A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things ) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

 

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way.

 

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

 

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

 

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

 

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh?

"But you have no other choice," Riku said softly, his hold on Lightning loosening slightly. He understood. He would take her back, so then she could sleep.

Light didn't move or open her eyes, adding onto what Riku said. "If I'm overly exhausted tomorrow, Ven might get suspicious," she stated quietly. He might think that Lightning and Riku got together at night.

"Mm." Riku nodded a little, switching his gaze to the person beside him. "Then let me take you home. You need your rest." If she didn't get it, then Ven probably would be suspicious, like she said.

Even after hearing what Riku said, Lightning didn't move. "When will I see you again?" she asked softly. She knew that she was going to be kept away by Ven, so Riku would have to make the next move to see her again.

Riku lifted his hand from Lightning's side to her damp hair, cupping her head. "Soon," he said softly. "I promise." He couldn't stay away from her for long. It just couldn't happen.

Light hummed softly, Riku's hand on the side of her head encouraging her not to move. She was glad for that promise, knowing that she didn't want to stay away from Riku for long. She liked him.

Riku gazed at Lightning for a moment, taking in her peaceful expression. She was content when she was with him; he could easily see that. The fact made him smile a little, and he leaned forward, connecting his lips to her head of pink hair.

Light smiled softly, able to tell that Riku was kissing the top of her head. This wasn't just physical attraction; it was real. She liked him, and he liked her. They'd make it through this trial. They had to.

Riku's eyes were currently shut, but he opened them when he pulled away. "We should go," he said softly, his face near Lightning's still from the kiss. He needed to get her home before morning.

"We should," Light agreed quietly. But she didn't want to, and clearly Riku didn't want to either. But this was just something that they had to do, so they didn't get caught.

Riku smiled weakly, a chuckle of the same fashion leaving him quietly. "Light..." he said. They really needed to go. She was clearly tired, and he didn't want her passing out on the beach. Besides, she needed to be home, in her bed, and in drier clothes.

"I know," Light said with a sigh, lifting her head off Riku's shoulder and opening her eyes. It was time for them to get off the beach, go home, and sleep. There was nothing else to do tonight.

Riku released Lightning then, and he pushed himself up from the ground, brushing the sand off him. He then summoned his glider to him, the vehicle appearing a few feet from him and Light. It was time to go.

Lightning stood up and wiped off the sand, letting Riku get onto the glider first before she got on behind him. She wrapped her arms around him and rested her head on his back immediately, still tired.

Riku left the beach as soon as Light had a hold on him, but the ride didn't take as long as he hoped; he was hovering outside her window in just a few minutes, where he had to leave her.

Lightning got off Riku's glider when he was outside her window, which was still open. She climbed inside her room and turned around to look at her boyfriend on the glider, sad to say goodbye.

Riku lowered his glider, wanting one more thing before he left Light for the night, and possibly a few days. He was close to the window, so his request wouldn't be too hard to complete. "Just one," he said softly, referring to a kiss. "Please?"

Light smiled softly, nodding faintly. She set a knee on the windowsill and leaned out a little, a hand finding Riku's shoulder as she gently kissed him on the lips. She shut her eyes, wanting to savor this.

Riku's eyes closed instantly, the boy leaning toward Light a little as he kissed her back. He'd been wanting one of these for the past few days, but of course, he hadn't been able to get it. So now, he would gladly accept it.

Lightning pulled back after a few moments, moving back inside a little bit so she was more balanced. "Goodnight," she said softly to Riku, her pale blue eyes on him.

"'Night," Riku said, his eyes on Light's as he softly nodded. His gaze lingered on her for a little bit before he finally tore his eyes from her, forcing his glider forward as he soared away from the house, going home.

Light watched Riku fly off out of her sight before she shut the window and saw her bed. She took only a few minutes to get dry and put on her pajamas again before she climbed into bed under the covers, getting warm and comfortable. But not as comfortable as she had been with Riku.

Riku reached home soon after dropping Light off, but she never left his mind. Even as he climbed back into his bedroom window and greeted Jasmine, who was on his bed, he couldn't stop thinking about her. He was falling for her...hard.

Ten days later

 

Lightning was currently in the middle of a sparring match with Ven, this not being the first time they did it. But this was the first day she suggested it, because she wanted to take out some steam. She had seen Riku once in passing after the night they went surfing, but after that...nothing. It was like he disappeared off the face of the planet. But she knew why that was, thanks to Sora. He told her Riku was grounded when he was caught sneaking out one night to see her. And that made her feel really bad. She drove a wedge between Riku and his parents.

Riku ran his hand back and forth through his hair, the other in his pocket as he approached the beach. He was currently staring at the ground, feeling like a jerk and a little mad at himself. He felt like a jerk for standing Light up that night, but he was mad that he got caught in the first place. How his dad knew, he would never know, but he did, and because of that, Riku was grounded for the last week or so. But today was his first day of freedom, and he was meeting Sora, Kairi, Roxas, and Namine at the beach. He just didn't know who else he'd run into there.
