A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things ) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

 

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way.

 

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

 

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

 

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

 

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh?

"Exactly." Riku released Lightning's hand and used both hands to throw himself over her and land smoothly on the floor, the boy standing up straight. "We all have aliases." His was kind of obvious, given the way his suit was designed.

"In that case, it could be dangerous for me to be seen with you," Lightning said, turning her head to look at Riku when he stood on the bed beside her. "If they connect me to you, then they could discover your identity." That would have been bad.

Riku turned a little to look down at Lightning. "I'm not too worried about it," he said. The last time he saw Warp, he was in normal clothing; the guy had no idea what his armor looked like. "To everyone else, I'm the Black Knight."

"Mm," Light hummed with a faint nod, pulling up her legs slightly and wrapping her arms around them loosely. Okay, so that problem was taken care of. How much of this had Riku thought through?

"So, my family's safe for now," Riku said, running his hand through his shorter hair as he walked across the room to look out the window. That was his main concern. As long as he stayed hidden, they were safe. Of course, that meant he couldn't go see them, but it was a fate he accepted.

Light nodded again, seeing Jasmine still laying on the bed. She scooted over and petted the dog lightly, touching her for the first time in five years. "But as long as Warp's around, there's still a threat," she assumed. And the threat wasn't just to Riku's family; it was to her to. Warp would try to kill her to get his watch back.

Riku grunted, crossing his large arms across his broad chest as he leaned against the wall to look out the window. He wasn't sure what to do about that, though. Warp was tricky, but he wasn't anything without his watch. Wait a second...

Light set her hands down on Jasmine lightly, furrowing her eyebrows as she shut her eyes. She didn't want to tell Riku that Warp was going to come after her again. He still had such strong feelings for her, so he wouldn't want to hear she was in danger. But, he had to know...

Didn't Warp mention that? Riku thought, his eyebrows furrowing over his stern eyes. He could have sworn he said something about the watch, but what was it?

"...Riku," Light started softly. "Warp's going to come after me again. And he won't stop till I'm dead." But...she was glad to be in this position, because she stole the watch. That's what released her into this time, right?

Riku tensed at those words, and even though they were hard to hear, he knew they were the truth. "Then we're gonna have to kill him first," he said, turning his stern gaze to Lightning.

"It's not going to be easy," Light said, eyebrows furrowing further over her closed eyes. "I didn't see any weaknesses in him when I fought him in the time continuum." The only thing that saved her was going with her gut instinct and stealing his watch.

Riku nodded, though he kept his position, arms still crossed. "We'll figure it out," he said lowly, but then his voice turned sad when he thought of the other part of this. Something that needed to be done in order for things to be set right again. "And then we'll send you back."

Light nodded faintly, opening her eyes and looking down at Jasmine as her back was to Riku. "If I go back, then none of this will happen," she said. "Everything and everyone will turn out the way they were meant to be. Right?" That was how she figured it.

"...Yeah," Riku said softly, glancing down at the ground. He wouldn't have this moment with Light. He wouldn't be this isolated or fearful of his family's safety and lives. But...would he be with Light?

Light turned at the sound of Riku's voice, and even if he was aged by five years, she knew that tone. "What's wrong?" she asked, leaving one hand on Jasmine as she looked over at...her boyfriend. Was he still her boyfriend, after five years?

Riku shook his head curtly, keeping his gaze down. I'm just thinking too much... Way too much. But ever since he heard Light was alive, that was all he had been doing: thinking. She made him ponder so many things, good and bad.

Light nodded slightly, picking herself up off the bed and going to the window by Riku. She gazed out it, eyebrows furrowed in seriousness still. "We'll need to defeat Warp before I can return to my time," she said, looking outside. "But his minions will be a problem." Even if two were defeated, the rest of them were going to be a pain.

Riku lifted his eyes to Lightning, though his expression stayed the same. "They're nothing but brats," he said lowly. "They've been bugging me for the last six months." Of course, they fled at the sight of him, but that was because he taught them a lesson the hard way.

"I got lucky and killed two of them back in Destiny Islands," Light said without looking over. "If we have to take on the remaining three and Warp at the same time, we're as good as dead." Even just facing Warp would be a challenge.

Riku lowered his gaze again, his eyes on the t-shirt he'd given Light to wear. "We'll need a plan," he said lowly. And he'd think of it; Lightning needed to focus on getting rest. He couldn't imagine what time travel did to a person.

Lightning set a hand on the windowsill, keeping her gaze outside as she tried to think. "What if we drew out the 'brats' first?" she asked. They could defeat them and then go after Warp.

"I'll think about it," Riku said, standing up straight and lowering his arms from his chest. "But for now, get some rest." Not only did Light look exhausted, but she looked ill. He knew the cause of both.

Light looked over at the random suggestion, shaking her head faintly. "I'm fine," she said. She was still feeling the affects of the hypothermia, but it was wearing off. She could stay up and think.

Riku stared at Lightning with hard, concerned eyes. For some reason, he didn't believe that, even if she was telling the truth. He wanted her to rest. After what he just saw her go through, he didn't want her thinking too much about something he could handle.
