A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things ) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

 

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way.

 

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

 

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

 

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

 

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh?

"We're going to get going right away," Sora said to add onto what Terra and Aqua said. "I'm not seeing any real flaws in the plan, so I think we can pull it off pretty easily." Of course, Maleficent liked proving them wrong, but it was five against one (and her weak minions). Maleficent didn't stand a chance.

"Right," Riku said with a nod, his eyes narrowed and sharp with seriousness. The sooner they got rid of Maleficent the better. He and Light would wait for their return.

Sora noticed Ven and Terra step away from the group to summon their armor, and Sora did the same after nodding to Riku and Lightning. He pat Kairi's shoulder when he walked past her, stopping a few feet away and pressing his shoulder guard to summon his armor.

While Kairi kept her eyes on Sora, Roxas leaned over and kissed Namine on the side of her head before stepping away to summon his own armor. It was time to get going.

Lightning saw everyone who was leaving summon their armor, and she couldn't help but feel worried again. She knew they were strong, but so was Maleficent. She had a bad feeling about this, but she didn't say anything aloud, since they would take care of this whether they had her approval or not.

Aqua had already summoned her glider, and she climbed onto it before turning her head to look at Riku, Lightning, and the girls. "Be back soon," she said with a nod. It would be a difficult battle, but they would be alright.

 

Riku nodded once at the words, knowing he could trust his friends. They would handle this, even if he wanted to be the one to kill Maleficent. But Lightning was more important.

Namine clasped her hands behind her back when she saw her friends fly off, the girl always nervous whenever they left. But they were sticking together for the big fight, so she knew they'd be alright. She'd just go home and paint or something until they came back.

Kairi waved to her friends before they all disappeared one by one into a portal. She then lowered her arm, sighing. She knew they would be safe, but still... She never liked it when they left. But at least Riku was staying.

 

Riku put his hand on Kairi's shoulder. "Don't worry," he said. "They'll handle it." For good this time. He had faith, and by Kairi's nod, he knew she did too.

"Kairi, you wanna go home and watch a movie or something?" Namine asked her best friend. Watching a movie would be a good way to kill time, after all. And it had been a while since they watched one together.

Kairi nodded with a weak smile. "Sure," she replied, and upon speaking, Riku took his hand away from her shoulder. She turned to him and Lightning, the same smile on her face. "See you guys later."

Light hummed and nodded faintly, lifting a hand and waving slightly to say farewell. She saw Namine smile faintly and wave in return before she started off in the direction of her home.

Riku crossed his arms as Kairi took off, catching up with Namine so they could go home. As for him, he wasn't sure what he and Light would do. He wanted her to focus on taking it easy, and he'd hang around to make sure she did it, and had company.

Light glanced over at the ocean after Kairi and Namine left, seeing the waves coming in and then going out. She didn't realize how attached she was to this place until she was taken away from it, and she had to admit, she missed watching the waves.

Riku turned his head to look at the older girl beside him. "Why don't you take it easy?" he suggested softly. "We'll be waiting a while." Maleficent wasn't that easy to defeat. Even with five Keyblade warriors fighting her, it would take some time.

Light looked back over at Riku, a little confused. Why wouldn't she take it easy? There was nothing else for her to do. "What're you going to do?" she asked softly in curiosity, and concern. He wouldn't leave her alone, would he?

Riku shrugged. "I'll tag along," he said in good nature. He wouldn't leave her side, not while Maleficent was still out there. He would protect her, like he promised.

Light felt herself relax a little, glad to hear that. If he would have said anything different, she would have asked to stay with him. She felt clingy, but she didn't really care. Riku didn't seem to care, either.

Riku caught something in Lightning's eyes that made him smile slightly, but then he turned his eyes to the ocean. "So, what do you wanna do?" he asked with interest. Obviously he would be right there with her.

Light followed Riku's gaze to the ocean, her thoughts from earlier coming back. "Maybe...we could just sit on the beach?" she asked softly. That was all she wanted to do.

Riku nodded. "Sounds good," he said, turning his head to look at Light again. He wouldn't mind that one bit.

Lightning hummed softly and nodded, starting forward towards the shore. She didn't know about Riku, but she was still tired. Maybe the sound of the waves could lure her to sleep, to a place where she wasn't so afraid of Maleficent.

Riku lowered his arms and followed Light, his eyes on her. She was quiet, after what happened in his kitchen. Was that good, or bad?

Light sat down on the beach, bringing up her legs slightly and setting her feet in the sand as she gazed at the ocean. She didn't know if the silence between her and Riku was good or not, but she didn't really have anything to say. If he did, though, he would break the silence.

Riku sat down beside Lightning, but he didn't stay sitting up. He lowered his back to the sand, lifting one hand to go behind his head. He looked up at the sky as his other hand rested on his stomach, the boy released a soft breath. They would just wait.

Light wrapped her arms around her legs lightly, just gazing at the ocean. She hoped nobody got hurt when they faced Maleficent; she'd blame herself if they did. Her friends were only attacking her so quickly because of Light...She felt guilty.
