Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

"I'm okay," Namine whispered, looking up at Roxas's eyes as he knelt in the sand beside her. The healing hurt a little, ironically, but it was better now. The pain she felt in her arm, leg, and body in general were nothing compared to what she felt before.
Roxas nodded a little, though he didn't take his eyes off her. He still felt worry in his heart, which didn't help with the other emotions he felt there lately. But he didn't care at the same time. Namine was more important.

"Thank you," Namine whispered after a few moments, eyes still moist but no longer shedding tears. She owed Roxas big time for coming and healing her, but she owed him more than that. She had been thinking about their argument a lot lately, and she had been meaning to talk to him about it.
"Sure," Roxas said quietly, his eyes moving over Namine's face. It was wet with the tears she shed, and he wanted to wipe the streaks away. But he couldn't. They were no longer together, and it would be wrong for him to do that.

Namine knew that she needed to sit up now; there was no reason to stay laying in the sand. She set her hands on the beach and then pushed herself up a little, though she had to bite her lip so she didn't whimper again in pain. The spell helped a lot, but it didn't heal her completely.
Roxas saw Namine pushing herself up, so he leaned back on his legs to give her space. He glanced up in the meantime, wondering how far she had fallen. With her injuries, it had to have been pretty high up, and that only made him feel more upset.
  • Author
Namine sat up and took the pressure off her aching arm, hesitantly lifting her free hand and setting it on it. When her fingers first touched, she withdrew a little. But then she found some courage and set her whole hand on her arm, rubbing it a little. I'm okay...
"...What were you thinking?" Roxas said, his scared eyes going to Namine again as he spoke. How could she be so careless, climbing the side of a cliff? That was a terrible idea!
  • Author
Namine shyly looked up at Roxas, but she looked away when she saw the fear in his eyes. "...I wanted to get to the meadow," she said softly. "And it didn't look like the climb would be that hard, so..." So she tried doing it. And she failed.
"Namine, you're smarter than that," Roxas said, furrowing his eyebrows slightly. She knew better than to climb the side of the cliff. That was suicide, and she nearly committed it. He lowered his gaze then, to the sand between them. He didn't want to even imagine that...
  • Author
"Apparently not," Namine said weakly, really sorry. It was a stupid idea, and she had done it impulsively. She really should have thought that one through before she did that.
Roxas stared down at the sand for another moment before lifting his hand to his hair. "I'm just glad you called," he admitted. He was the only other person that knew where the meadow was. He had been so scared when he got that call though, but he was glad it was him.
  • Author
"I'm glad you came," Namine admitted softly, looking away from Roxas's face. She didn't deserve such gentle treatment, not from him. She had so many regrets with him; she hurt him and she wished she could take it back so badly. She loved him.
Roxas lifted his eyes to Namine then. "Did you call me because I knew where you would be?" he asked. Did she even mean to call him at all? It was just so random, but critical as well.
  • Author
"I...don't know," Namine said softly, faintly shaking her head. "I just called you without thinking about it." He was the person she always called whenever she was in trouble, and coincidentally, the first person on her speed dial. But in her heart, she felt like she called him because maybe, just maybe, he was still her guardian angel.
Roxas scratched the side of his head. "Oh..." he said. He didn't know how else to respond, unsure of how to take it. Did he take that well, or negatively? He guessed it didn't really matter, since Namine was safe.
  • Author
Namine nodded slightly, looking back to the arm that she held. She ran her hand over it lightly, it still feeling tender. But she'd be alright. Only because of the person who was in the sand next to her, though. The person whose heart she broke...Could she help him somehow?
Roxas lowered his hand from his hair, knowing that things probably weren't going anywhere from here. "I should get you back home," he said softly. "You need to be there, since Ben might be wondering what you're up to." He didn't mean it in a rude way, just saying what was on his mind. They were a thing now, weren't they? Namine and Ben? He at least thought so, having heard she hung out with him a lot in the past few days, and his friends. If that was the case, he probably needed to escort her home. And only escort her home.
  • Author
Namine lifted her gaze to Roxas in surprise, his tone unreadable to her. "I told him I needed the day to myself," she responded softly. Ben was probably with his friends, not concerned too much about her. It wasn't like they were dating, anyway.
Roxas only looked at Namine, waiting a second before responding. "Regardless, you should get back," he said. She didn't need to be here any longer, unless she wanted to be taken to the meadow. He would do that, but he wouldn't stay.
  • Author
"...Roxas?" Namine said hesitantly, feeling a little wind blow her brunette hair over her shoulder. They were together now, and she had so much that she wanted to say to him.
"Hm?" Roxas hummed, his eyes still on Namine. What did she want? He already implied he would escort her home. Unless there was something else she needed from him, but he couldn't imagine what that would be.
  • Author
Namine tore her eyes away from Roxas, tears reappearing. "I'm so sorry," she whispered. She was so sorry for everything that she did, starting with falling in love with another person.
Roxas blinked in surprise. Wait, what? Namine was apologizing? For what, this? He wasn't sure, since he had a hunch it was about something much greater.
  • Author
"I was terrible to you," Namine whispered, lowering her head a little and letting her hair naturally hide some of her face. "I tried blaming it all on you when I was the one who ruined everything."
