Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

"Me too," Namine admitted softly, her gaze down on the path. She liked Ben...a lot. This was the first time she ever really felt attracted to anybody other than Roxas, and while it was a bit scary, it was also thrilling. It was many other things, too, but words couldn't define all her feelings right now.

Ben's eyes left Namine after a moment, instead going forward. He let the silence sink it, not minding it at all. He was comfortable with Namine, which was kind of different; he was usually nervous around girls. But she just made him feel so welcome and calm. It was nice.

How would Roxas feel about you spending so much time with Ben? Namine thought. She really didn't know, since she had been so busy lately. They both missed each other a lot, and he originally mentioned getting together today, but she already had the commitment with Ben. She'd have to talk to him about the art camp anyway, so she supposed that Ben would come up in that conversation since she was going to be with him for the length of the camp. With him, and not Roxas.

But at the same time, Ben knew he couldn't let this go any farther than friendship, no matter how badly he may have wanted it. Namine had a boyfriend, and he wasn't about to get in the way of that. At least, not purposely.

I'll sort this out later, Namine thought, noticing that her house was coming up. That walk had gone by really quickly; if had felt to her like there had only been silence between them for a few minutes. And now she was almost home...What was it about Ben that made time fly too quickly?

Even so, Ben was a little sad to see Namine's house up ahead. He had such a good time with her, all day. It was nice. He meant what he said when he was already looking forward to Thursday. School would go by so slowly that day.

Namine glanced over at Ben, smiling sadly when she caught onto his expression. He didn't want today to end either. She slowed her pace so that they were at a stop by the walkway to the house, turning to look at him. "I guess this is goodnight," she said softly.

"Yeah," Ben agreed with a small nod, looking at Namine. "I guess so." He didn't want today to be over already, and he could slightly see it on Namine's face as well. He was glad the feeling was mutual, since he knew he was falling for this girl more every moment he was with her.

"Today was a lot of fun," Namine said, feeling a bit shy as she put her hands into the pockets of her jacket. It was insightful, too, because they had some deep discussions about the art in the museum. She felt like today was the most fulfilling day she had in a very long time.

Ben smiled a little more. "It was, huh?" he agreed softly, tilting his head as he looked at Namine. "I don't think anything will beat today, at least for a while." He was in a museum closed to anyone else and he had an amazing dinner, and it was even better because of the girl that was with him. It was great.

  • Author
"Agreed," Namine said with a faint nod and a small smile. Sadly, she didn't think anything would come close to beating today. Normally, any day she had with Roxas was great, but today...Today was extraordinary. She wished she could relive the day over and over again, even if she hadn't seen or spoken to Roxas all day. That was bad that she had such a great day without him, wasn't it?

"I enjoyed your company today," Ben admitted with a small smile. "I think the dinner would have been a little lonely if you weren't there." It was nice talking to her, since they got to know each other a little better, at least when it came to their art.

Namine nodded, agreeing completely. "It's actually pretty nice that we both won that prize," she said. "I had a lot of fun, talking about art with you all day." Of course, they talked about other things too, but art was the highlight.

Ben smiled a little more. "I'm looking forward to more of it on Thursday," he said. He really was, but he found that he got excited to be with Namine anyway. It was strange... He hadn't felt this way about a girl in a while.

  • Author
"Me too," Namine said. "...Thursday seems so far away, though." She was surprised she made the confession, but it was true. She hoped that maybe she would run into Ben somewhere before then, because she could see the two of them being great friends.

Ben's gray eyes fell to the ground then and he ruffled his brown hair. "Yeah...it does," he said softly. With school in the way, it would definitely seem like a while.

  • Author
"...Maybe we'll run into each other before then?" Namine asked, glancing down at the ground before she looked back up at Ben. She really hoped that they did, though she felt guilty for feeling this way. She already had a boyfriend...

Ben's gaze lifted to Namine again, and he nodded. "Maybe..." he said. He certainly hoped so. He always had a good time when he was with her...

Namine smiled weakly, a cool gust of wind reminding her that they were still standing outside, and stalling from saying goodbye. She really didn't want today to end, did she?

Ben felt the wind against the back of his neck and his smile faded a little. "You should get inside," he suggested gently. He didn't want her to be cold or to be in trouble for being late, if she was. "I'll see you Thursday." Or earlier, if they happened to run into each other.

  • Author
"Okay," Namine said with a weak smile and a nod. "Goodnight, Ben." She had a great day with him today, and she couldn't wait until the next time that she saw him.

"Goodnight, Namine," Ben replied softly in return. He hoped Thursday came soon, because he was looking forward to seeing her work. But he was also looking forward to hearing her answer about Art Camp. It would be a great experience for her, and for him. Both of them, together.

Namine pulled a hand out of her pocket and waved faintly, starting up the path to her house. It was pretty late and she was tired, but at least this time Roxas wouldn't be here waiting for her. At least, she hoped that he wasn't, because she didn't feel like doing anything after an incredible day with her new friend.

Ben kept his hands in his pant pockets, looking after Namine in silence. His mother always taught him that it was polite to wait until the girl was inside before departing, so he was doing just that.

Namine set a hand on the door handle and then turned it, pushing the door open and stepping in. She was tempted to look behind her, but she knew she shouldn't. She softly closed the door, leaning her back against it once it was shut.
