Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

Light hummed, nodding faintly as a hand still gripped the bag. She also had on her bag for her sword, wearing it instead of packing it away in a bag. But she'd have to take that off when she reached Ven's; it wouldn't be good if somebody saw that she carried a weapon. Of course, she had other concerns right now, a lot of them concerning her and Riku.
Riku hummed a little, but not in a good way. That was the last bag full of her stuff, so now Lightning really had to leave. They had only been dating for a few days, but he was still sad to see her go. He didn't want her to, but he couldn't exactly stop her.

Light walked up to Riku, stopping in front of him and looking at him with soft blue eyes. She was really leaving...It was sad that this day had to come. But the days in the future would be even more sad, because she'd be away from him.
Riku stood up straight when Light was in front of him, but his eyes never left her. He lifted a hand to rest on the side of her face. It was true that she wouldn't be too far away, still on the Islands, but he still didn't like the idea of her being away from him. Overprotective or clingy, whatever it was, he didn't want to see her go.

Lightning faintly leaned her head against Riku's hand, though her eyes were still on his. She really didn't want to go now, especially not after yesterday. It started off rough, but it got a lot better after that. She was going to miss Riku.
Riku gazed at Light with soft eyes, seeing the look in hers. She was upset about this too, he could tell that much. He wished Ven wouldn't do this, but it was too late. Most of Light's stuff was already gone.

Light was taking too long, Ven realized. He came into Riku's house from the porch and walked upstairs to where he knew Lightning's bedroom was. He stopped outside the doorway and saw her and Riku, the sight making him furrow his eyebrows. "Lightning, let's go."
Riku's hand automatically fell from Light's face when he glanced over his shoulder to see Ven. His eyebrows furrowed slightly at the look on Ven's face, but he didn't say anything to him, instead looking back to Lightning.

Light glanced from Ven to Riku, and upon seeing the look upon the former's face, she knew that she had to go. She nodded a small goodbye to Riku before she looked back to Ven, seeing him start forward when she started coming as well.
Riku watched Light go, and he guessed that their goodbye wouldn't be completed. He stayed where he was, his eyes trailing the girl he'd gotten so close to recently.

Ven went down the stairs ahead of Lightning, and she paused there to give Riku another look. I'll see you around, hopefully. She started down the stairs, looking ahead so that she wouldn't trip and fall. It was impossible to predict with Jasmine could run out and trip her again.
Riku stayed silent, not knowing what else to do. This was Light's decision, and he had to respect that, even if Ventus influenced it. He would see her...soon.

Two days later

Light laid in her bed in Ven's house, her younger brother having given up his room for her to stay in until they moved into their normal house. That was sweet, but otherwise, Ven's actions weren't too kind. She had only seen Riku in passing the previous two days, and it made her sad. Ven was succeeding with keeping them apart. She sighed a soft breath, lightly asleep.

Riku approached his friends' house in the darkness, able to see clearly despite the lack of lighting. He knew which bedroom Light was staying in, and so he headed toward that window. He managed to climb the tree and make his way across the longest branch to the window, where he crouched down and leaned over the bit of space that separated him from the house. He knocked on the glass lightly, hoping that Lightning wasn't in too deep of a sleep.

Light furrowed her eyebrows slightly at the faint sound, the girl rolling over in her sleep. She knew it wasn't a part of a dream, so she forced herself to come out of her light sleep quickly. She opened her eyes and blinked a few times, sitting up in bed and looking to the window. When she saw who was there, she woke up fully. Riku?
Riku saw Light from where he was, and he pointed at the window, motioning for her to open it. He was so happy to see her, even if he was hanging out in a tree. He'd barely seen her the last few days, and he knew that he had to spend time with her tonight, which was why he was here.

Light pushed herself off the bed, able to tell by Riku's motion what he wanted. She walked over to it and turned the lock before she pushed the window up all the way. She was really curious about why Riku was there, but she didn't speak yet, just happy to see him.
Because of his stealth and agility, Riku was able to jump from the tree limb toward the house, grabbing the roof before swinging in. He landed lightly on his feet just inside the room, slowly pushing himself up from a crouched position before looking over at Lightning. She was a sight for sore eyes.

Lightning arched a brow at Riku when he came into her bedroom, her head tilted slightly as she gazed at him. "Hi," she finally said, voice soft and curious. Why was he here? She was glad to see him and all, but still, sneaking into her bedroom at night was pretty unusual.
Riku smiled a little. "Hi," he said softly, his eyes glued to Lightning. He could tell by the look on her face that she was wondering why he was here, but he would get to that.

Light smiled faintly, mentally shrugging off her thoughts. Riku was probably just here to visit her now because Ven was sleeping. This was the only time when they could see each other without getting caught (hopefully).
Riku tilted his head ever so slightly, a small hum leaving him at the sight of Lightning. He was so glad to see her... He opened his arms to her, which were bare except for his shoulders; the sleeves of his wetsuit were covering them, but that was alright. He would explain that too.
  • Author
Light's small smile remained as she stepped forward, wrapping her arms around Riku's lower back as she embraced him. She felt the fabric of his wetsuit against her, and that proved to her that she was right in guessing what he was wearing. But why in the world was he wearing a wetsuit?
Riku wrapped his arms around Light's shoulders and upper back, lowering his head to be near hers. "I've missed you," he said softly, not wanting to wake the others. If that happened, his plan for tonight would be ruined.

Light smiled sadly, leaning her cheek on Riku's shoulder. "I've missed you too," she said softly, remembering to keep her voice soft so she didn't wake anyone. That would have been bad.
