Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

"I'm sure the others feel the same way," Kairi said, dismissing her earlier thoughts of Roxas. He would still want to see her...right? "They all miss you." None of them knew she was home, but that would be a good surprise.

"Well, I'm sure I'll see them all in the next day or two," Namine said with a weak smile, looking over at Kairi. It was too late tonight to get everyone together; it was already around 9. If they got together now, they would be up hours later than they should have been.
Kairi nodded with a small smile. "Well, I'll let you get settled. Holler if you need anything," she said. She then started toward the door, knowing that Namine needed to catch up on rest.

"I'm actually gonna go out right away," Namine said to Kairi. "To stop by Roxas's house." She wanted to know why he was ignoring her. She highly doubted that his phone was broken. If that was the case, he would have borrowed somebody else's phone and texted her to let her know what happened.
Kairi stopped at the doorway, and glanced at Namine. "Alright then," she said with a small smile. But it faded when she left the room to give Namine some time to get ready to go see Roxas. She hoped that went well.

Namine glanced at the mirror she had in her room, walking over to it. She hesitantly took her her hat, showing her blue hair. It was still in the braid though, so it was alright. She was going to keep her hat on, anyway.
Roxas sat on edge of a table next to his window, his guitar in his hands. It was late, but he couldn't sleep, so he decided he would play his guitar for old time's sake. Plus, it always helped him clear his head. He sat by the window to stay cool, the boy playing a song he'd heard on the radio recently, his head hurting with thoughts of Namine and Ben.

Namine fixed her hat one last time, approaching Roxas's house. She wasn't sure what she'd do when she saw him; she was very curious about why he didn't talk to her whenever she called him. She exhaled a soft breath when she was in front of the door and lifted a hand, ringing the doorbell.
Roxas stopped playing his guitar, having thought he heard a noise. Was it the doorbell? He lowered his guitar and leaned out the window a little, trying to see who it was on the porch. Since he couldn't tell, he knew he would have to go answer it. The boy left his room after setting down his guitar, going down the stairs so he could get the door.

Namine clasped her hands behind her back, looking down towards the ground as she swayed a little on her feet. He was coming; he couldn't be ignoring his doorbell, too. But why was he ignoring her in the first place? She hadn't done anything wrong, had she?
Roxas walked across the floor until he found the front door, the boy reaching forward and unlocking the door. He opened it, but that was when his eyes widened with a start. Namine?

Namine looked up from underneath her long eyelashes to see Roxas at the door, and recognize his surprised expression. "Hi," she said softly, scuffing her foot a little along the ground. She was home.
"...Hi," Roxas replied a few seconds too late. This definitely hadn't been who he was expecting. "What're you doing home? I thought you didn't get back for a few weeks." This was a surprise. But...did that mean Ben was here too?

"I came home early," Namine said softly, looking down again and running her foot over the ground. "Art Camp wasn't what I expected it to be." It was a nightmare, and she was relieved to be home. But confused with Roxas...if he would have answered his phone, then he would have known what was happening.
"Oh...That's too bad," Roxas said, lifting his hand to rub over the back of his head. He wanted to hug her so badly, since he'd missed her so much. But the thought of what Riku said made him hesitate.

Namine glanced up at Roxas again after a few moments of silence, feeling some tension. Who caused it? "I tried calling you," she said softly, moving away from that thought. "A lot." But he never picked up.
Roxas felt himself stiffen, and he instantly diverted his gaze. "Oh, well...um," he stuttered, not knowing what to say. He didn't want to lie, but... "Sorry, I guess I missed them." He lowered his hand from his head, glancing up at Namine again.

Namine furrowed her eyebrows slightly, her hands still behind her back. "You'll have to lie better than that," she declared. She knew that he hadn't missed her calls. He avoided them.
Roxas's eyes widened, the boy's breath getting caught in his throat. He blinked, but didn't say anything. Namine saw right through him. How was he supposed to react to that? The boy lowered his gaze again, avoiding her eyes.

Namine kept her gaze on Roxas, not backing down. "You wanna try something else?" she asked. "Or get straight to the truth?" She didn't have patience for lies right now; she was already over the edge because of her terrible experience at Art Camp. And whether Roxas deserved it or not, she was most likely going to take it out on him.
Roxas glanced up at Namine at her tone and words. "I-I, um..." he stuttered with uncertainty, glancing to the side as he lifted his hand to the back of his head. She was angry, wasn't she? But she was putting him on the spot! He didn't want to hurt her feelings...

Namine kept her stare on Roxas, unclasping her hands and folding her arms over her chest. She waited for him to get out something, and that something shouldn't have been a stutter. What did he expect out of this? He should have known she'd be mad about him avoiding her calls.
"I...I'm sorry," Roxas said finally, looking back up at her. But when he saw her expression and posture, he instantly looked back down. "I just...needed to think about something." That something happened to be her...and Ben.

"Well, I needed to talk to you," Namine retorted, her gaze getting softer with sadness as she looked towards Roxas's feet. She needed to hear his voice so badly, to let her know that things were alright. But she hadn't heard his voice, and so things were far from okay.
Roxas sighed softly, not wanting to hear that. That only made him feel worse. Obviously by all the calls she needed to talk, but...he was scared. "I'm sorry," he responded weakly, closing his eyes.
