Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

Darren was traveling through space with the other two members of the group, the only ones that remiained. He currently flew in silence, but when his radar picked up on a signal, he furrowed his eyebrows. "Guys, I've got something," he called through his radio channel. And he had a feeling just who it was.

"What's up?" Gual asked, riding in a different sector than the leader of their group. His search was running up dry, the three of them looking for the girl with the watch. They had been for some time, but she just...vanished. She wasn't on any of the worlds they searched.

"Nobody's picking up on my trail," Light said, one hand on the wheel as another came up to the earpiece in her ear. Of course, she was speaking to Riku, who was currently on another world and waiting for her to lure their enemies there. But first the enemies had to find her, and she wasn't picking up any signs of being recognized.

"I'm picking up a signal about five hundred feet ahead," Darren continued, glancing from his path to his radar. "And closing." His ship was obviously traveling faster, but that was besides the point. "I think this might be the one we're looking for."

Riku walked down the hallway of the castle, turning to go down the stairs. "They'll see soon enough," he said, already donning his armor. There was a way for him to not only pick up on Lightning's radio but also communicate back within his helmet. "Give it time."

"On my way," Rena said, punching in Darren's coordinates so she could warp to his area. She heard Gual grunt in agreement, and she disappeared into a warp hole a moment later, reappearing about two hundred feet away from Darren.

"You sure the radar on this thing works?" Light asked, glancing down at the small screen. Riku had this ship sitting around in case it was needed, and it functioned well for the most part, but she had a bad feeling about the radar. It just didn't seem...right.

Darren saw that his comrades were now on his radar, represented by blue dots. But Lightning, she was the red one, not too much farther ahead. "Initiating pursuit," Darren stated, adjusting his grip on the gears and boosting his speed.

"...You're questioning me," Riku stated, not saying it as a question. That wasn't good, since it showed doubt. He could have sworn the radar was in working order.

"Yes," Lightning responded, glancing over her shoulder. "Because I've suddenly got all three of them within two-hundred feet and the radar isn't showing anything." She furrowed her eyebrows and looked forward again, grasping the wheel with both hands. Time for the chase to begin.
Riku stopped just outside the castle doors, his eyebrows furrowing underneath his mask. "Okay," he said, his tone turning more serious. "Stick to the plan. I'll follow soon." He would have to, that way he could trap them in the world and force information out of them.

"This'll be some chase," Light mumbled mostly to herself, though Riku could probably still hear her. She was far away from the world they agreed to meet on, and the enemies were too close for comfort. She went full throttle and suddenly sped off, trusting they would follow.
Riku shut the door behind him when Light's words reached him, but he started down the steps in a calm pace. She would be alright, and he would meet her soon enough. But little did he know, Darren was pursuing Light at full speed, and wasn't planning on going easy on her.

"She thinks she can outrun us with that piece of junk?" Gual asked with a laugh. "Yeah right. Darren, orders?" What did he want him and Rena to do to box Lightning in? They had to take a fight to a world so that she couldn't fly to the one world that banished all dark beings.

Darren pursued Lightning, taking a turn through space as he followed her. "Take her left side, Gual," he directed. "I'll take the right. Rena, that leaves you at the rear." He steered to the side, eyes stuck on Lightning's ship. "Let's take her down."

  • Author

"Got it," Rena said with a nod, again hearing Gual grunt in agreement. He shifted his path so he could help Darren box her in and leave Rena with an open shot. She started with her part right away, shooting bullets at the ship that looked like it had seen better days.

Lightning grunted at the attack, making her ship dive down to avoid the bullets. They were attacking her in space? Good thing she could create a shield around her ship if she had to. Unless that was broken too.

Darren lowered his ship sharply when Lightning did, keeping up with her. They needed to box her in and take her down quickly, that way they could get the boss's watch back. It was too important to lose.

Light pushed a button to drop some grenades behind her, needing to get the others to back off a bit. But the button didn't work?! She tried another form of attack she could perform for people behind her, but that didn't work either. "I have no way to attack and get them to back off," she informed Riku, paling slightly. This just turned deathly dangerous for her.
Riku was sitting on his glider, waiting for Light's signal, but her words weren't exactly what he expected. "The controls aren't working?" he said in disbelief. That was...bad. Really bad.

"That's what I just said," Lightning said, suddenly veering south and to the right to avoid another attack from the ship in the rear. She realized she got off the path she was supposed to take then, but she couldn't help it. Now it was a fight for survival.
Riku grunted slightly, both in aggravation, fear, and response. "Avoid as much as you can," he said, lifting his glider off the ground. "I'll be there soon." He soared toward the sky, summoning a portal. It was time he got involved.

"Easier said than done," Light said with a grunt, maneuvering her ship to avoid the attacks from the ship in the rear again. What were those other two doing? "I'm way off track for NeverLand." She wasn't going to make it that far, not with all these guys on her tail.
Riku made it through the portal and into space just as he received Light's response, and he flexed his jaw. That definitely wasn't good. He grunted and forced his glider to move faster, knowing he had to reach Light quickly and help fend off the lackeys.

"I can't land a hit," Rena said in frustration. "Gual, Darren, do something!" Lightning was starting to annoy her. Wasn't this job supposed to be a cinch with all of them working together.

Darren glanced to the side, having caught up with Lightning. However, he was still somewhat behind her, but he had an idea. He swerved to the left, ramming the right side of Lightning's ship, near the back.

"Whoa!" Light couldn't help but cry out, her ship veering towards another ship at the impact. She heard more gunfire and lifted an arm to defend herself, at the same time trying to get the ship to go straight again. This is really bad.

"Gotcha!" Gual said, moving in and mimicking Darren's move. He was up for a game of bumper cars; it was a good way to totally ruin the ship and make Lightning crash land on some world.

Riku felt his heart skip a beat at the cry he received through his helmet, the young man knowing that he had to reach Light. And soon.

Darren chuckled a little, ramming into the side of Light's ship again when Gual sent her in his direction. This was too good.

Light grunted, gripping the wheel with both hands when Darren rammed her again, sending her at Gual. He did the same, and she saw the ship start cracking at the impact. "It's a game of bumper cars out here!" Light said through her teeth, feeling some static go through the wheel to arms. "I don't have much longer." The next hit could send her flying to whatever world that was down below.

"Just hold on, Lightning!" Riku cried, his voice showing his worry for her. Bumpers cars? That meant the rebels were too close to her. Way too close.

"Rena, do it now!" Darren ordered. The girl was distracted; Rena could make a clear hit now. It looked like Lightning's ship was almost up.
