Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

The next morning   Riku lingered in the living room as Lightning's guests talked on the sofas. It was the day after Sora and Kairi's wedding, and now that the event was over, everyone was heading ba

Riku turned his head, seeing Sora and Roxas not too far off. "Hey! You okay?" he called from his spot, still sitting on the ground. They both looked worn out, and again, that wasn't a surprise.

Roxas heard the voice in his direction and lifted a hand to signify that he was fine, but then he lowered his arm to the ground again. Man, he really needed a potion...

Sora turned in the direction of the call, seeing Riku sitting up and looking over at them. He nodded slightly, but then he decided Riku couldn't see the gesture from here. "Yeah!" he hollered hoarsely.
Aqua was sitting up by this time, and her eyes found the boys she heard calling to each other. She was glad to see that they were alright, in the best way possible at this point at least.

Terra was over by Aqua and Ven now, having gone over a little while ago when he found the strength to rise. His armor was barely in tact, but that wasn't a surprise considering how close he had been to Xehanort. But everyone was alive; it was good enough.
Aqua released a small breath, lowering her gaze to her legs. "We should find somewhere safe to rest," she suggested softly. They were all wounded and tired; they needed to recover.

"Mm," Terra grunted, agreeing. It was going to be a long walk back to town, but once they were there, they could rest up and maybe get a potion or two to heal their wounds. They all needed it, from what he could tell.
Aqua took Terra's response as one of agreement, so she wordlessly started to push herself up to her feet. She was weak, as they all were, but all she needed to do was get back to somewhere safe, where the Heartless wouldn't spawn despite Xehanort's defeat. There, she could rest.

A little while later, the group made their way through the two, Sora towards the front of the group as they turned a corner and Merlin's home entered his vision. They were in town, thank goodness. Now all they had to do was find a place where they could all rest.
Kairi was sitting on the small step in front of Merlin's door, having been waiting for some news after Ven took off. However, she hadn't gotten any. Regardless, she had her chin in her hands, elbows on her knees as she stared at the ground. But she caught sight of something moving within her vision, and looking up, her eyes widened. Sora!

Namine looked up when she heard footsteps, her eyes catching onto all six of the people walking in their general direction. They were all okay! Thank goodness...

Roxas walked slightly behind Sora, his eyes instantly finding the girls at the doorstep. Of course, his lingered on the blonde, smiling a little at the sight of her. And because a little bit of the lower part of his helmet was damaged, Roxas was sure Namine could see that.

Kairi pushed herself up with a small grunt, instantly running over to the boy she loved. She closed the distance between them in only seconds, since he had been walking toward her as well. She didn't care about his armor, throwing herself at him and hugging Sora, her arms going around his torso.

Namine felt herself smile weakly, the girl pushing herself up off the steps and looking at Roxas. She could see that faint smile, and it reassure her that he was okay.

Sora grunted, both in surprise and in pain when Kairi collided with him. He took a step back but fortunately managed to stay on his feet. He was glad she couldn't see his pained expression, his mask hiding his facial expression. His armor was damaged, one of the antennae at the top broken off and one of his shoulder pieces gone as well.

Roxas caught what happened between Sora and Kairi out of the corner of his eye, and he planned to reunite with his own soulmate in just a few seconds. The boy slowly walked forward, his legs feeling heavy from the long walk back. But he kept making his way over to Namine, regardless.

Namine took a few steps forward and met Roxas halfway, the girl stopping when she was right in front of him but thinking ahead and not embracing him in case he was hurt. Now that he was closer, he certainly did look like he was hurting. Her eyes automatically softened, and she wished she could see his eyes at that moment.
Roxas looked down at Namine, his faint smile still weak but turning up a little at the look in her eyes. He could tell that she didn't like seeing him so beaten up, but it was inevitable. He didn't like the fact that his vision of her was tinted, but he felt too weak to even lift his arms and take his helmet off. Roxas was just so drained of energy.

Namine brought up her hands, lightly setting them on either side of Roxas's helmet for a second as she looked into the glass of his mask. But then she stood on her toes and lightly lifted it off of him, the girl careful to do it gently.
Roxas closed his eyes when he recognized what Namine was doing, and letting her do it. When he felt the light breeze against his skin, he knew the helmet was off. It only revealed his spiky hair, though parts of it were matted to his head due to the armor and the hard work he had put into battle. Roxas opened his tired blue eyes, immediately finding Namine again.

Namine held the helmet by her side in one hand, her eyes meeting Roxas's when the helmet no longer obstructed her view of him. She lifted her free hand and lightly set it on the back of his neck, playing with his spikes and not caring if they were damp from sweat.
Roxas felt his shoulders relax a little bit at Namine's gentleness, his eyelids lowering a little because of it as well. He was afraid that he wouldn't experience another minute with her when he left for battle, always scared of that when he took off. But he was grateful that he got another chance at it.

Namine kept playing with Roxas's spikes, though she moved closer after a few moments and let her forehead touch his chin. Her eyes shut, and she was just so glad that she could stand here with him right now.
Roxas let his eyes fall shut, both out of relaxation and exhaustion. Namine's presence was only welcoming peace, it bringing him comfort that he hadn't had while fighting. That was what made it wonderful to come back to her, though, and he loved the feeling.

Sora had one arm wrapped around Kairi still, the other one hurting too badly for him to lift. His body was screaming in pain, but he tried not to let it show, since he didn't want Kairi to feel guilty for hugging him.
Kairi's hug on Sora had been tighter at first, but when she noticed that his returned embrace wasn't as secure, she loosened hers. That was when she thought of the idea of him getting hurt, and if he had any injuries. Thinking about it now, she noticed that he had appeared beaten up, and that made her loosen her embrace more. Oh...
  • Author
Sora had his eyes shut, his jaw locked at the pain. He was so incredibly grateful that his mask was still on; if Kairi saw his expression, then she would definitely know that he was hurting pretty badly.
Kairi let go even more, getting a bad feeling in her heart. "...I'm sorry," she said, feeling how tense Sora was as well. She probably didn't help anything...did she?
