Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

"We're heading back home," Riku said to the trio, his eyes darting over Aqua and Ven until they stopped on Terra. He saw the older person up close for the first time since he was little, and he remembered him fully now. "You guys are welcome to go."

Ventus looked to Aqua and Terra, not sure on what they wanted to do. Should they go to Riku's world as well? It wasn't like they really had any other place to be at that time. They all needed to recover from this battle anyway, so maybe they could rest up in Destiny Islands. What did his friends think about it?
Aqua's smile remained, having been visible for some time now. "All right," she said with a small nod to the teen. She then turned her gaze to her friends. "What do you guys say?" Destiny Islands was a lovely place, and they had all been there in the past. She would be alright with staying there for a while.

"Sounds good," Terra said with a nod, seeing Ventus nod out of the corner of his eye as well. It gives us a good place to catch up everything, he thought, recalling how peaceful that world had been. He had a lot of questions.

Riku smiled a little and then turned around halfway to look at Sora and Roxas. He nodded to them, letting them know that everyone was willing to go back to the Islands, and leave this Graveyard behind.

Roxas felt himself smile softly, nodding as well. Good, he finally got to go back to Namine. He hoped she was doing okay...

A little while later...

Sora walked beside Riku on the front side of the island, all of them having arrived by Gummi ship a few minutes ago. But before they went back to the islands, they stopped by Master Yen Sid's tower, since apparently everyone had gone their before their battle with Xehanort. They filled him in on what occurred, and then the Master offered Sora and Roxas armor that would be helpful when they battled Xehanort in the future. Sora's armor was worn as a shoulder guard, similar to the one that Ventus wore.

Roxas walked slightly behind Sora and Riku, his eyes roaming the area for any sign of the girl he loved. He'd been anxious to see her after leaving the Keyblade Graveyard, though they had to make a small stop at Master Yen Sid's Tower to inform him of what occurred earlier. He felt a little more involved after being so out of the loop, and now he had his own armor, courtesy of Master Yen Sid. It was silver and black, the piece of armor on his upper arm on his right side. He wasn't sure how it worked exactly, and he hoped there didn't come a time when it was required in the near future.

Namine sat on the dock next to Kairi, her legs dangling off the edge and lightly kicking through the air every once in a while. She was so worried...it had been about a day since Roxas and Sora vanished off the island, and she had hardly slept at all last night worrying about it. Where were her friends?

Sora kept walking forward, going under the bridge at that moment. Kairi wasn't on the islet, and neither was Namine. He looked forward and saw the two girls up ahead, though he wasn't sure if they noticed the group coming towards them.

Kairi had her hands in her lap, her ankles crossed as they dangled over the water. She no longer felt assured that Sora was okay, since his heart wasn't safe inside her. That only left her the option to wonder how he and Roxas were, since Vanitas took them away from the Islands.

Aqua walked behind the trio ahead, part of her own as she traveled at a leisurely pace next to Ven. The air around her was pure, without darkness or any threats. For once, she felt relaxed, after so long.

Sora was sure that neither of the girls noticed them, and so he had no choice but to get there attention. "Kairi, Namine," he called, stopping a few yards away from the deck.

Namine's eyes widened at the call, and she immediately turned her head and looked over to the people who were gathered. All her friends were alright! She felt relief immediately, so happy that they were back home.

Kairi's head turned sharply to the left, her blue eyes locating the six people that had been far away from here. Her eyes traveled over the ones she recognized--Ventus, Aqua, Roxas, and Riku. She guessed the newcomer was Terra. However, her gaze lingered on the boy she loved, his voice like music to her ears. A smile of pure relief and happiness graced her lips, so glad to see them back safe and sound.

Roxas came to a stop on the other side of Sora, stepping over slightly so he could see the girl he loved. He lifted a hand and lightly waved to her, a smile on his face at her expression.

Namine smiled, standing up on the deck quickly and then not bothering with the stairs as she went over to Roxas, her arms winding around him when she was right in front of him. He was alright! She had been so worried, especially because of how things had almost ended during his first fight with that stranger.

Roxas caught himself from stumbling back a step when Namine crashed into him, though it only brought a wider smile out of him. He wrapped his arms around her in a secure embrace, his head lowered slightly as he closed his eyes. He was so happy to hold her in his arms again, when he almost lost the chance to ever again when Vanitas was here.

