Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

Lightning furrowed her eyebrows at the name, but she'd answer the question anyway. She didn't see why she couldn't. "Lightning," she said, her tone hard. Back off, kid.

"Lightning? Bam!" Chris said, smirking at the name. That was smokin' hot, and the way this chick seemed to think she could intimidate them was even more appealing. He always did like going after the strong ones; it was fun to break them down. "That's hot. Am I right, guys?"

"Heh, fiery," Travis said in agreement, glancing over at his brother before his eyes fell on Lightning again. "Seems the name matches the personality and looks perfectly. You're smokin', baby." He would like to break her in. That would be a fun time.

"I'm not your baby," Light said, shifting her gaze to the guy who looked similar to Chris. If she had to guess, they were brothers. Regardless, she was sick of these creeps.

"Tonight you are," Chris said with a smirk. "Boys," he said to his crew, motioning for them to do their thing. They all walked around him and surrounded Lightning in a circle, though they left a few feet for Lightning to breathe and for Chris to talk to her. "Tonight, Lightning, you'll get your official welcoming to Destiny Islands. From me."

Riku approached the beach, the only light illuminating the area being that which shined from the moon. He saw it against the water, but he shifted his attention to one direction of the beach. There was nobody down there. When he looked the other way, he saw a group of people a little farther down from him, but he couldn't tell who they were from here.

"I'll pass," Lightning said, repulsed by Chris's behavior. And why in the world was his stupid posse surrounding her? They were just teenagers; what could they do?

"This is an opportunity you don't want to pass up, sweetie," Chris said, stepping up so that he was right in front of Lightning. "So I'll ignore that remark, and we'll just take you home now." She was coming, whether she liked it or not. What other choice did she have?

Travis's hands were down by his sides at this point, and he flexed them at the thought of taking Lightning home. He was sure sparks would fly. It would be very nice, once Chris was finished of course. He always did get dibs after his brother; it came with being the younge sibling of the leader.

Riku lifted an eyebrow, getting an odd vibe at the sight. He didn't get it. What was going on over there? Who would be on the beach when it was this dark, and late?

Lightning took a few steps back but bumped into another boy, who must have moved in closer when she was distracted. She grunted when he grabbed onto her lower arm, and she resisted the urge to flip him because she knew he was just a kid. But then again, even kids needed to get sense knocked into them sometimes.
I'll just pass by, Riku thought, starting over in that direction. Whatever this vibe was, he would figure out why he was having it whenever he walked by.

"You know, it's not nice to turn down my invitation like that," Chris said, starting forward towards Lightning again. "Here I am, making an offer to help you out, and you try to walk out on me. Now my welcome won't be so pleasant."

Light yanked her arm out of the other boy's grasp, glaring at Chris in front of her. "I'm not an idiot," she said lowly. "But you are if you think that this act is really fooling anybody. You're a coward and a womanizer. And tonight, you picked the wrong girl to pick on." She was tired and just wanted to go home, and since she was irritable, she didn't mind using violence to get out of this.

Travis blinked, but smirked despite the words. "Whoa, touchy," he said lowly. "Fiesty little thing, aren't ya sweetcheeks? You'll be some fun." For his brother, for him, for the others. Whatever. It would be a good time.

"Hmph," Light hummed, eyes narrowing as she glared at the boy standing past Chris. She was going to have the fun tonight, starting with knocking these creeps out of her way. She didn't need her sword to put these boys in their place.

Travis smirked a little more at the huff, and he looked to his brother. "All yours, bro," he said, waving to the chick. He would take the seconds. He didn't mind.

Chris smirked, reaching for Lightning's hand. "Come on, baby. Time for the real fun to start." He was going to enjoy this, very much.

Lightning lifted the hand that Chris was going for and set it against his chest, shoving him back a few steps without effort. His fun wasn't going to happen, unless he considered being beaten to a pulp fun. She was ticked and ready to unleash her full anger; that shove was just a preview.

Riku heard a group of "ooo"s as he got closer, the boy close to passing the people gathered around someone. What was going on? The vibe was stronger, worse. This scenario looked too familiar, as well. It couldn't be...Chris?

Chris only smirked at the shove, recovering his balance a few feet away. "The more you fight back, the more you prove that you're worth pursuing," he said, stepping forward again. "You see, we like to break down the strong ones. Call it our 'guilty pleasure'." He heard some soft chuckles from his other friends, and he just smirked at the disgusted girl that he stood right in front of again. You're mine.

Riku stopped at that voice. It was him. The boy instantly balled his hands into fists. Who are you picking on now? he thought, disgusted at the sight. It seemed like he was talking to some innocent girl, and it made Riku sick.

"You're guilty of something, alright," Lightning said without flinching, though she was growing tired of this game. "You're guilty of wasting my time, and killing my patience. Back off, and grow up. Your 'tough-guy' act is far from intimidating." She heard some guys "oo" at that, though Chris was starting to look a little steamed now. Oh well.
Riku gasped at that particular voice, his eyes widening and her name leaving his lips without thought. "Lightning?" he said in surprise, only a few yards away from the group, still going unnoticed. Until now. What the... What was she doing here? And with Chris?

Lightning glanced over her shoulder at Riku when she heard him say her name, noticing his presence for the first time. She was surprised to see him here, and if she wasn't mistaken, the group seemed unnerved by his appearance.

"Oh, so you two know each other," Chris said, rolling his eyes. "Terrific." His childhood rival knew the girl that he was trying to force to go home with him. Well, that would only make his victory more sweet once he got his way.

Riku's surprise melted away at Chris's voice, his eyes turning hard as he walked closer. "As usual, you're the one behind the trouble," he said, his hands in tight fists now. "I don't think I have to ask, but the warning's still the same. Back off." Chris had no idea who he was messing with, and Riku wasn't referring to himself.

"When have I ever given up that easily?" Chris asked, smirking slightly at Riku. He left Lightning alone for a few moments, focused on his old rival. He would get his way; Riku couldn't fight off his posse physically. And if he had to, he could always put a knife to the girl's throat and drag her away from here. Either way would work.

"Never," Riku answered, stopping only a few feet away from one of Chris's posse members. "You're more of a pain because of it, but somebody's gotta teach you a lesson sometime. Not saying it's gonna be me, but you won't have such good luck tonight if you keep this up." Lightning could do more damage than Chris thought she could. Riku knew how fearless she was.

"Since when have you not wanted a fight, Riku?" Chris asked, eyebrows furrowing slightly in confusion. What did he mean, he wasn't going to teach them a lesson? He always had been wanting to stop this posse before, but now he made it sound like he wasn't going to do much to fulfill that goal.

Riku shrugged a little. "I'm not saying I don't feel like slugging you," he admitted in the dimness of the night. He glanced over at the girl he cared so much for already, but his eyes quickly went back to Chris. "I hope you get yours from me, but I can't make any promises."

Is it that easy for Riku to see that I'm ticked off? Light thought to herself, having met Riku's eyes for a second before she looked back to Chris.

"It's not like there's anybody else here who'll do me in," Chris replied with a smirk, glancing at Lightning and then looking back at Riku. "Sora couldn't do it, and you never had the guts to do anything but talk. I'm sure tonight's no different." You might as well walk away now, Riku, he thought, glaring at his rival.
