A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things ) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

 

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way.

 

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

 

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

 

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

 

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh?

Darren put his arrow and bow away, nodding. "Makes sense," he said. He approached Riku, whose eyebrows furrowed even more when he came closer. "Say goodnight." He smirked and then moved in quick, but it wasn't fast enough.

 

Riku lifted his hand to grab one of Darren's that came toward his face. The boy was surprised, so instead lifted the other, but Riku grabbed that one as well. He twisted Darren's wrists and made the boy cry out before he lifted a leg and kicked the boy in the chest, sending him flying back to land roughly on his behind.

Lightning saw the action, and Rena turned her head to look at the scene as well. That was her chance. She jumped back right onto the ledge, though Rena recovered from her surprise more quickly than Light predicted. The girl swung at Light's legs, but she jumped over the sword and did a flip over the girl before she came up behind her and pushed her down so she was bending over the ledge, her hand also pinning the arm with the sword so Rena couldn't fight back.

Darren sat up and stared at the guy with wide eyes. "What the...?!" He didn't understand. How could a mechanic be capable of that, to someone who was already trained in combat?

 

Riku didn't do anything more, but instead just stared Darren down. He could see the kid's surprise, and he was sure it would be even worse if Riku summoned his Keyblade. But he wasn't going to expose himself unless he needed to.

"Darren!" Rena cried, voice strained as Lightning's elbow was in her back. This girl was so quick! She was too, but she found herself pinned in only a few seconds. And now she'd need some help from Darren to get out of it. If he could shoot one arrow into Light's back and kill her, then they'd be fine. She had a feeling now Lightning was bluffing the whole time.

Darren's head turned sharply to the side at the call and he immediately pushed himself up. He reached for his bow and arrow and had it in place, but just as he pulled back and aimed, he felt himself get struck in the back by something sharp. He cried out, his aim too high to hit Lightning. He fell to the ground but looked up, seeing a red and black Keyblade in his face. That blade... I've seen it before!

Light ducked instinctively, though the arrow would have gone above her anyway. She looked over at Riku and Darren, eyes wide when she saw Riku holding his Keyblade. "No!" she cried without thought. He just revealed himself to Darren! Knock him out, Riku! Kill him!

Riku heard the cry and glanced up at Lightning, but that was when Darren spoke.

 

"Rena, it's him!" Darren cried. "He's the Black Knight!" He was the one that was with this girl all this time, and fought against them for the past few months. He was the Knight!

Rena turned her head and looked over at the knight with wide eyes, seeing him out of uniform for the first time. "What?!" she couldn't help but cry. How could that be possible? She grunted when Lightning pressed her down harder against her back. She was stuck here, but Darren was stuck too.

Riku wasn't afraid of the mistake he made. This was just something he had to do to protect Lightning. "So now you know," he said lowly, keeping his blade at Darren's face. "What're you gonna do about it?"

 

Darren pushed himself away from the blade a little, though it didn't do much good. Now that he knew the real face behind the Black Knight's mask, this guy didn't look normal to him at all. Not like he had thought before.

"Kill him!" Lightning said, urgency in her voice as she looked over to Riku. He was in the perfect position to do it, and he couldn't risk Darren getting away and telling Warp his identity. His family would be hunted down if Warp knew Riku was his real enemy.

Riku tensed at the command, but he knew Lightning was right. He saw the look of fear on Darren's face, who scooted back again in fear. "Say goodnight," he mocked lowly, taking a small step forward and grasping the hilt of his blade with both hands. The kid had just enough time to yell out Rena's name before Riku struck him square in the chest with the tip of his blade.

"No! Darren!" Rena shrieked, reaching out her free arm towards him. She whimpered in horror when she saw Riku's attack land, and her eyes became moist. Her best friend...the person she was closest to...He was gone.

Riku heard the shriek from the girl, but he ignored it, grunting as he pulled his Keyblade out of the dead boy's chest. He wouldn't be a nuisance anymore. He instead turned his head to glare at Rena, then walking at an easy pace toward her.

Lightning looked from Riku to the girl that she had restrained, but then she looked back to her boyfriend, seeing the look in his eye. What was he planning on doing? Would he kill Rena too?

Riku approached Rena, glancing at Lightning and nodding ever so slightly. It was time for some threatening and questioning. He stopped next to them both, though he was within Rena's sight. "Tell us what you know about Warp," he ordered.

Rena turned her head and lowered it, biting her lip to keep herself from whimpering. All her friends were dead now. All of them. And she would be joining them soon, whether she ratted out Warp or not.

Riku lifted his Keyblade at the silence, knowing that he would have to resort to physical threats with this one. He set one of the sharp points of his Keyblade against the skin of the girl's neck. "I said, tell us," he demanded lowly, his eyes hard and without any sign of compassion. She was his enemy, and now it was his turn to get answers.

Rena grunted, squeezing her eyes shut when the tip of the weapon was against her neck. But still, she knew there was no point in cracking. Now that she knew the Black Knight's identity, he would kill her anyway. It would all be over soon.

Riku ground his teeth together at the silence, and he sent a small electric shock through his Keyblade to hit the girl. It wouldn't hurt her any more than a minor sting. He wanted answers, and he wanted them now. Because of Warp and everyone else, he had to go into hiding. He never got to see his family, and every day he had to pose as someone other than he was, that way they didn't get hurt. Riku wanted his life back.

Rena cried out softly at the sting, the feeling stronger because the neck was a vulnerable place. "Leave me alone," she begged, voice shaky. If she had to die, then she wanted to do it right away and not suffer any torture.

"This will be easier if you stop being so stubborn and just give me what I want," Riku replied sharply. He was done messing around. He finally managed to get down to the last of these punks, and he wanted one thing. "Where's Warp?"

"It doesn't matter," Rena said, furrowing her eyebrows over her closed eyes as she tightened her grip on her sword. Maybe she could get out of this somehow. If Lightning loosened her hold on her, then she could wound her and then flee. She knew the Black Knight had feelings for Lightning. "Warp has a barrier around his world that only he can control. There's no way to get in unless he lets you in." And that was the truth.

Riku kept his blade at Rena's neck, though his gaze fell on Lightning. A barrier? There had to be some other way around it. "What else?" he said, switching his sight to Rena.

"That's it," Rena said, further tightening her grip on her sword. She had to get out of this...She had to get back to Warp and tell him who the Knight was. He had been wondering that for months.

 

Lightning loosened her hold on Rena slightly, though her grip on her arm was pretty strong. Instead of keeping an elbow in her back, she set her hand there to keep her down. Riku's blade at her neck should have been enough to keep her still.

"You forgot to mention where he is, and to answer my question from before," Riku said, putting his blade a little more against Rena's neck. "What's with the watch?" He didn't understand that part yet.
