Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

Sora walked out of the view of all the other people in his group, his eyes wandering over the place. He always was cautious, even if the Heartless weren't around this area too much any more. But he couldn't help but wonder too where Kairi and Namine were, since they were in Hollow Bastion while everyone else searched for Xehanort. None of them had been willing to leave them alone in Destiny Islands, which explained why Sora suggested they leave them with Leon and his gang for a few days. Nobody had been opposed to the idea, so that was what they did.
Kairi had taken the moment to relax, having been with the others (Namine and Leon and the gang) for most of the day, and the previous days before. She was currently in the area just outside the Bailey, where it was safe in the residential area. Except, she was looking out a the wide and spacious view before her, where she could see the castle and Great Maw down below. Kairi sighed softly, wondering what the boys and Aqua were up to; she hadn't seen them in a few days, as sad as that was.

Sora turned when he was up the stairs, his eyes again wandering. Of course, his gaze was attracted to a certain redhead, the girl standing and gazing out towards the mostly-empty part of Hollow Bastion. He couldn't help but smile weakly, seeing the girl he loved after days apart from her.
Kairi hoped they were all doing okay, because this battle seemed far worse than the ones before it. And she thought those were bad enough. That fact only scared her more than she already was, just wanting all of this Darkness to disappear. I lost Sora once, she thought sadly as she leaned against her arms on the stone barrier. I could lose him again...

Sora approached Kairi, his eyes staying on her even though she didn't seem to notice him. "Staring off into space again?" he asked softly, stopping a few feet away from her. He always seemed to catch her like that, especially lately. The first time he had returned to Destiny Islands on their journey, he had even teased her about it.
Kairi turned her head, her red bangs getting in her eyes a little; she could still see the boy she loved, though. A small smile graced her lips, one that was also out of embarrassment that he caught her. "Mm. It's a pretty easy thing to get into," Kairi joked back, used to Sora's humor and sneaking up on her like he always did. It was weird how he always found her when she was thinking about things, but she enjoyed his company.

"Yeah, it is," Sora said with a nod, shifting his gaze to the area Kairi had previously been staring at. He couldn't really come up with anything witty to say back to her; things were too serious for him to really be lighthearted right now.
Kairi kept her eyes on Sora, despite the fact that he looked away. "It's good to see you again," she said, tilting her head a little. It had been a few days. "Are the others back too?"

"Yeah," Sora said with a nod, looking back over at Kairi. "They're probably by Merlin's if you want to go say hi." Sora, on the other hand, needed to get going and look for answers about Xehanort. He just hoped Tron could help, or else this whole thing was pointless.
"Well, where were you going?" Kairi asked in interest. Sora made it seem like he wasn't joining them any time soon. What did he have to do?

"I gotta go to Ansem's computer," Sora said, nodding in the direction he had to go. "To see if Tron knows anything that could help us." Their searches had all turned up empty, so going to Tron was their only option left right now. He wished that wasn't the case, because he knew that his time with Tron could come up empty as well.
"Oh...well," Kairi started, turning to face the boy she loved. "Would you mind if I came with you?" I haven't seen you in a while, she wanted to say. A small walk couldn't hurt, right?
  • Author
Sora looked down at the ground for a second, having not expected that request. But...he didn't see any reason for her not to come with him; it wasn't like he was planning on going inside the computer. And honestly, even if this was a safe place, he would rather have Kairi with him then have her here by herself. "...You can come," he said after a few moments, looking up at her and nodding.
Kairi's lips turned up in a small smile, the redhead nodding as well. She was sure her expression and her gesture showed her gratitude, and happiness. Even though this wasn't the kind of quality time she had imagined with Sora, she would take any moment she could get with him, this included.

"Let's get going," Sora said, his faint smile disappearing as he became more serious. He was glad Kairi could be with him, but there was still business that he had to attend to right away. He'd have to relax with her later, after Xehanort and Vanitas were defeated.
"Right," Kairi said, her smile fading slightly. She then turned around, walking toward the Bailey, aware that had been the direction Sora was heading in. She was curious as to what kind of questions he had in store for Tron, and what kind of answers could be given back. Kairi guessed she was about to find out.

Sora stayed close by Kairi's side for the whole walk, though only one group of Heartless hindered them. But it wasn't even a large group, so it wasn't an issue. Eventually, they made their way through the halls and to the computer room that they were just entering now.
Kairi slowed her footsteps, letting Sora go on ahead as she admired the computer room and its gadgets for a second time. The last time she was in here, things hadn't gone well when Sora went into the data world. But as he explained to her on the way here, he was going to speak with Tron through the computer, not within it.

Sora stopped in front of the computer, seeing Kairi out of the corner of his eye but leaving her be. "Hey Tron," he greeted, a weak smile on his lips as he reconnected with a friend that he hadn't seen in a while.

"Well hello, Sora," a man replied from the computer speakers. His tone was light with joy to see his dear friend, especially after the episode that occurred the last time he was near. "How've you been?"

Kairi heard the voice come through in the room and she smiled softly. Tron was always so nice, from what she could remember. She didn't find it strange that Sora was good friends with him, since he was a person just like she was, only inside a device.

  • Author
"I've been good," Sora said with a nod, though he was never sure if Tron could see him or not. Regardless, what he said was the truth; he hadn't gotten into too much trouble...except when Xehanort extracted his heart. But he wouldn't throw that on Tron, not with Kairi here and listening in. Surely she wouldn't want to hear about that.
"Excellent," Tron replied, his tone showing that he was satisfied with that answer. But of course, he was curious as to why Sora came to visit. "Is there anything that you need from me?"
  • Author
"Actually, yes," Sora said with another nod. "I'm trying to track some people down, and I was hoping that you could help me find some kind of lead." Maybe if he knew more about Xehanort and Vanitas, he could grasp what their plans were and figure out where they were.
"Who are you looking for?" Tron asked, prepared to start typing away. There were many files in the computer. There was a good chance that he could find something on whoever Sora was wondering about.
  • Author
"Master Xehanort," Sora said, eyebrows furrowing slightly at the name. They would start with him, and then they could look into Vanitas. Wherever Xehanort was, Vanitas would be, and vice-versa. At least, he hoped that would be the case.
