Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

Namine kept her gaze on the ocean, trying to figure this out now. She didn't know how much Kairi knew, so maybe she would just act like Kairi didn't know anything at all. It would be easier than to cause conflict where it was unnecessary.

Ben stepped off the path and onto the sand, camera looped around his neck. He saw somebody on the beach not too far away, and he picked his camera up to bring it to his face. He zoomed in, knowing he could get a good shot with this.

Namine sighed softly, lowering her head a little. She would have to hide that diary better in the future. How had Kairi even found it? She had it stuffed under the mattress, but apparently it slipped out somehow. That would be my luck.

Ben adjusted the zoom on his camera, his finger hovering above the button to capture the shot. But he stopped, looking through the camera lens to see that the girl was someone he knew. He lowered his camera and squinted his eyes. "Namine!" he called. Was it her?

  • Author
Namine looked up, loosening her embrace around her legs and turning her head to look where the call came from. The automatically smiled despite her thoughts, seeing her friend nearby. "Hey," she called in return, waving to Ben.

Ben smiled instantly and ran forward, holding his camera with one hand as he made his way toward Namine. What was she doing here by herself?

  • Author
Namine stayed seated on the beach, though she did release her legs and shift her position so they were folded more to the side. She smiled at Ben when he came over, surprised to see him out here. She wasn't planning on seeing him until later tonight.

"What's up?" Ben said, coming to a stop beside Namine. He looked down at her with happy but curious gray eyes, wondering what could make her come here alone. Usually she was with her friends.

  • Author
"Nothing much," Namine said with a faint smile. "What's going on with you?" It looked like he was focusing on photography right now, which was cool.

Ben shrugged, looking down at his camera. "Just thought I'd get a few shots near sunset," he said with a small smile. He had enough of the sunset, but it never got old.

  • Author
"Mm," Namine hummed, a small smile still on her lips. That was nice, because he had a lot of skill with photography. Surely he knew that she would want to see those pictures later.

Ben's small smile faded after a minute or so, and he looked down at her. "Why are you out here by yourself?" he asked, wondering that exact thing. "Usually you're with your friends."

Namine's smile faded, and she distracted herself by running a finger in the sand and doodling something random. "Um...I was at home but I got upset with Kairi, so I came here to try and think and sort things out." The beach was a peaceful place to think.

Ben frowned a little. "Oh..." he said. "That's no good." She had another problem with someone? Just the other day she told him things ended with Roxas... Ben had felt so guilty over that.

  • Author
"Yeah," Namine said with a sigh, faintly shaking her head. "I caught her reading my diary. I can't believe that she did that." Kairi normally was more respectful than that, but there was a first time for everything.

"Wow..." Ben said, sitting himself down beside Namine and taking his camera from around his neck. "I understand why you're upset then. That was a major invasion of privacy." Kairi seemed like such a polite girl. He hadn't thought she would do that.

  • Author
"You're telling me," Namine mumbled, taking her hand out of the sand and sitting it in her lap when Ben sat down beside her. What was Kairi even thinking? She probably wasn't, or she wouldn't have done that.

Ben turned his head to look at Namine. "I'm sorry," he said. He didn't like that she was dealing with that kind of stuff at home. At least it wasn't pranks.

  • Author
"It's okay," Namine said softly, looking down at her hands in her lap. Maybe it really wasn't alright, but lately, she was used to the bad things happening. That was just how things were now.

"No," Ben said, lifting his hand closest to Namine and setting it over hers in her lap. "It's not okay..." She shouldn't have had to deal with this at home. It wasn't fair.

  • Author
"Maybe not," Namine agreed softly, turning her hand so that she could hold onto Ben's hand. "But I'll deal with it." She had no other choice.

"Then I will too," Ben said, squeezing Namine's hand as he lifted his eyes from it to her face. He would be with her. He would help.

  • Author
Namine looked up at Ben and smiled faintly, her eyes a little moist. She nodded a little in recognition and gratitude, not knowing what to say. She and Ben weren't a couple yet, but they almost were. After all, they were holding hands right now.

Ben gazed into Namine's blue eyes in silence, his face subconsciously coming closer to hers. He stopped it before he got too close, though there wasn't as much space between them as before. Was he going to do it? No, she didn't need it right now. She was upset. But...would it somehow help her? To show that someone was there for her?

  • Author
Namine subconsciously moved closer to Ben as well, her face right by his. She glanced down at his lips a little and then looked up to his eyes, wondering...Were they actually going to do this?
