A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things ) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

 

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way.

 

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

 

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

 

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

 

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh?

Light turned her head slightly in her sleep, and still believing her head was on the pillow, she lifted a hand to set in front of her face. Instead of the hand finding the pillow, though, she set it on Riku's leg. But in her tiredness, she couldn't tell the difference.

But Ven hates my guts, Riku though, thinking of the boy's approval of this. Actually, what mattered more was his own approval, and Lightning's. What would she think if she found out that he...liked her? Was that even what this was? He never even felt this way before!

Lightning lifted her hand off Riku's leg after a moment, rubbing her eyes. She sighed softly when the action was done, her hand going back to the couch. She was starting to wake up now, though she didn't want to. All she wanted to do was sleep.

His elbow against the armrest of the couch, Riku lifted his hand to his chin as his eyes left Lightning and went to the television, which was still on after all this time. He didn't really watch the show, though, too lost in thought.

Lightning pushed herself up to a sitting position, still thinking that her head had just been on the pillow since she didn't look over towards Riku. She leaned her head back against the couch and opened her eyes partway, gazing at the TV in silence.

Riku kept his position, though he did turn his head a little to look at Lightning. He didn't say anything, not knowing what to say. He just felt..different.

Light brought up her legs, wrapping her arms around them. But then another person jumped onto the couch beside her, surprising her. She looked over, seeing Jasmine sitting next to her and staring at her intently.

"She's gonna kiss you," Riku told Lightning quietly, his eyes on Jasmine and seeing the way she looked at the girl. Every morning, she would lick his face to wake him up more, and seeing how obviously groggy Light was, it was bound to happen.

"Wha--Ugh!" Lightning cried, squeezing her eyes shut when Jasmine licked her face. "Jasmine!" she whined tiredly, though she didn't lift a hand to push the dog away. What a way to wake up.

Riku smirked despite his thoughts a few moments ago, and when he saw that Jasmine wasn't showing any mercy, he decided to break it up. He leaned closer to Lightning as he reached across her, gently nudging Jasmine back, that way Lightning could actually breathe.

"Ugh," Light groaned again, lowering her face to her knees when Jasmine was forced to back off. Was this normal behavior for the dog? It sure seemed like it, since Riku seemed to know it was going to happen.

Riku chuckled a little, closer to Lightning as he made Jasmine get off the couch. But then he leaned back, his hand going back to the armrest. "She's lovable," he said, glancing at Lightning. Apparently she wasn't used to pets being like that.

"Not right now she's not," Light said into her knees, lifting a hand to wipe at the slobber. She didn't care how much she liked Jasmine; licking her when she was tired like that was irritating.

Riku lifted an eyebrow at the response, but didn't say anything more. Instead, he focused on the dog that sat in front of him. He leaned forward and started to rub her behind the ears, showing his love for the dog even if Lightning didn't seem fond of her.

Lightning lifted her head out of her knees, looking at Jasmine. And when the dog looked back at her with big brown eyes, she couldn't help but see just how lovable Jazzy was. She was cute.

Riku continued to pet Jasmine, his elbows on his knees as he did so. "You didn't mean anything by it, did you?" he said to her softly, a weak smile on his lips. She was just being her friendly self.

"She do this often?" Lightning asked, glancing at Jazzy before she looked to Riku. She wouldn't have the patience for a dog if she did that often enough; that wasn't a fun way to wake up.

Riku nodded a little, keeping his gaze on his precious pet. "Every morning," he said. "It's something you get used to." She often fell asleep in his room, and if he wasn't up by dawn, she woke him up.

Light shook her head slightly, glancing back at the dog. If Jasmine was her pet, she would have trained her not to do that a long time ago. Dogs were alright, but the rude awakenings were one reason why she didn't like pets.

"Not fond of pets, are you?" Riku asked, his weak smile from before fading away as Jasmine licked at his hand when he stopped petting her. He picked it back up again, though, just because.

Lightning shrugged, her arms still wrapped around her legs. "Not when I'm groggy, no," she said, some amusement present in her voice. That was a rude awakening...she just couldn't get over it.

Riku shook his head. "Told you to go back to bed," he said, patting Jasmine on the back before he took his hands away. He kept his elbows on his knees as he looked over at Lightning, a knowing smirk on his lips.

Lightning rolled her eyes, not bothering to look over at Riku. "Shut up," she said, though she said it in good nature. She didn't know Jasmine would wake her up like that, and besides, she couldn't have made it back up the stairs even if she wanted to.

Riku only chuckled, his eyes going back to Jasmine as she ran out of the room. He noticed when he woke up and Lightning was still asleep that Jasmine had been down by his feet, resting as well. Now she would be a ball of energy.

"You always have to be right, don't you?" Lightning asked rhetorically, setting her chin on her knees and tiredly looking down at the floor. Riku just had his I-told-you-so moment, and he would probably repeatedly bring up that she should have gone to bed.
