Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

Ben shook his head. "Go ahead," he insisted with a small smile. He already knew everything he needed to know, so Namine could keep it.

"Thanks," Namine said with a small smile of her own, turning slightly and putting the brochure into her purse so that she wouldn't lose it. She hoped she was allowed to go; it looked like it would be a terrific experience.

"You're welcome," Ben said in return, his eyes trailing Namine's movements. He was glad she was at least considering it, especially for herself. But he liked the fact that he would get to spend more time with her. She was such a great girl.

Namine sat upright just as the waiter came, bringing both of their meals. That wasn't a long wait at all, or at least it didn't feel that way. Time seemed to fly whenever she was with Ben. But of course, she had only been with him two days, so how could she really judge something like that?

"Thanks," Ben said to the waiter, who nodded to him before walking away. He turned his attention to Namine as he grabbed his fork. "Bon appetite." He flashed her a cheesy smile, his eyes on her for the moment.

Namine giggled softly at the cheesy grin, and the look in his eyes. She thought she saw something in there...a spark. She looked away from his eyes and picked up her own fork, starting to eat her own meal.

Ben smiled to himself when Namine looked away, but then he lowered his eyes to his food. He started to cut into his dinner in silence, finding it comfortable even if they'd only known each other for a few days.

Namine and Ben had a nice dinner together, full of more laughter and delicious food. All throughout the night, Namine found herself blown away by his sweet personality, charm, intelligence, and genuine nature. She couldn't get it off her mind, and she felt like she was being a terrible girlfriend to Roxas, but she couldn't help it. This guy just swept her off her feet without even trying.

Ben walked with Namine toward the door of the restaurant, a hostess telling them to have a good night. "Thanks," he called softly with a polite smile, then stepping forward and opening the door for Namine. He had such a great time with her. It was unbelievable how much he liked this girl already.

"Thank you," Namine said politely to Ben, looking to him before she walked through the door into the night air. She was glad she brought a light coat to wear, since her home was on the other side of the island. But then again, so was Ben's, so at least she wouldn't walk alone.

Ben's smile only grew as he nodded to Namine quietly, letting the door shut softly behind him as he followed her out. He stuffed his hands into the pockets of his khaki pants, having not thought to bring a jacket since they lived on an island. But they had winter weather occasionally, so it was just his fault for not having one.

Namine slowed her pace so that she was walking beside Ben, her purse over her shoulder. She had never gotten the chance to show him her sketches, but that was alright. It wasn't like they would want to sit outside and look at them. And besides, it was too dark out for that.

"So...what'd you think?" Ben asked after a minute or so of silence. His eyes found Namine in the dimness of the evening, and he was sure that they would show curiosity if she could see them.

"Today was fun," Namine said with a faint smile, glancing over at Ben before she looked back to the path. "First the museum and then dinner...I wish more days could be like this." It was so peaceful, but fun at the same time. She knew a lot of the credit went to the boy next to her for both things; he was a pleasure to be with.

"Heh," Ben chuckled once. "I agree completely. Today was a blast." Even if to some people it was just a museum visit and dinner, he really enjoyed it. It wasn't every day that he got the museum to himself and a friend, or had dinner with her at such a fancy place. It was nice.

  • Author
"One day in that museum wasn't enough, though," Namine said with a faint smile. She still didn't get enough time to look at all the pictures in depth and analyze them like she wanted to. Still, it was terrific while it lasted.

"Mm," Ben hummed, though he looked to Namine again. "I think there were a few pieces I missed." He gave her a specific look, meaning her own work. He never got to see them at dinner tonight.

Namine looked over at Ben, catching his tone of voice. It took her a moment, but once she understood his expression, she laughed softly. "They're in my purse," she said. "I just never had the chance to pull them out." But that was alright, since her work was nothing compared to his.

Ben smiled a little, though a little sadly. They were with her all this time. "Sorry... I think I hogged the table a little," he said with a weak expression. He had so many pictures to show her earlier...

  • Author
"Oh, I don't mind," Namine assured him with a genuine smile. "It was fun looking at all your photos." And besides, she was sure she would hang out with him again, so he'd probably see her pictures another time.

Ben smiled shyly but spoke anyway. "Still, I was looking forward to your work," he said, glancing ahead. "Maybe...sometime this week, I could look at them instead?" He wouldn't mind getting together again. It would be nice.

  • Author
"Sure," Namine said with a faint nod, looking back to the path when they made a slight turn. "When are you free?" She figured he was in school during the week, but she did a homeschooling program, so she was free pretty much anytime since that program didn't take much time.

"Late afternoon on the weekdays, usually," Ben said, glancing up at the dark sky as he thought about it. "Other than that, any time." He was usually hanging out with his friends if he wasn't doing schoolwork anyway.

  • Author
"How about...Thursday after dinner?" Namine asked after thinking about it for a few seconds. "Around six?" By then, maybe she would have an answer about the art camp, too.

Ben looked back over at Namine and instantly smiled. "Looking forward to it already," he admitted softly. That was a couple days away, so he would wait until then to see her again.
