Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

Namine released the handle of her suitcase and hugged Kairi back, a faint smile still on her lips. "Hi, Kairi," she greeted softly. She was a sight for sore eyes, that was for sure.
"I'm so glad you're home," Kairi said with a smile, seeing Ben nod to her in a silent greeting as she hugged Namine. She pulled back after a second and look at her best friend. "It's been so quiet here without you."

Namine pulled back when Kairi did, a faint smile still on her lips. "I'm afraid you'll have to deal with the quiet a little longer," she said. "I'm going to catch up on sleep a lot in the next few days." She had never fully rested at camp since she was rightfully paranoid about the girls that lived in the same building as her.
"I understand," Kairi said with a small nod. She caught Ben smile sadly behind her, and she wondered why that was, but she was sure she would find out later. She and Namine had an open friendship, and if there was anything they needed to talk about, Namine could come to her.

Namine glanced back at Ben before she looked back to Kairi. "Could you give us a sec?" she asked softly. "I have to say bye." And she ahd to thank Ben for everything he did for her in the past two weeks.

Kairi nodded again. "Of course," she said softly. She reached down and grabbed Namine's suitcase that was next to her on the porch, waving lightly to Ben as she brought the bag inside with her.

Ben nodded to Kairi before she went inside, and he switched his eyes to Namine. He still had a hold of her bags but he didn't let go of them just yet.

Namine turned around to face Ben, her hands clasped in front of her as she looked up to his eyes. She didn't really know what to say. Art Camp was a terrible, terrible experience, but she survived it. Thanks to him. She didn't know what she would have done without him.

Ben smiled weakly at Namine, looking down at her from his slightly taller height. "So, um, I guess I'll see you later?" he said, though he made it sound more like a question because of his uncertainty. When she was with her boyfriend again, would he see her at all?

"Yeah," Namine said with a faint nod. "You can call me anytime." She almost always had her phone on her, and she wanted to stay in contact with Ben after they became so close at Art Camp. He was a great friend, even if their feelings for each other were greater than that.

"Great," Ben replied automatically, that being the word that popped into his head when Namine said that. His lips spread from his weak smile into one that was genuine, the boy happy about how close they had become since they left. His feelings had grown a lot since then, but he had to keep them hidden. He couldn't interfere with her relationship with Roxas.

Namine felt herself smile, and she wordlessly took a few small steps forward and wrapped her arms around Ben. This wasn't the first time she hugged him, and she felt like she needed to hug him before he left. She owed him. A lot.

Ben released the handle of Namine's larger suitcase and wrapped his arm around her gently, lowering his head slightly as he hugged her back. He didn't want to drop her things in her carry on bag, so he held it in silence, taking in this moment.

Namine naturally leaned her head on his shoulder, like she would for any friend that was taller than her. "Thank you," she said softly. "For everything." For the plane ticket, the ride home, the hugs, the comfort...everything. She wouldn't have survived that without him.

"Anytime," Ben said, his small smile growing a little. He hoped his parents weren't watching this, since he knew they would poke fun at him for it. But at the same time, he didn't care, liking the way this felt. To him, it felt right.

Namine stayed in the embrace for a few more moments before she forced herself to pull back. It was then she noticed that he was still holding one of her bags. "Oh, I can take that," she said, holding out a hand for it.

Ben slowly brought his other hand back and looked down at the bag he was holding. His smile dimmed a little as he set the handle in Namine's hand, giving it to her. He needed to get going, since his parents were waiting.

Namine grasped the handle and then reached for the suitcase that was next to Ben. "I'll talk to you later," she said softly. Maybe later tonight, maybe tomorrow, it didn't really matter. She would talk to him soon.

"Right," Ben said with a nod, taking a small step back. "Bye, Namine." He waved a little and then turned around, tearing his eyes from her as he descended the porch steps and started back for his parents' car.

"Bye," Namine said in response, taking a hand off her suitcase and waving to him faintly. She waited a few moments before she turned around, starting for the door with her two bags. Time to take in this luggage.
Kairi was already up in Namine's room, having hauled her suitcase up there while she and Ben said goodbye. She glanced out the window to see the car driving away from the house, so she knew Namine must have been getting the rest of her things.

Namine came into the house and shut the door behind her, her hat still on. She tugged at her suitcase and reached the stairs, starting to carry it up with her other bag slung over her shoulder.
Kairi lowered the handle on the suitcase with her, setting the bag on top of Namine's bed that way it would be easier for her to get her stuff out. But Kairi couldn't help but think of Roxas. He had been so devastated over what Riku said the last week. What would he do when he realized Namine was home?
  • Author
Namine finished hauling the bag upstairs and when she did, she set it back down and grabbed the handle to roll it. Even if it was on carpet, it worked. She took it into her room and noticed Kairi there, having already placed her other suitcase on the bed.
Kairi turned around when she heard the sound of a suitcase on the carpet, seeing Namine. She smiled softly. "It's just the way you left it," she said, referring to her bedroom. Nobody had touched it since she left.
  • Author
"It's been too long since I was home," Namine said with a soft sigh, letting her suitcase stay standing in the carpet as she took a step forward. She set her carry on bag on her bed, figuring she'd sort through everything later.