Kairi's eyes glanced over at Namine when she approached Roxas, but her eyes immediately went back to her two boys. She pushed herself up and turned to face them, willing her tears to stay absent. They were both a sight for sore eyes, the girl relieved that Sora and Riku were back in one piece...and the former complete.

Namine shut her eyes when Roxas hugged her back, relief swelling up inside of her. "I'm so glad you're alright," she whispered, choking back her emotions so that she'd remain composed. He had left so suddenly...it had been awful.

Sora glanced over at Roxas and Namine with a faint smile on his lips, but then he felt another gaze on him. He looked forward again and saw Kairi on the deck, and his smile instantly widened. He found himself walking forward towards the girl he loved, his eyes set on her.

"Me too," Roxas whispered in response, lightly squeezing Namine's form. He felt so ashamed of himself for losing as badly as he did to Vanitas, but thankfully things worked out the way they had. He would be gone if they hadn't.

Kairi's eyes trailed the boy she had longed to see moving for so long, his smile nearly melting her heart. She felt a little frozen in place, and she wished she could move her feet to meet him halfway, but the look in his eyes stunned her as she stood on the edge of the deck.

Sora walked up the stairs on the dock, turning and taking a few more steps before stopping and leaving a couple of feet between him and Kairi. He couldn't help but stare, really looking at her for the first time in a while. He hadn't actually looked at her yesterday when he first woke up; he had focused on Vanitas so that he could protect her. So now that he could look at her, he didn't care that he was staring, especially since she was doing the same.
Kairi hummed softly in happiness, her eyes on the blue she adored. She didn't mind that his gaze lingered on her, and she was sure that he didn't care about hers either. They hadn't actually looked each other in the eye for a few days, though it felt like so much longer than that. Regardless, she was glad to see Sora again, especially after Vanitas's appearance.

Sora's smile softened, his bright blue eyes lingering on Kairi's. He opened his arms without thought, inviting her over to him. It had been far too long since he held her last. For the past few days, they had been together, but they hadn't communicated much since there wasn't really anything to say. There was plenty to say now, but they were both silent, and that was perfectly alright with him. They'd talk later.
Kairi's smile widened slightly at Sora's motion, and she lessened the space between them with every step she took until she was with him, the girl silently wrapping her arms around the boy she loved with all her heart. Kairi leaned against him, her arms wrapped tightly around his lower back.

Sora felt warmth in his heart from Kairi being so near, and he shut his eyes instantly when her arms went around him. He set one hand on her upper back and the other on the back of her neck lightly, remembering how protective he felt of her when he first woke up. It would have been awful if he had stayed asleep...then both his heart and Kairi's probably would have been lost. Even if Sora's body got his heart back, he wouldn't have put up a fight if his soulmate was gone.
"...You're back," Kairi said, her eyes falling closed at how much relief she felt. She was mostly referring to how Sora's heart had returned to him, not just his arrival on the Islands. She was grateful for both, unable to really go on without this boy.

Sora opened his eyes, looking down at the girl in his arms as he lightly ran his hand over her back once. "Yeah," he said gently, nodding faintly as well. He was back on the Islands, and he was back in his body. The circumstances leading up to his awakening weren't the best, but he was still glad to be back.
Riku crossed his arms, remaining where he stood on the beach. He looked up at his two best friends with a content smile, witnessing their reunion. He was glad everyone was home again, the battle having been long and very difficult. But with teamwork, they all managed to return in once piece, injuries minor and lives safe.

Sora looked out at the ocean after a few moments, his embrace around Kairi still secure but gentle. Things were peaceful now, but the armor on his shoulder reminded him that Xehanort and Vanitas were still out there. He had figured that Vanitas died, but Ventus told all of them at Yen Sid's that he was still alive. That only made the danger even more serious. Vanitas had been beating him and Roxas, and that showed how strong he was. And paired up with Xehanort, there was a chance that even the six of them couldn't defeat the evil duo.
Aqua's eyes left the five teens before her, instead looking at her best friends. They were together again as well, though there was still a lot to be done before they could completely be at peace with their own lives. Resting up here would do them some good for some time, but she knew that this time of reunion would come to an end soon enough, and Master Xehanort would have to be taken on once more.
