A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things ) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

 

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way.

 

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

 

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

 

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

 

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh?

Light nodded faintly, though she still had her doubts. She knew how bad this would look, standing by the Keyblade wielders and letting them fight for her. That was still betrayal, wasn't it?

Riku squeezed Lightning gently with the arm holding her shoulders. "Just trust me," he said softly. As long as he had loyalty, and he was sure he did from his friends, he had a feeling things would be alright.

"Alright," Light said with another faint nod. Riku was really driving home this point of trusting him, but couldn't he see how big of a deal it was for her to actually trust somebody? With her past, she hardly ever let anyone in. She never couldn't have predicted this close relationship with Riku, but she liked it.

Riku pulled his hand away from Lightning's head, his other arm coming back from her shoulders. He didn't want to let her go, but he had to. Somebody else needed to see her now that she was back, while there was still peace.

Light pulled back when Riku did, her arms folding over her chest. She assumed he just let her go because they had been embracing for a while, and she figured Riku wasn't the type of person who enjoyed hugs much. Was that it?

Riku kept his eyes on Lightning, though he did briefly glance toward the window. "I think there's someone on the beach that's been wanting to see you," he said softly. He couldn't keep her to himself any longer. Ven needed to see his sister.

Lightning glanced over at the window, confused about the part about the beach, but knowing who else would want to see her. And it was a person she wanted to see, too: her little brother. "Will you come with?" she requested softly. She didn't want to be alone, at all.

Riku looked back to Lightning and nodded. "Yeah," he said in response. He would go with her, though Ven wouldn't be happy to see him, for obvious reasons.

Light actually felt herself smile faintly in relief, glad to hear that. If Maleficent came for her, at least she wouldn't be alone. And facing her other friends could be awkward, too, since she was technically their enemy. She still was.

Riku motioned with his head toward the door. "Let's go," he said, starting to walk in that direction. Ven was waiting, and Riku wanted to get Lightning to him before Maleficent arrived.

Light started walking with Riku immediately, and during the walk, she stayed right beside him. She was close enough to hold his hand, but she didn't, wanting to keep a bit of composure and self dignity in front of Riku. When the reached the beach, she stopped walking, seeing a boy standing on the shore. Ventus.

Riku had his hands in pockets when they stopped, and he looked from Ven to Lightning. He saw her expression, but he only smiled a little. "Go," he whispered in encouragement, motioning with his head for her to approach him. He would be so happy to see her.

Light bit down on her lip in nervousness, but she started forward as Riku told her to do. Ven apparently didn't notice her, since he didn't turn around, but that was alright. What would he think of her? She wasn't the same person she was before. Regardless, she stopped by him and tapped his shoulder with one finger.

 

Ven came out of his thoughts when somebody tapped him, and he turned to see who it was. When he saw who touched him, his eyes widened in shock. But that shock quickly turned to glee. "Light," he said softly, having grown accused to calling her that now. He threw his arms around her in an embrace and felt her hug him back, and nothing else was said after that.

Riku smiled at the reunion happening between Lightning and Ven, but then he looked over to his friends, having heard Kairi call his name. He waved lightly and started over toward his friends. He would give Light and Ven some space.

Sora came over to Riku with Kairi and their other friends, and it was then that Riku explained how he brought Lightning home. It was risky, and now they all knew what was going to happen: their enemy was going to come to their home world. Unless they ambushed her first. Riku said she was in the Enchanted Dominion...

Aqua had her arms crossed, her eyes currently on Riku when he explained the situation. When he finished, she knew that they would have to attack, either on their land or her territory. It wouldn't be easy.

"It'd be better to attack her on her world," Terra said in thought, eyebrows furrowing as he looked over the group. "We'd be at a disadvantage because it's her home, but at least civilians won't get hurt." That castle was in the middle of nowhere, and only villainous people lurked inside it.

"Seems logical," Aqua said, looking up at Terra as he stood beside her. "But we'll need a well thought-out plan. We can't just barge in."

 

"Aqua's right," Roxas said with a nod. "If anything, we'll need to sneak in and catch her off guard. And with all six of us, we'll have a better advantage. Right?" His blue eyes darted around the circle, hoping for a second opinion.

"I'm not so sure all six of us should go," Sora said, eyebrows furrowed in thought. He looked up at Riku, asking a question that would help him think through his logic. "You said Lightning doesn't want to fight, right?"

Riku nodded, his eyes now on Sora. "Right," he said. But where was Sora going with this?

"Then it'd be best for her to just stay on the islands. But Maleficent probably wants us to leave her alone, so...somebody should stay with her," Sora said, looking over the group. Ven was the only one not in the group other than Lightning, but Sora had a feeling Ven would want to have a hand in hunting down Maleficent.

Riku felt Kairi's gaze on him instantly, while the others looked at each other. "I'll do it," he said then, volunteering. It didn't take much convincing anyway. He would do it, definitely.

Sora was surprised, since he thought Riku would want to hunt Maleficent. Regardless, he nodded to his best friend. "Better go talk it over with Ven," he said, motioning to the blond on the beach. "The rest of us'll come up with a plan a while." They needed to work quickly, before Maleficent came.

Riku nodded and turned around, uncrossing his arms as he did so. He saw that Lightning and Ven were in the middle of a conversation not too far off, but he started over toward them regardless.

Light nodded to what Ven said, patting his shoulder before her hand came down to her side. She was grateful to have him as a little brother; he just promised to be stronger throughout the remainder of this situation and fight. Not only for himself, but for Light. She had a feeling he would be alright now.
