"It's not that," Roxas said closing his eyes. "Really." This was a great opportunity for her, and she deserved to go. Namine's art was amazing. He wasn't going to let his selfishness get in the way of her dream.

Namine looked down at the brochure, staring at it. But it is, isn't it? she wanted to say. She and Roxas would be apart for a long time, and Namine would be with another boy. Roxas surely noticed how she got along with Ben so well, since she described the day at the museum to him.

Roxas opened his eyes after a minute and sat up, his elbows leaving his knees. He turned his head to look at Namine, seeing the look on her face. "Nam...please believe me," he said softly. It was just the distance and the time...and Ben. But he didn't want to hold her back.

Namine nodded slightly, though she wasn't sure if she did believe him. She knew Roxas well enough to tell he wasn't thrilled about this idea, and her spending time with another guy who she was getting pretty close to. What if she did something she would regret when she was gone? She didn't want to hurt Roxas.

Even if Namine nodded, Roxas knew her well enough to tell that she was thinking negatively about this. Was he making her upset? "You deserve to go," he said softly, his blue eyes on her. He had to push his feelings out of the way. "And you come first, always. If this is what you want to do, I'll support your decision."

Namine kept her gaze down, though she could tell that Roxas meant what he was saying. He didn't understand her obsession with art, but he tried his best to support her no matter what. "...I'll miss you," she said softly.

Namine smiled weakly, switching the brochure to her other hand and setting hers on Roxas's. She hoped she was making the right decision about going. She was really nervous about the whole thing, especially since she didn't know what would happen at camp or who she would be with. The only person she would know is Ben.

Roxas looked down at Namine's hand on his and smiled faintly. He turned his hand over under hers and wrapped his fingers around her smaller hand. He would miss her, so much. But it was only a few weeks, right?

Namine lightly grasped Roxas's hand, her eyes staying on that. She was strong enough to stand on her own for a few weeks without him by her side...wasn't she? She supposed that she would find out, since she was leaving in fifteen days.

Later that evening...

Ben held one of Namine's sketches in his hands and he gazed at it in awe. "Whoa..." he said breathlessly. There was so much...detail. It was beautiful, and it proved she had a lot of talent. He hoped she was going to camp; they would be glad to have her hands around.

Namine smiled weakly, sitting next to Ben and looking at the picture. They were looking at her most recent work, where she drew sights from the play island but added her own little twist on things to make them look more beautiful.

"This...this is talent," Ben said, looking over at Namine as he heard the waves roll in not too far off. "This is something the artists will want to see at camp." He didn't know if she was going yet, but he hoped what he just said would help with her decision. He was being completely honest.

"Well, it's a good thing I'm going, then," Namine said with a weak smile, turning her gaze to Ben. And she was glad that he thought so highly of her work; his criticism meant a lot to her since he was a fellow artist.

Namine laughed softly at his enthusiasm, his happiness contagious. "Yup, it's all sorted out," she said with a faint nod. "I got registered with the camp and everything." And she had her ticket for the plane, so she was all set to go.

"Yes!" Ben said, still incredibly happy with this news. "We're gonna have so much fun. I guarantee it." She would be the only one he knew there, and he was sure it was the same likewise. But he would make sure she enjoyed herself.

"You guarantee it, hm?" Namine teased, arching an eyebrow at Ben. "So what happens if it's not fun?" Of course, she was just joking around; she knew that it was going to be a blast.

Ben lightly nudged Namine with his elbow. "My punishment is your choice," he told her with a small smile. She could waste his film, draw an awful self portrait of him or outright ignore him. But he would be sure she had fun.

"Hm..." Namine hummed with a small smile of amusement, looking up towards the sky in thought. "...I'll have to think about it. Not that I think I'll actually have a right to punish you for anything." Art Camp was going to be so much fun...maybe even the best experience of her life. She was excited.

Namine lowered her head and looked over at Ben's face, his expression easy to read. She looked back down at her sketchpad, looking at the doodle. "I just hope the people at camp like my work as much as you do," she said softly.

"Why wouldn't they?" Ben asked, his soft smile remaining as he looked down at the sketchpad in his hands. "You're great." In more than one way, he thought silently to himself. But would he ever say anything like that aloud?

"But I'm sure they've met people a lot more talented than me," Namine said, faintly shaking her head. These were professionals working at the camp, and being with them would be a bit intimidating. And the other campers, surely they were skilled too.

"Maybe, maybe not," Ben said with a small shrug. He turned his head to look back at Namine. "We'll just have to wait and find out." He was sure that she would be one of the best there, though. It was just this feeling he had.
