but at the same time, she hated it because it was too beautiful for her to capture on paper. There was just something about the stars that made her feel at peace.

Ben didn't mind the silence between him and Namine, which surprised him a little. Usually he was a bit awkward with quiet moments, especially with acquaintances. But Namine was different, and he was okay with that.

  • Author
"What's your favorite thing to take pictures of?" Namine asked randomly, looking away from the stars and paying attention to the path they were on. She just thought of that when she thought of the stars and how she couldn't capture their beauty, and now she wondered what he liked to capture most.

"Waterfalls," Ben said without missing a beat. "Either those, or people. Faces always have the most to say." At least that was how he saw it, and he usually captured some of it.

  • Author
Namine hummed, smiling faintly in agreement. Waterfalls were beautiful, and she enjoyed drawing them too. And she always wanted to experiment more with drawing people's faces, but she was too shy to ask people to sit down and let her draw their faces.

"What about you?" Ben asked, glancing at the ground before turning his head to look at Namine. "What's your favorite thing to draw?" He was curious himself.
