Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

Aqua nodded slightly, not knowing if Ven saw it or not, or really caring. She patted Ven's hand gently, hoping to somehow provide comfort.

Ven closed his eyes to keep the moisture in, a soft breath leaving him. He was still tired, but he wasn't going to sleep any time soon. He'd just sit here, and he hoped Aqua would stay. He felt bad for wanting that, though, since she needed sleep.
"What do you say we go downstairs and watch some TV?" Aqua suggested after a moment. "Maybe you can get your mind off of it." At least to allow him a small amount of sleep that was left in the night, or morning, since she wasn't sure what time it was.

"Okay," Ven said with a faint nod, glancing over at Aqua. That was better than just sitting here dwelling on everything, that was for sure.
Aqua nodded and rose to her feet, beginning to lead the way. She wouldn't tell Ven to keep quiet, since it was obvious Terra was still sleeping. She was sure the older boy would find out about this unforunate news as soon as he woke up, but she didn't think it was necessary that it happened now.

Ven uncovered himself and then got out of bed, walking to follow Aqua out of the room. Maybe he'd even fall asleep in front of the TV. That would be something wonderful, since he was so tired but still dwelling on the nightmare.

A week later...

Riku was currently sitting on the dock attached to the mainland, his furry friend next to him. He scratched her head lightly as she lay, staring down at the water. Things over the last week had gone well, for pretty much everyone. Well, except for Ventus. Word eventually got out of his past, and it was obvious that he was still affected.

A young woman rode her faithful stallion into an unfamiliar world, her two swords disappearing from her grasp when she entered the world's atmosphere. Odin landed on the sandy beach of Destiny Islands easily, and the girl dismounted her horse without trouble. So...This is the world he's in?
Jasmine's ears perked up, and she immediately started barking, moving around Riku to look toward the beach. He, being of good hearing, had heard an unfamiliar noise as well, one he couldn't recognize. He turned his head, hearing Jasmine bark in his ear as his aqua eyes fell on some animal that resembled a horse, and girl dismounting its back. Who was she? Certainly not someone from this world.

"Until next time," the young woman said to her horse, nodding faintly to Odin. The horse nodded faintly in return and then vanished, leaving the girl alone on the beach. Or so she thought. She looked around a little, seeing the houses on the island. What a small world this was.
"Shh, Jazz," Riku said quietly, pushing himself up from his spot. The dog whimpered in place of a bark, but then became quiet like he ordered. The boy kept his eyes on the strange girl that arrived on the island, his muscles tensing as he descended the steps to the beach. Something felt off, and it wasn't just her arrival.

It won't be hard to search this place, she thought, walking a towards the town. Still, she would be on alert, as she always was. Something felt off in the air, and that was why her hand was back a little so she could grab her sword if she needed to.
Riku saw that the girl was heading toward town, and given her entrance, "horse", and attire, he wasn't about to let that slip by him. "Hey!" he called, his voice loud, given she was a good distance away.

The young woman stopped walking, grunting at the call. She grasped her sword in its back and turned around, seeing who called to her. It was just a kid. She released the sword and impatiently stood where she was, figuring that he saw her entrance and was going to ask her questions about it. Terrific.
Riku approached the person before him, though he stopped so there were a few yards' distance between them. "Who are you?" he asked, hands curled into fists at his sides. If she gave off any information that unsettled him, he would show her that she needed to leave. Right away. He wouldn't let his world be endangered again.
  • Author
"Lightning," she responded, not feeling intimidated by the teen before her. And she didn't bother to ask his name, since she really didn't care. He wasn't the one that she was searching for. But if he got in her way, then she would pay a little more attention to him when she shoved him out of the way. She wasn't wasting any more time.
Riku furrowed his eyebrows. "Okay, Lightning, where did you come from?" he continued, his eyes not leaving her. "What business does someone like you have on the islands?" His eyes flitted over her clothing, and he registered some armor. Was she a warrior?
  • Author
"I'm looking for someone," Lightning replied coolly, only answering the second question. "What of it?" This kid needed to mind his own business, and cut it out with the tough guy business. He had no idea who he was dealing with.
Riku clenched his right fist tighter at the words, hearing the attitude in Lightning's voice. "Considering that you're wearing armor, have a weapon, and had an interesting entrance, I think I have a right to be curious," he replied lowly. That weapon hadn't gone unnoticed; nothing like that did with Riku. And the fact that she was going into town with that secure didn't sit well with him.

"I have the right to go and do whatever I please," Lightning replied, eyes narrowing slightly in impatience. She waited so long for the reunion with the person she was seeking; this boy wasn't going to stop her. "I'm not here to destroy your world." She was just looking for someone.
"And how do I know you're telling the truth?" Riku asked, taking another step forward. He didn't know, and that was why he was so on edge. But there was something about her. He couldn't decipher her smell; was she Darkness, or of the Light?
  • Author
"If I wanted to hurt you, I already would have," Lightning replied, hands in loose fists by her sides. "You're testing my patience." She wasn't here to speak to some kid about who she was and what her mission was; she was here to track somebody down. She knew he was here...somewhere.
Riku looked away, fighting the urge to roll his eyes. "Fine," he said. But if you say or do one little thing, you're mine. "Who are you looking for?" Lightning made him feel uneasy, and he didn't like it. The faster she left, the better.
  • Author
"His name is Ventus," Lightning said, softening a little at the mention of somebody she had been searching for for a very long time. She followed a lead and ended up here, and she was sure the lead was a good one. He was here...She knew it.
Riku blinked, his hands loosening in surprise. "You know Ven?" he asked in surprise. But how? He never mentioned her...
