A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things ) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

 

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way.

 

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

 

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

 

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

 

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh?

Riku winced, stumbling a few steps as he pursued Lightning. He saw her jump into the mouth of the cave, and he picked up his pace, jumping through as well. As he ran, he pointed his Keyblade at her back. Fire!

Light felt the fire impact her back, and she cried out when it knocked her forward. She rolled but then got back up on her feet and kept running, not being offensive because she didn't want to hurt Riku.

Riku ran down the steps to get further into the Cave of Wonders, mentally cursing himself for actually hurting Lightning. But, he had to. She was his enemy.

Lightning ran along a path, jumping over the poison mist that came out of the statues. She jumped up onto the higher platform and looked around, trying to find a way out. She couldn't use a portal; Riku would just follow her through.

Riku saw where Lightning was, and he skidded to a halt. He casted Thunder then, jabbing his Keyblade toward the sky. He almost hoped it missed, but his aim was never off.

Lightning grunted, lifting her arms to block the attack. It still hit, but at least it wasn't as strong as the fire attack. It seemed as if she actually had to fight Riku...She didn't see any close escape.

"You said I had to fight you!" Riku hollered, his voice carrying in the area. The poisoned mist stopped spraying, so he ran through it. "So stop running away!"

You really want to put an end to me, Riku? Lightning thought, tightening her grip on her sword. But she called out something else instead. "I don't want to hurt you!" she cried, looking down at him from her spot. She gave up her freedom to save him; she wouldn't kill him now.

"So you want me to hurt you?" Riku called up, looking at her as he came to a stop. "That's stupid!" He wasn't going to hurt Lightning without a good reason. Attacking her when she wouldn't defend herself would be pointless.

"I gave up my life to protect you," Lightning said, furrowing her eyebrows as she looked to Riku. "Hurting you now would go against everything I worked for!" He was still alive because she obeyed Maleficent. That was no small price to pay, and attacking him after how hard she was working to protect him would be stupid.

Riku's eyebrows furrowed behind his mask. "Since you already gave up your life," he started, "then there's no reason for me to fight you." He summoned his Keyblade away, emphasizing his point. If Lightning's life was already sold, then he had nothing to take.

"What?!" Lightning said in disbelief. "You have every reason to fight me! I'm going to destroy the worlds!" She had no choice in the matter...Maleficent's orders could not be ignored.

Riku opened his palms a little as his hands stayed at his sides, the boy shrugging. He wasn't going to attack someone when they weren't willing to fight back. Especially Lightning. He wouldn't do it.

"You idiot!" Lightning hollered in fury. "Fight me!" She tightened her grip on her sword, jumping off the area she was on and swinging her blade at Riku. He had to at least try to stop her!

Riku blinked when he saw Lightning coming for him, and instead of summoning his blade or his shield, he jumped back. He wasn't going to fight her. He didn't want to! "I've made enough mistakes!" he cried once he landed. "One more won't change anything!"

"Riku!" Lightning yelled, running forward and swinging her blade at him again. He had to fight back; it was his duty to defeat her! She wouldn't go down without a fight, but still, he had to stop her!

Riku grunted, doing a backflip to avoid the gunblade. He landed a few feet away, though he failed to notice how close to the edge of the cliff he was getting.

"Don't make me do this!" Lightning cried, not attacking him right away again. She didn't have to fight him, but he did have to fight her. He didn't have a choice in the matter.

"Do what?!" Riku hollered back, staring at the older girl from behind his armor. What was she going to do? He already said he wasn't fighting.

"This!" Lightning yelled, rushing forward the few steps between them and swinging her sword at Riku with all her might. She hoped he would summon a shield to protect himself, the girl not noticing how close to the edge of the cliff he was.

Riku took a step back in caution, but his foot slipped on the edge of the cliff. His eyes widened, but he grunted when he felt Lightning's blade hit him in the chest. The impact instantly sent him stumbling back, but there was nothing for him to land on. Riku cried out as he fell into the dark abyss below, his heart skipping a beat in fear.

Lightning's eyes widened in shock and fear, and she realized her mistake instantly. "Riku!" she shrieked, seeing him disappear into the darkness. What have I done?!

Riku saw the dim light from the area above fade, and he grunted when his back hit something below. Since he flipped and continued falling, he knew it must have been a sharp edge of the wall. He hit a statue of a genie below and then hit his head, which instantly made things fuzzy. By the time he hit the water, he was unconscious.

Lightning gasped when she heard a thud, that sound echoing throughout the area. She acted on instinct, forgetting that Riku was her enemy as she jumped down and hoped to land in the water.

The weight of Riku's armor made him begin to sink, the water beginning to swallow him up. He didn't notice, considering he was in darkness now.
