Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

Kairi frowned, eyes softening even more. "But I'm sure you didn't mean to," she said quietly. "Accidents happen." Namine couldn't have wanted this for herself and Roxas.

"That doesn't matter," Namine said, lifting her head out of her knees a little bit. "I still did it, and I deserve any more heartbreak he throws at me." She betrayed him.
Kairi shook her head. "Roxas loves you, Namine," she said softly. "What he said back at the beach... He was just angry." Or at least, that was what Kairi thought.
  • Author
Namine shook her head, lifting it out of her knees and looking at the wall. "He doesn't love me anymore," she said softly. "And he has a right to be angry at me after what I did to him." She fell in love with another person; that was something she would never be forgiven for.
"...Does Ben know about this? What's happened?" Kairi asked after a small silence. This involved him, right? It was a love triangle, much like Kairi had with Nathaniel and Sora a long time ago. It was so complicated.
  • Author
"Not yet," Namine said softly, faintly shaking her head. She had spoken to him a little last night, but she hadn't told him about Roxas. He was going to be upset when he heard, since he never wanted to ruin her relationship.
Kairi lifted a hand and set it on Namine's arm. "Call him the first chance you get," she said softly. "Maybe he can help." She wasn't sure what she was referring to, really; helping Namine with Roxas or helping her feel better. Either way, Namine would have one boy on her side.
  • Author
Namine again shook her head faintly. "I'm so stupid," she whispered, looking to the ground. She threw away what she had with Roxas for somebody else, and now she refused to run to Ben because of how guilty she felt for liking him.
"No you're not," Kairi said instantly. "You're not stupid. You didn't mean for this to happen. It was an honest mistake." There was nothing she could do about those kinds of accidents, except try and fix them. It would be hard, but Namine was strong. She could do it.
  • Author
"Falling in love with somebody else can't be called a mistake," Namine said softly in disagreement. She fell for Ben because everything about him was amazing. She should have said she never wanted to see him again, but instead, she welcomed him into her life. Her friendship with him ruined her relationship with Roxas.
Kairi took her hand away from Namine's arm at that, realizing her error. But... "You can't help who you fall in love with, Namine," she said softly, her soft eyes on her best friend. "If it happens, it happens. That's destiny."
  • Author
"Destiny's not fair," Namine said quietly, swallowing when her eyes became moist. It wasn't fair that she loved two boys at once, and it wasn't fair that she broke the heart of one of those boys. She was a terrible person.
"Maybe not," Kairi agreed with a small nod. "But it brings wonderful people into your life, like Ben and Roxas." She tilted her head slightly. "Right?" Namine couldn't deny how good Roxas was to her in the past, even if they had some rough spots. She believed they were destined to be together, even if it seemed fate had other plans in store.
  • Author
"Right," Namine said softy. "But I was stupid enough to push Roxas away. After everything, how could I possibly do that?" She loved him desperately, but last night, she slapped him. She still couldn't explain where that came from, since she never did it before.
"You're both in rough spots right now," Kairi told Namine gently. "Maybe when things get easier, you'll come to forgive each other and move on." She at least hoped for that. She couldn't imagine Namine and Roxas apart forever. It didn't seem possible.
  • Author
Namine shook her head faintly, eyes moist. "I don't deserve forgiveness," she said, releasing her legs and lowering them to the ground. "I deserve heartbreak for the rest of my life because of what I did to Roxas."
Kairi shook her head sadly, hating to hear Namine talk herself down like this. "I don't think that's true," she admitted softly. Namine didn't deserve heartbreak in her eyes, even if she and possibly Roxas thought so.
  • Author
"It is true," Namine insisted. "He said I ruined everything, and he was right. He told me to run into Ben's arms, and that's probably what I'll end up doing. But how can I even think about leaving Roxas after all we've been through?!" She was a terrible person.
Kairi was slightly surprised to hear that Roxas said such a thing. "He couldn't have meant that, Namine," she said quietly. Roxas would never mean that. He loved Namine too much to really mean it.
  • Author
Namine looked over at Kairi for the first time, eyes moist. "Kairi, you just don't get it!" she said in sadness. "He did mean it, and he was right about everything! I screwed up. I don't deserve forgiveness or anything because of how terrible this situation is because of me."
Kairi lowered her gaze from Namine's moist eyes, not knowing how to respond. She wished she knew what to say, but she had already tried to convince Namine that Roxas loved her. He always would, no matter what he said. Didn't she know that?
  • Author
"I don't deserve friends, either," Namine said, her eyes staying on Kairi even though she looked away. "You all should be supporting Roxas with this, not trying to help the person who broke his heart." She deserved to be an outcast.
"Stop." Kairi looked up at Namine then, her blue eyes finding those of her best friend. She was not going to leave Namine to suffer through this alone. That would be so foolish of her.
  • Author
I won't, Namine wanted to say, but she wasn't foolish enough to say that aloud. There were only a few moments where Kairi was extremely firm, and this was one of those moments. She couldn't go against that too easily.
"You're family," Kairi said, her eyes resting on Namine for the moment. "I'm not going to leave you to suffer through this alone. You should know that. If anyone is going to stick by you, it's me." Namine was like a sister to her, and Kairi never abandoned family. Ever.
