A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things ) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

 

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way.

 

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

 

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

 

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

 

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh?

"I can't without my sword," Light said, faintly shaking her head. It helped conduct the spells, and she couldn't cast powerful spells without it. So she was stuck.

Riku frowned at that, but nodded. "Let me finish, and then I'll do it," he said quietly, focusing on wiping away the blood coming from Lightning's wounds. When it wasn't as messy, he would heal her.

Light nodded faintly, glancing to the side. "...Could you hurry up on that?" she requested. "The blood loss is setting in." It had been for a while, but now things were actually starting to spot. It was bad.

Riku glanced up at that, staring at Lightning for a second. But then he reached with one hand into his pocket and grabbed a potion, always keeping them handy for situations like this. He tossed it toward the ceiling wordlessly, though he focused on Lightning so it would affect her and not be useless.

Light lowered her head and shut her eyes, exhaling a soft breath when the spell washed over her. The wounds shut and she felt refreshed, the dizziness and haziness also fading away. She was alright.

Riku went back to cleaning Light up, seeing that her wounds were healed. Of course. Regardless, he wiped at the blood in silence, doing what he offered to.

"Thanks," Light said softly after a few moments, keeping her head down and eyes shut. She was glad Riku stepped up to help, because it would have taken her a lot longer to get cleaned up if she did it on her own.

"Don't mention it," Riku replied softly, standing up once Light's leg was clean. He then gripped her lower arm gently, starting to wipe the trailing blood off it as well.

Lightning opened her eyes and silently watched Riku wipe at the blood, noticing again how gentle he was. His gentleness always surprised her, because he seemed like such a tough guy. In battle, he was, and even around his friends he wasn't a softy, but Light saw a side to him that nobody else did.

Riku wiped at the last traces of blood, Light's arm now clean. "All done," he said, stepping over and starting to rinse out the rag in the sink. He was glad he wasn't squeamish with blood, or else this would have been difficult. But after all he'd seen, he had a strong stomach.

Light hummed softly and reached for a nearby towel, wiping off her arm and leg as she remained sitting. It was done, so...now what? Would Riku ask more about the incident, or go after Travis and the gang to get revenge right away?

Riku silently cleaned out the rag, though his thoughts were elsewhere. When he was in town, he didn't see Chris with his posse; it was just Travis and the others. So did that mean Chris didn't know about this, or did he just have Travis do the dirty work for him? Or the pitbull, in this case?

"...Are you going to stick around or go get revenge?" Lightning asked bluntly, looking over at Riku once the towel was back where it was meant to be. She hoped he wouldn't run off; she had the opportunity to spend time with him since Ven was busy.

Riku set the rag in the sink and put his hands against the counter, staring down at it for the moment. "Don't know," he answered softly. He wanted to go pound Travis into the ground for hurting somebody he cared for, but it wouldn't be the smartest move. Besides, he wanted to be with Light after such a thing happened.

"...Terra and Aqua are keeping Ven occupied the rest of the day," Light revealed, hoping that this could help Riku make up his mind. "Which means we can spend some time together, if you don't run off." It would be nice, and maybe they could have some peace for a while.

Riku turned his head, his eyes finding Light. In that case... "Okay," he said, nodding a little. He wouldn't have to worry about Ven trying to steal her away. That would be nice. For now, Travis could wait.

"Mm," Light hummed with a faint nod. It was settled, then. She and Riku could spend some time together without feeling pressured by Ven and get in quality time. But what would they do?

Riku kept his eyes on Light, though he tilted his head a little. He realized something then as he gazed at her--he hadn't felt close to her in what felt like forever. Actually close. The closest in the last few days may have been the night before, with the movie. But he found himself craving the close proximity they held the night Maleficent was defeated.

Light felt like Riku's gaze was pretty deep, and she felt shy at that. Shyness was new for her, something she felt ever since Maleficent made her lose her confidence in herself. She didn't know what to expect from Riku gazing into her eyes; sometimes, it felt like he was looking right to her soul.

Riku wasn't usually a sap, but...he felt the need to voice his thoughts. "I've missed you, you know," he admitted softly. Even if she stayed here, in his house, he didn't feel like they spent that much time together. That was because of Ven.

Light blinked, confused. "You missed me?" she repeated in hopes of elaboration. Did he mean when she was with Maleficent, or in the past few days? If it was the former, then that statement was really random. And if it was the latter, it was illogical. She had seen him in the past few days; she lived with him.

Riku nodded, his eyes holding Lightning's. He could tell by the look on her face that he probably didn't make much sense with what he said. But...it was just how he felt. He couldn't really help it.

"What do you mean?" Light verbally asked, since Riku didn't elaborate. She didn't understand what Riku meant, and she really hoped to understand it. What he thought mattered to her.

Riku glanced away at that, lifting a hand to scratch his cheek. "Uh...well," he started softly. "I guess...I just haven't had much quality time with you. You're either with Ven or too tired." He missed spending time with her, though having her stay with him could be considered enough.

"Mm," Light hummed with a faint nod, looking down at her lap. That made sense, especially last night. She had been so tired that she fell asleep on him during the movie. They hadn't talked except for their discussion about Ven, and that sort of drove a wedge between them for a short while.
