A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things ) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

 

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way.

 

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

 

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

 

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

 

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh?

Ven furrowed his eyebrows, looking over at Riku. "My sister didn't lie to me," he said firmly. She wouldn't do that to him; he knew that she was going to see Serah. He didn't doubt her at all.

Riku's eyes turned to Ven again, and his expression was grave. "Trust me, she did," he said lowly. He then brought his left arm up, hitting the armguard with his right hand. His armor appeared in a flash of light, his sight now tinted by his helmet as he gazed at his three friends.

 

Aqua blinked, taking a small step forward. "What're you doing?" she asked in confusion. Riku was leaving?

Ven furrowed his eyebrows, looking at Riku still. He spoke despite Aqua's question, some anger in his gaze. "Who are you to judge my sister?" he asked. "I know her better than you do, and I say she didn't lie." She couldn't...

Riku summoned his Keyblade to his hand, though he refrained from rolling his eyes at Ven's comment. He threw his Keyblade into the air, and as his glider was summoned, he looked at the youngest of his three friends. "Ven," he started. "Trust me on this one."

Ven shook his head slightly, not backing down. "It's either I trust you or I trust Light," he said. "I choose Light." She was his sister, after all. She wouldn't lie to him about where she was going.

"Your choice," Riku said, turning around and climbing onto his glider. "But just remember something--even family lies." He looked from Ven to Aqua and Terra then, nodding to them in farewell. He would be back, but he couldn't say how long it would take. He focused forward and his glider took off, the boy soaring up into the sky.

Ven watched Riku go in silence, Terra not saying anything either. Riku just accused his sister of lying to him, but he wouldn't believe it. When Light came back, she would tell him all about Serah and what happened, proving she told him the truth. He believed in her.

Riku soared through the portal that was summoned and disappeared from Destiny Islands. He flew through the atmosphere and flew toward his new destination. Hollow Bastion.

Lightning was currently locked in an intense battle with Maleficent, having been fighting her for a while. But without her Darkness plaguing her anymore, Light was proving to be an incredibly strong fighter. Even against the dragon and on her own, she was getting closer to victory.

Maleficent roared in pain, in her dragon form as she fought the ignorant girl before her. She'd been ambushed, the soldier having come and caught her when her guard had been lowered. And now, the girl would pay the price. Maleficent breathed fire around the area, hoping to catch Lightning within the attack.

 

Riku flew into Hollow Bastion, entering near the castle that had been his destination. Just as he entered, he heard a roar, which immediately made him tense up. Maleficent. He forced his glider to go faster, knowing that a battle had already begun.

Light did a backflip to avoid the flames, at the same time shooting a bullet towards Maleficent's head. She slid on her feet once she landed and stayed a few feet away from the fire, pale blue eyes on the dragon. I'm going to win this fight.

The dragon stomped her feet to cause shockwaves throughout the area, another shriek leaving her mouth. I will not lose to some foolish, pitiful girl, Maleficent thought in distaste, angry dragon eyes on the soldier before her. Little did she know that a very familiar boy was on his feet, racing through the castle to take her on as well.

Lightning waited until the flames died down a little before she ran forward again, jumping over the small flames and then leaping at the dragon's face. A battle cry left her lips as she swung at Maleficent's head, ready for this battle to end.

Maleficent saw the girl coming for her, and instead of taking the blow, she spun quickly. With her tail swinging, she hoped to land a hit on Lightning. She roared, as if to say, Get away from me, you pest.

Light's eyes widened when the tail came in, and it only managed to clip her foot. She landed on the ground with a thud, but she wasn't done attacking. She cast Ruin a few times while gathering the strength to get back up, the orbs going for Maleficent.

Riku ran through the castle as fast as he could, his armor now dismissed as he rushed to get to Lightning. She was the only one that could be attacking Maleficent, who shook the castle with a mighty roar. Riku knew it was one of pain; Lightning wouldn't be going easy on her. He skidded to a stop when he reached a certain area, a piece of the floor missing. But something else he noticed was the doorway that was open, another roar coming through there. "Maleficent," Riku breathed, grunting as he pushed himself forward again, pursuing the witch and Lightning.

Light got back up and tried swinging at Maleficent's neck again, hoping to either kill her or stun her long enough so that she could deal a fatal blow. And if that failed, she would have to take some time to cure herself. She was tired.

Riku ran in just as Maleficent cried out in pain, seeing her stumble over to the side a little. "Lightning!" he cried, eyes wide in fear. What was she doing? Was she crazy!?

Lightning landed on her feet, disappointed to see that the attack wasn't a fatal one. She looked over to the door in surprise, hearing a voice full of fear. Riku. "This is my fight, Riku!" she called to him, in her stance as she glared at the dragon. "I told you I called dibs." She would defeat the witch.

"Are you crazy!?" Riku yelled, tightening his grasp on his Keyblade. "Are you trying to get yourself killed!?" She was nuts! She may have called dibs, but he figured she meant dealing the final blow. Not taking on Maleficent alone.

Lightning ignored Riku's criticism, the answers obvious. No, she wasn't crazy, and of course she wasn't trying to get herself killed. She told Ven she'd be back in a few days, after all. She shot ruin at Maleficent's face again, at the same time jumping up to swing her sword at her.

Maleficent shrieked, feeling the sword cut through her scaly black skin. You fool! she wanted to holler, but instead it came out as an angry roar. She breathed fire once more in retaliation, noticing Riku run into the battle out of the corner of her eye. He wanted to join too, did he? She would teach that retched boy a lesson.

Lightning landed and did a few backflips to avoid the fire, breathless when she noticed Riku enter the fight. She took the opportunity to change to a different Paradigm and heal herself, the refreshing spell washing over her a few times before she felt the full effect.

Riku jumped up and met Maleficent head-on, swinging at her face with cries of fury. She was strong, he had to admit that, especially when she was in this form. He was the one who allowed her to have it in the first place. And if he ended up getting hurt, he'd be paying the price.

Lightning changed back to her Commando Paradigm and then rejoined the battle, jumping onto Maleficent's back and moving to stab her with the sword. "Riku, back off!" she ordered. It was her battle!
