A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things ) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

 

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way.

 

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

 

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

 

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

 

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh?

Namine smiled softly, her eyes on Roxas's. Thinking about it, she could guess what he was pondering. He was probably thinking about his connection to Ven, and wondering what that meant for him. But she knew who he was; he was Roxas. Nobody else.

Roxas looked away after a moment, his smile growing without his control. He linked his fingers between his girlfriend's, glad that he had her. He would be lost if she wasn't around, even in the very beginning of everything.

Namine looked down at her hand in Roxas's, her soft smile staying on her lips. Even if Xehanort and Vanitas were still out there, she was glad that things were at least a little better now. It was better than it had been yesterday, when Roxas was defeated by Vanitas and about to be...killed.

Aqua stifled a yawn, bringing one of her hands to her mouth. After it passed, she looked over at Ven, then Terra. "I think I'm about to follow his lead," she said with a small smile, referring to the boy who was still sleeping. The last few days had left her exhausted; she was ready for a good night's rest.

Sora looked up when Aqua spoke, catching Terra nod in agreement to his friend. "You guys can crash in the shack if you want to," he said, referring to the place right behind the three warriors. Unfortunately, he and Riku couldn't head back to the mainland and see their parents; then they wouldn't have been able to get away again to track down Xehanort. So they would have to spend the night on the island as well.

Aqua looked over at the brunet and nodded once in gratitude. "All right," she said softly. That was perfectly fine with her; just as long as she got some rest.

Terra nodded slightly as well, looking from Sora to Ven before he lifted his gaze to Aqua. "Guess we gotta wake him," he said, referring to the boy sitting between them. It wasn't like they could leave him out in the cold all night, and trying to move him would probably wake him.

Aqua turned her head to look at the youngest of their trio, slouched against the shack between her and Terra. She knew how clueless Ven could be in his sleep, and funny. She smiled slightly at the thought, lifting a hand and lightly setting it on her friend's arm. "Ven?" she called softly.

Ventus thought he heard a soft voice, also feeling warmth on his arm from a hand. But he was pretty out of it, so he didn't respond to it right away.

"Ventus," Aqua called once more, lightly shaking Ven's arm as she spoke. She knew that what happened today must have caused him to be this exhausted, but she would rather he sleep somewhere that was warmer, cozier.

Ven furrowed his eyebrows slightly, feeling the light shake. He grunted slightly, lifting a hand and rubbing at his eyes to try and wake himself up. What was going on?

Kairi felt herself smiling a little at Ven's grogginess, thinking of Roxas and Sora doing the same thing when they were sleepy. But that was for obvious reasons.

Ven lowered his hand, glancing over in Terra's direction before he looked over at the person who had their hand on his arm. "What's up?" he asked sleepily, trying to wake himself up quickly. Did he miss something?

Aqua smiled softly at her best friend. "How about we move ourselves inside the shack for tonight?" she suggested, pulling her hand back to support her in the sand. She was ready to get some rest, and she knew that Ven would fall asleep right away once they got inside.

"Yeah, okay," Ven said with a light nod, taking a few seconds to comprehend what Aqua was saying. He yawned slightly, still sleepy for obvious reasons.

 

Terra smiled faintly at Ventus before he focused on himself, setting his hands on the ground and rising to his feet. It was time to get some rest.

Aqua set her footing and steadily rose from the ground. She brushed off her shorts and then turned to the other teenagers. "See you all in the morning," she said, bidding them farewell for tonight. Everyone needed their rest after such a long and tough week.

 

Kairi lifted a small hand and waved. "Goodnight," she replied quietly. She hoped they all had a good night's sleep, aware of what everyone had to do in the future.

Ventus picked himself up, giving a faint smile to the teens still on the sand in front of him. He noticed that it got darker out since he first shut his eyes to rest, and he realized that he must have slept through a lot. Whoops...

 

Terra nodded slightly in regards to his new friends, transferring the same sentiment as Aqua. The door to the shack was closest to him, so he went in first, Ventus following him in.

Aqua turned and approached the shack within a few steps, holding the door open until she was inside. She then pulled it shut behind her, prepared to sleep off the weight the past few days had on her in the company of her closest friends.

 

Roxas turned his head to look at the four people still with him. "I take it we're next," he said, referring to going to bed. The sun was already set, stars beginning to appear. If he and the girls were going back to the mainlands, they needed to do it now. And if they stayed here, that was fine with him. He didn't care either way.

Sora nodded, looking in the direction of Roxas, Namine, and Kairi. "What're you guys going to do?" he asked, referring to their sleeping situation. He and Riku would stay in the treehouse where he awakened, but he was wondering about his other friends and girlfriend.

Kairi's eyes rested on Sora's face, and she softly spoke her mind. "I was hoping I could stay here," she said. "With you," she finished through her heart. After what happened to Sora recently, Kairi didn't want to be very far away.

 

Roxas let his eyes find Namine upon hearing Kairi's response. He intended for his gaze alone to transfer the question in his head: What do you wanna do?

Sora smiled softly, his eyes meeting Kairi's. He was glad that she wanted to stay, because he wanted to be close to her as well. Because soon, he would have to leave her again to track down Xehanort and Vanitas. And there was no telling where that would lead him.

 

Namine looked to Roxas when she felt his gaze on her, and she only took a second to think about it. "I wouldn't mind staying either," she confessed. Sora and Riku were friends of hers too; she didn't really want to be separated from her friends.

"Okay then," Roxas said, smiling a little as he turned his head to look at the others. "Guess I'm staying too." He wasn't sure where he would sleep, but he always made the best out of what he had at the moment.

Sora nodded slightly, tearing his eyes away from Kairi's as he looked up towards the treehouse. I guess it's a good thing that place is so big, he thought. All of them could easily fit in there, and it would keep out the cool breeze that always came at night.

Riku pushed himself up from the sand, dusting himself off briefly. "We should head up," he said. He didn't really have a problem seeing at night, but he was more concerned for Kairi and Namine. Besides, he was beat.

"Yeah," Sora said with a nod, releasing Kairi's hand as he pushed himself up to his feet. But then he looked right back down at her and offered her his hand, his eyes finding her face once more.
