Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

Sora fell asleep within a few minutes of laying down, comfortable in the sun and listening to the waves roll in and out. He was wondering if he would wake up to Kairi standing over him, but then he figured he probably wouldn't, since she knew how tired he was.
Riku managed to make it back to the island and once he did, he saw some of the others on the beach, which was mostly Aqua and Ven. As for Terra, he didn't know, and he didn't really care. They had their own falling out last week, and they still hadn't talked about it. Riku wouldn't think about it much, heading home.

The next day

One day past the halfway mark. Namine didn't see it in a positive light, though, since she was currently very upset. A few days into coming to camp, the other girls started pulling nasty pranks on her. Ben said that it was because they were jealous of how all the teachers loved her. Up until now, the pranks had been bad, but not this bad. The girl sat on a rock by the river, sweatshirt on and hood up as she had her hands in her face. This morning...the girls replaced her shampoo with blue hair dye. And she skipped the class and spent the past three hours trying to get it out. It was lighter now, but it was still there. She couldn't believe how harsh those girls were to her! She had only one friend here, and that was Ben, but he was probably in class. Unless he came looking for her, figuring the girls pulled another nasty prank. He knew about all the other ones.

Ben made his way along one of the concrete paths of the camp, his eyes scanning the area for Namine. He skipped class halfway through since he heard some chatter from his seat; apparently some girls were happy with another one of their tricks, and he asked to be excused so he could see if Namine was alright. He stopped walking when his gray eyes spotted her near the river, and judging by her posture, she was far from okay. The boy frowned, starting toward her position quietly.

Namine sniffled softly into her hands, really upset. This wasn't fair! She didn't do anything against those girls. She was fortunate she had Ben to support her, but she also needed Roxas. She tried calling him so many times, but he never picked up his phone. That only forced her to get closer to Ben, close enough that one teacher mistook them as a couple. But she couldn't focus on that now. How was she going to survive two more weeks of this?

Ben approached Namine silently, and once he was in ear-shot, he spoke. "Namine," he said, walking up to her and lightly setting his hand on her shoulder. He bent down a little to try and look at her face, though it was covered by her hands and her hood was up. What happened?

  • Author
Namine wiped at her face a little, some tears there. She lowered her hands and looked up at Ben, not extremely surprised that he found her. She wasn't exactly hiding, after all. Her hair was doing the hiding, in her hood. And her bangs were pinned back, too, so that nobody could see her blueish hair.

When Ben saw the look in Namine's eyes, he crouched down next to her, his hand staying on her shoulder. "What happened?" he asked sadly, the same emotion in his eyes. Those girls had been awful to her the last few weeks. Namine was falling apart.

  • Author
"They switched my shampoo with hair dye," Namine said softly, her voice sounding choked up from her emotion. She couldn't help it; she had coped with the rest of the pranks the best she could, but this was the last straw. She couldn't take these pranks any more. And the camp administrators and teachers wouldn't help her, either. She was stuck.

"What?" Ben said softly in surprise. Hair dye? "...Let me see." He wouldn't make fun of her for how she looked; he couldn't. Namine was hurt, and he couldn't make it worse for her. He was better than that.

Namine shifted her gaze to the ground, but she complied with Ben's wish. She lifted both of her hands and removed her hood, revealing her hair. Earlier, it had been extremely blue, but fortunately, she managed to wash a lot of it out. But it was still clearly not her normal blonde shade.

Ben's eyes widened at the sight, and he couldn't say anything. He wordlessly lifted his hand and fingered the light blue tips of Namine's hair. "Those...witches," he said in disgust, but also in sadness. Namine had come to enjoy herself, and now she was miserable because of those wretched girls. This was awful.

  • Author
Namine lowered her head, shutting her eyes as she wordlessly nodded. She knew they were witches, because she put up with their antics all the time. She thought Art Camp would be a dream come true, but it was the opposite. It was a nightmare.

"I'm sorry I wasn't there this time," Ben said softly, releasing the tips of Namine's hair. He couldn't have been there, since this happened in their dorm. The other times he had been around, though he only managed to keep a prank from happening once.

  • Author
Namine nodded slightly, knowing Ben meant it. He was really supporting her through this torture, but he couldn't help her in an area where only girls were allowed. "I spent the last two or three hours trying to wash it out," she said softly. But this was the best she could get it.

"...I'll take you back to your room so you can keep trying," Ben said. "I'll see what I can do about settling this." He stood up and offered her his hand. He had a feeling they would have to leave in order to get rid of all of this trouble; the counselors obviouly weren't doing anything.

  • Author
Namine shook her head faintly, looking over at her close friend. "It's not going to come out anymore," she said softly. She just knew it. "And we've already tried getting the pranks to end. Nothing's going to work." Those girls would never give in, and the teachers insisted she use her emotions of negativity to fuel a new kind of art. Well, it was working, only the art was terrible. She could never get comfortable enough to do a decent picture knowing those girls could get her anytime without anyone intervening.

Ben slowly pulled his hand back, looking toward the river in thought. There had to be something they could do... "Have you tried calling Roxas?" he asked softly after a minute. She probably needed his support right now. Maybe he could help somehow.

  • Author
Namine nodded faintly, following Ben's gaze to the river. "He's still not answer his phone," she said softly. She told Ben earlier that week that no matter how often she tried calling Roxas, he wasn't answering her calls. It was so strange, and disheartening. She needed him so badly...

"Odd..." Ben couldn't help but comment softly, still staring at the water. Roxas had seemed so sad to see Namine go before they left. Ben would have figured he'd be jumping at the opportunity to speak with her.

  • Author
Namine kept her gaze on the water, though her eyes did become moist. She needed him for more than just advice about the bullying. She needed to talk to him to have reassurance with their relationship. She and Ben were so close, and she didn't want to lose Roxas. But it seemed like she was doing just that. But she was also losing her hope of things turning around here. I just want to go home.

Ben turned his eyes to Namine. "Maybe it's time you go see him, then," he said quietly. They needed to leave. That was the only conclusion he could come to that would solve both problems on Namine's plate.

  • Author
Namine shook her head slightly, looking down towards the ground. "There's no way to get home until the end of camp," she said softly. The mayor didn't grasp just how terrible things were, so he refused to get her a plane ticket so she could come home early. And Namine was broke, so she didn't have the money to buy her own ticket.

"Yes there is," Ben said with a nod. He held out his hand for Namine to take. "I'll take you back to your room so you can pack. I'll take care of the rest." He would explain the situation to his parents. They would understand.

  • Author
Namine tilted her head slightly, confused. "What do you mean?" she asked, though she did accept Ben's hand. She slipped her hand into his, her eyes on his gray ones. How would he take care of things?
