Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

Riku kept his arms around Light, his weak smile remaining at those words. When they saw each other the last few days, it had only been brief, and his gaze had lingered on her as hers had done the same against him. But he thought it was time to change that, and actually be with her.

"...Dare I ask why you're wearing a wetsuit?" Light asked quietly with soft laugh, her curiosity getting the better of her. She looked up at him, able to see him because of the moonlight shining in through the window.
Riku's smile grew at the question, and he pulled his head back a little to meet Light's gaze. "That's a surprise," he said softly. "You'll see soon enough." She was coming with him, even if it was the middle of the night.

Light looked up at Riku, her embrace around him loosening once she was further away from him. She shook her head a little in amusement, a small smile on her lips. A surprise? She really wasn't big on those, but at least now she was prepared for something to happen.
Riku chuckled quietly at Light's expression, the boy pulling his arms back and setting his hands on her shoulders. "I brought you something," he told her softly. It was essential to what they would be doing tonight, so she would need it.

Light let her hands come back down to her sides, Riku's arms longer than hers. "What's that?" she asked quietly in curiosity. What did he bring her, and why? And how? She hadn't seen him holding anything before.
Riku took his hands off Light's shoulders and stepped away, toward the window. He bent down and picked up the wetsuit he'd dropped when he came in. "This," he said, turning and holding it out to Light. It was her own wetsuit.

Light turned to follow Riku's movements with her eyes, seeing him pick up the item. "A wetsuit?" she said, confusion coming across in her expression. Okay, so Riku wanted her to dress in one too. But why?
Riku hummed softly with a nod, the boy offering Light the material. "Get dressed," he requested softly. "We're going surfing." On his way over here he'd passed the beach, and the waves were perfect for the activity. It would be fun.

Light felt the confusion wash away as she nodded faintly and stepped forward, grasping the wetsuit in her hand. Surfing...She had never done it before, but she was up for the new activity. It'd be fun, for sure. And she'd spend time with Riku.
Riku lowered his hand to his side when Lightning took the wetsuit from him, and he nodded to her. "I'll wait outside," he said, turning for the window. He'd hover on his glider until she was finished getting dressed.

Light hummed softly and nodded, going to the bathroom connected to her room to get changed anyway. She shut the door behind her softly and turned on a light, getting out of her shorts and tank-top to put on the wetsuit.
Riku heard the door to the bathroom shut, and he climbed back out the window just after. He summoned his glider and jumped onto it from the ledge, hovering skillfully just by the house so Light would be able to get on easily. Then, they were off to the beach.

Light came out of the bathroom a minute or two later in her wetsuit, turning off the light and going to the window. She saw Riku right outside and smiled faintly, getting onto the glider behind him with ease. She wrapped her arms around him, hugging him from behind comfortably.
Riku glanced over his shoulder at Light briefly before he took off, guiding his glider through the night air. They would go to the beach on the other side of the island, since the surfboards were already waiting there.

Lightning leaned the side of head against Riku's back, her gaze going towards the ocean. The waves looked rougher than they did in the day, but she knew that it was better that way. She didn't know anything about surfing, but it was clear they wouldn't want the waves to be too gentle or they would fail.
Riku lowered his glider toward the beach when they arrived, hovering only a foot off the ground so Lightning could hop off. A few yards away were two surfboards, one for him and one for Lightning. He didn't know how to surf, even if he did live on an island his whole life. Tonight would be an interesting experience.

Light hummed when she saw the two surfboards, and she knew Riku wanted her to jump off the glider then. She did just that, wandering over to the surfboards. Did Riku know how to surf? If he didn't, then this would be a funny sight.
Riku swung his leg over his glider and stepped off, dismissing the mode of transportation afterward. He saw Light a few feet away and he approached her. "Know how to surf?" he asked, his voice louder than it had been in her bedroom.

Light lifted a hand to one of the surfboards, feeling its smoothness as she looked over to Riku. "Nope," she said, faintly shaking her head. "You?" He probably did, since he lived here growing up.
Riku shook his head. "Nah," he answered honestly, a small smirk appearing on his face. "Never tried it." He'd been too busy daydreaming of other worlds or sparring with Sora in the past to really try it, but there was a first time for everything.

"Hm," Light hummed with a faint smirk of her own. "Then this'll be interesting." She had no clue on what she was doing, and Riku had no clue about what he was doing. This would surely be an epic failure on both of their parts.
"Hm," Riku hummed, his eyes currently resting on Light. But then he looked over at one of the surfboards stuck in the sand. He grabbed one and attached the ankle-strap around his lower leg before holding the surfboard underneath one arm. "I think I know the basics, so it shouldn't be too hard." Like paddling and how to get on the surfboard. It was the staying on that would be the hard part.

Light hummed again, bending down at attaching the strap to her ankle before she picked up her board and held it like Riku did. "I'm pretty clueless," she confessed with a weak smile. She really didn't know anything apart from paddling.
Riku shrugged a little, looking over at Light. "We'll wipe out together," he said with a small smirk. "How's that sound?" He would make a fool of himself, but that was alright. Things happened.
