A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things ) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

 

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way.

 

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

 

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

 

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

 

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh?

"Nope," Light said, looking up to where she suspected Riku's face was. "I'm practically blind." It was a little disgusting, because she felt weak when one of her senses failed her. Even in common, casual circumstances like this.

Riku shrugged a little, though he doubted Light could see it. "You're not missing anything," he admitted quietly, putting his hand on the bed beside Light's arm. There was nothing different.

"I miss your face," Light said with a faint smile, though she wasn't actually teasing him too much. She wanted to look at him, since there was no telling how much time she'd be able to spend with him in the future.

Riku smiled at that, though a bit shyly. But even through his shyness, he reached forward and gently grasped Light's hand and lifted it to his cheek. "It's right here," he told her quietly.

Light smiled faintly, not fighting against Riku setting her hand on his cheek. "Not exactly what I meant," she said softly. She meant that she wanted to visually see it, not feel it. But this was the next best thing.

Riku chuckled slightly, but shrugged as he lowered his hand to Light's wrist. "Darkness didn't grant me the ability to control electricity," he replied. "Sorry." It wasn't something he could help, but he hoped Light didn't mind this anyway.

Light kept her hand on Riku's cheek, a faint smile on her lips. "I'll deal with it, I suppose," she said. As if she had any other choice. Like Riku said, it wasn't like he could control electricity.

"Deal?" Riku mocked, smiling a little in the darkness. "So it is my looks you care about. I knew it." He had mentioned it before, the first night they kissed, officially. Given the fact that Light couldn't see him and had to just deal with every aspect but his looks, he thought he got the right to tease her for it.

Light's faint smile widened, though her teeth weren't revealed by the smile. "You caught me," she said simply. But of course, that wasn't really why she liked Riku. She liked him, who he was.

Riku laughed a little, but otherwise didn't say anything. He just kept his hand on Light's arm and took in the feeling of her hand against his cheek. Even if it was dark and she couldn't see him, this was nice.

"You're just too handsome," Light said with a sigh. "I fell right into your hands." Meaning, Riku was able to pursue her because Light was caught under the spell of his dashing good looks. He was handsome, yes, but like she told herself before, she liked him for another reason.

Riku felt himself smile at that, and he ran his hand briefly over Light's arm as he looked down at her. "My charms are obviously still working," he said smugly, playing along.

"Obviously," Light agreed with a faint smirk. "I'm under your spell." That statement was actually true, while not referring to his good looks. She couldn't believe she was falling for Riku so much. It was exciting and scary at the same time.

"Spell, huh?" Riku said, lifting an eyebrow. "Never heard it called that before." Of course, when he thought back to how he used to flirt with girls before the Keyblade, he never got this far with any of them. Light was an exception, in a lot of ways.

"There's a first time for everything," Light said with a faint smile. She was the first person to say they fell under Riku's spell, but now that she thought about what she said, she remembered Ven said something similar, but in a negative way. Brainwashing was the term he used.

"Mm," Riku hummed softly, keeping his eyes on Lightning. First time... That was right. This was the first time he'd gotten so close to a girl, or became romantically involved with her. Actually, it was the first time he'd been romantic at all, or soft. It was new.

Light nodded faintly without lifting her head off the bed, though she did shift her gaze so she was looking up towards the ceiling. Her night vision was improving, but she still couldn't see much. It was so dark it was eerie in some ways.

Riku let his hand slide down Light's arm as he released it, his hand falling to the bed again. He could still feel her hand against his cheek, and he closed his eyes at the feeling. He'd never felt a touch as soft and gentle, not in a romantic way. It was...different, but he liked it.

Light smiled weakly at Riku's soft touch, but her smile faded away now as she thought of Ven. If he knew this was going on right now, he would be infuriated. He had said she would move in with him today, but with this weather, there was no way that was going to happen. So she had another night with Riku.

Riku exhaled a breath, feeling Light's gentle touch and hearing the storm still going on outside. He never actually had a problem with storms; sometimes he found them calming. Like now, everything made him want to fall asleep, right here, with Light.

Lightning lowered her hand from Riku's cheek after a few moments, her arm tired. Her hand somehow found his shoulder and then slid down his arm to where she lightly had a hold of his wrist. But of course, she felt his muscles when she ran her hand down his arm, and that actually made her blush in the darkness.

Riku opened his eyes when Light's hand left his cheek, and watched it fall down his shoulder and arm. The touch sent chills up his spine, but he fought the urge to shiver because of it. His gaze fell on her, seeing that she was staring up at the ceiling. He wondered what she was thinking about.

Light continued to stare up at the ceiling, not saying anything to break the silence between her and Riku. She was getting back to her thoughts of Ven again, and wondering what to do. She knew she had no choice but to move back in with him eventually, but she had to preserve what she had with Riku when she did that. And make Ven see that Riku was good for her. But how was she going to do that?

Riku wasn't sure if he should interrupt or stay silent, so he chose the latter. It was always the safest. He looked out the window when lightning flashed outside, blinking once it was gone. It was really storming out there, but that was alright. He was dry, warm, and comfortable. For more reasons than one.

Lightning sat up after a few moments, tired of laying on her back. She knew she wasn't going to figure out anything with Ven right now, so she would just try to enjoy the time she had with Riku. Even if she couldn't see him.
