A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things ) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

 

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way.

 

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

 

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

 

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

 

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh?

Riku landed on the ground, though he caught sight of Light. "No way!" he yelled in refusal. He wasn't going to back down from this! Even if this was her fight, it was partially his too. "I'm not gonna--Ugh!" He stumbled back, lifting his free hand to his sword arm, where Maleficent managed to snap at him with her teeth. He felt blood, which was making his arm damp. Riku growled under his breath, cursing himself for being so easily distracted.

Lightning furrowed her eyebrows and ran up Maleficent's back, swinging at the back of her neck when she was there. This stupid witch! She told Riku to back off for a reason; she was dangerous. And Light had this fight under control anyway.

Riku winced at both the pain and the sharp sound of Maleficent roaring, obviously from being attacked. It was Light, and he knew it. But Maleficent paid her no mind, and when he saw that he was the target, he lifted his left hand. It may have been covered in blood, but he still managed to shoot Dark Aura out of it.

Light shifted Paradigms again while remaining on the dragon's back, sending a few small Cure spells Riku's way. He was an idiot for jumping into this battle; she had it under control.

Riku felt himself be cured and he looked up at Maleficent. He gripped Way to Dawn tightly and while her face was so close, he swung at her, hitting her in the face. She reeled back at that, and Riku instantly took a few steps back. "Light! Get off!" he hollered.

Light shifted back into offensive mode, balancing herself on Maleficent's back for a few moments. Riku's call reached her, but she jumped up after a few moments and landed on Maleficent's head, shooting a bullet into the dragon's tough skull.

Maleficent cried out again, annoyed at the girl who was still attacking her where she couldn't reach her. The dragon stood on her hind legs still, but then she forced her front legs down to the ground, creating a shockwave. She witnessed Riku jump up to avoid it, and she breathed fire when he came at her face again. Even as a dragon, Maleficent smirked with triumph as he got burned by the attack. Stupid boy.

Light lost her balance when the dragon got down on all its legs, the girl falling off her head. She staggered once she hit the floor, wincing when some fire licked at her legs. She stepped out of the fire to avoid the pain, not bothering to cure herself.

Riku was currently on his knees, wincing at the burning pain that washed over him for the moment. But he stabbed his Keyblade into the ground, forcing himself to his feet. "Is that all you've got!?" he hollered to the witch in outrage. "C'mon! I'm right here!"

"Riku, leave!" Lightning ordered, enraged that he was trying to distract Maleficent. This was a battle that she would fight alone; she had been doing fine before he showed up, and she would be fine after he left. But for now, he was distracting her.

"Forget it!" Riku hollered over another one of Maleficent's roars. He wasn't leaving. He shot Dark Aura at the dragon again, too enraged by all she had done to walk away from this fight. She would pay for all she'd done, not only to him, but to Lightning as well.

Lightning ran over to Riku when Maleficent was hit by Dark Aura, her free hand gripping Riku's sword arm. "I'm not taking no for an answer," she said lowly. Riku was leaving, whether he liked it or not.

Riku looked over at Lightning, his eyes narrowed. "Then stop asking," he replied, pulling his arm out of her grasp. He wasn't leaving, and that was final. He could hold his own.

Lightning glared at Riku, tightening her grip on her sword. He sure knew how to tick her off. That was something that he constantly reminded her of, even in the middle of a battle with a fierce dragon.

Riku noticed Maleficent moving out of the corner of his eye, and he turned his head sharply to see what she was doing. Upon seeing her spinning, his eyes widened. "Look out!" he cried, pushing Lightning out of the line of fire. The dragon's tail, however, struck him, sending him flying back. The boy cried out before his air supply was cut off, landing on the ground and rolling until he stopped on his stomach.

Lightning grunted, falling down with Riku's rough shove. But when she heard his cry, she got over her pain. "Riku!" she yelled without thought, moving to run towards him without thinking about the dragon.

I don't think so, Maleficent thought, peering over her shoulder to see the soldier running for the rebel. The witch-turned-dragon brought her tail back and swung it at Lightning, prepared to do some real damage in just a moment's time.

Light's eyes widened at the tail that was coming for her, and she couldn't jump over it in time. She cried out and was sent flying back, hitting a wall before she landed to the floor, her sword clattering to the ground as she laid on her stomach by a patch of fire that was still burning.

Riku lifted his head at the cry, his eyes widening when he saw Lightning fall to the ground. He looked over at Maleficent. "Hey!" he cried, starting to push himself back up. But he didn't have time for that; Maleficent swung a claw at him, and forced him onto his side while his arm and side burned at the new cuts.

Light stayed still for a few moments, but when she saw Riku get hurt, she forced herself to move. She lifted her gunblade and started shooting bullets at Maleficent, hoping to capture the dragon's attention even if she wasn't prepared to face her again.

Maleficent turned her head sharply and hissed, though she stayed near Riku. So the girl wanted to play? Fine. The dragon forced hot air to leave her lungs, breathing fire in Lightning's direction, hopefully to get the stubborn soldier to back off.

Light was standing by the time Maleficent breathed the fire, but it didn't help much. She was near a corner; there was nowhere to go. She lifted her arms to try and block the fire, crying out shortly at the heat that felt like it burned her before the fire even hit.

Even as he lay on his side, Riku forced himself to reach for his Keyblade. He managed to grab it, and he lifted it just a little, aiming at the side of Maleficent's head. Freeze, he mentally ordered, sending a Blizzard spell toward the monster. It made contact, but that didn't mean Maleficent was happy. She turned on him and roared in his face, snapping at his blade. Riku grunted in surprise when she managed to rip it from his grasp and throw it to the side. His wide eyes followed it, seeing it clatter to the ground.

Light only got burned for a few seconds when Riku interfered, but the pain was still bad. Regardless, she shot at Maleficent again to try and distract her, seeing that Riku was currently defenseless.

Riku was surprised when Maleficent ignored the bullets, which he saw impact her neck. She was still pursuing him, which he didn't understand. He managed to get up on his hands and knees, though he did grip his side that she managed to claw. "Get out of my face," he ordered in disgust, seeing that she was staring him down and breathing hot air on him. He expected her to roar in his face, snap at him even, but he didn't think that she would do what she did next.
