A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things ) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

 

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way.

 

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

 

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

 

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

 

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh?

"I'm surprised you wouldn't just order me to do it again," Light said, her eyes showing her amusement. And her smile showed her joy, an emotion she felt because of Riku's confession. "Since you believe you have some kind of authority over me."

Riku's smirk grew a little more. "That's right," he said, nodding a little. He did, so why wasn't he taking advantage of his "authority"? "Maybe I still could..." But then that would take away the element of surprise; that seemed to be a common theme with his kisses.

"But...you're too much of a gentleman to order me to do something I clearly don't want to do," Light said sweetly, surprised with herself. When did she become flirty? Soft? This was so different, but...in a good way.

"Am I?" Riku asked, giving Lightning a look that he wasn't so sure. He had never been called a gentleman, only being told to be one by his mother when he was growing up. But if that was what Light thought, that was okay.

"Alright, maybe not," Light admitted with a smirk. Riku wasn't exactly a gentleman; she remembered when they first met, he threatened her. That wasn't very kind. And then he eavesdropped on her private conversation with Ven. But that was so long ago that she felt like it was a different Riku.

"Either way," Riku started softly, his eyes still locked on Lightning's, "you still like me, right?" He lifted an eyebrow, daring her to say no. If she did, he would make her pay. Jokingly of course. He felt that he could be...different with her now. After that kiss...

"Nope," Light said with a smirk, willingly playing into Riku's hand. She saw that raised eyebrow and knew that it was a challenge, and she accepted. But she wondered what response he'd have to that.

Riku kept the same look on his face, smirk and lifted eyebrow still in tact. "Hmph," he hummed, his eyes staying on Lightning's face. He suddenly leaned forward, pushing the girl quickly (but gently) to the floor.

Light's eyes widened in surprise, a soft breath leaving her as a gasp. She laid on her back but still kept her arms around Riku's neck, her hands linked behind him. She automatically looked up at him, surprised but amused by the action.

Not only did Light's arms around him bring Riku down as well, but he intended on doing so. He had his hands against the carpet, holding himself up as he looked down at her. "You wanna try again?" he said, giving her a look.

"Try what again?" Light asked innocently. "You're the one who pushed me down to the ground." She just said she didn't like him, which clearly wasn't true. But she liked this little game they were playing, whatever it was.

"Saying you don't like me," Riku replied quietly, his eyes on Lightning's as he looked down at her. "You don't think I'm attractive, at all?" He leaned a little closer, though he kept himself propped up.

"Did I say that?" Light challenged with an arched brow. She certainly hadn't said that Riku was unattractive, because in fact, he was quite handsome. Even if his hair was longer than hers.

"It was implied," Riku said, smirking a little more. At least, that was what he thought. If not that, then she had to "dislike" something else.

"Sure it was," Light said, rolling her eyes in sarcasm. She didn't think that came across anywhere, but whatever. Riku could interpret things however he pleased.

"If it's not my amazing looks," Riku said, his smirk now proud due to his own self-compliment, "then it must be my personality, though I doubt that's the case. Everyone loves my behavior." Now he was just being arrogant, but it was alright; this was all just a game, anyway.

Light laughed, unable to keep this charade up any longer. "Riku, you're ridiculous," she said, though it wasn't meant as an insult. She knew he was just playing, and she was too, but that was the only response she could come up with.

Riku smiled. "So I've been told," he said lightly. It could be taken badly, but he didn't mind. "I'm okay with it, and you'll have to be too." He wasn't about to let Light out of his hold anytime soon, staying where he was and keeping her against the floor.

"Oh yeah?" Light asked with an arched brow. "Why's that?" Why did she have to be alright with Riku's silliness; was it because she was going to be living in his home now, under his "rule"?

"Because," Riku said, his small smile softening as he looked down at the girl he had just kissed. "I'm fond of you, so you're stuck with me." Light would have to live with it, since she was living with him now.

"Aren't girls supposed to be the clingy ones in the relationship?" Light asked, keeping her eyebrow raised as a faint smirk appeared on her lips. Even if her question proved that she should have been the clingy one, Riku's behavior was...cute. She didn't think he'd ever be capable of verbalizing that he was "fond" of her.

Riku looked up at the couch a few feet away, thinking about it. "Well, Sora's really clingy, but...he does kinda act like a girl sometimes," he joked, smirking a little as he thought of his best friend and Kairi as a couple. The first few weeks, Sora couldn't stay away from her. Riku wondered if it would be the same with him and Lightning...if they were in a relationship now.

"It's not nice to talk about your best friend like that," Light scolded, taking one of her hands away from behind Riku's neck when her arms grew tired. She set her hand on her stomach, eyes still expressing her good nature.

Riku's eyes found Lightning again, and he smiled a little. "He's like a brother to me," he explained softly. "I think it's okay for me to pick on him a little." After all, Sora picked on him too, though it was rare.

Light brought down her other hand and set it on top of the other on her stomach, and though she wasn't touching Riku anymore, she kept her eyes on him. "Right," she said softly, nodding a little. She understood, because she picked on her little brother too.
