Forever Starts Now (1x1 RP with Forever Love)

Posted

A friend and I have been doing a RP for a while now, and it has been scattered across several threads on two different sites. It started as a group story (about fast food of all things xP) but then it transformed into something else entirely.

We request that nobody join in this RP or post anything on this thread; if you wanna say how awesome we are, message us some other way. :)

Um...You're free to read this for fun if you want to, but this thread has major Birth By Sleep spoilers. And since we've been doing this for a while, we will probably refer to things we've done in the past and you will have no idea what we're talking about. So if you want to save yourself from confusion, then you probably wanna stay away. If not, hey, whatever.

The plot was discussed and posted on another website, but here's a quick summary of the whole thing: It's the return of Xehanort.

Characters:

Peanut: Sora, Namine, Leon, Aerith, King Mickey, Terra, Ventus, Xehanort, etc.

Forever Love: Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Yuffie, Aqua, Vanitus, Tron, etc.

I believe I've said everything that needs to be said...Forever Love, let's get this show on the road, eh? :)

"Warp says it's essential for jumping through time," Rena responded, opening her eyes and glaring at the ground. Was there some kind of spell she could cast? No, not when the Knight could kill her at any second. She had to get away from his weapon before she did anything.

"And what's he going to do if he gets it back?" Riku asked, not saying "when" for obvious reasons. Warp wasn't getting that watch back. Light was keeping it; she needed it to set things right again.

"He wants to go back to his own time period," Rena said, subtly shifting her grip on her blade. Lightning was getting so focused on the answers that she wasn't holding onto her arm too tightly. In just a few moments, she'd be able to stab her side. "When it was stolen, it stopped him from jumping further into the future to his own time."

"And with the watch in his possession comes more destruction," Riku concluded, not taking his blade away from Rena's neck. That made too much sense. Things were already a mess now, and if Warp got a hold of that watch, everything would be worse. Much worse.

"He's not the only one capable of destruction," Rena said lowly, glancing over her shoulder at Lightning now. She grunted and moved her sword arm in, her sword piercing the soldier's side.

Light's eyes widened in surprise and pain, a grunt leaving her lips. She looked down and saw the blade, but then Rena quickly moved away from Riku and yanked her sword out, making Lightning cry in pain before she stumbled back a step and fell to her knees. How could she have been so careless?!

Riku's eyes widened, the boy blinking as he lowered his blade to his side. "Lightning?" he said in alarm, his voice holding a large amount of worry. His shocked eyes left her and darted to Rena in disbelief.

Light grunted, down on her knees as she brought up her hands to cover the wound. She felt the blood already, but she didn't have her sword on her, so she couldn't cure herself. She stared up at Rena, who simply turned and started running back to her ship.
Riku took a step toward Lightning and set a hand on her shoulder, wondering if she was alright. But he instantly knew the answer to that, and it was no. His eyes lifted to Rena, seeing her running off. He had to go after her, but...Light...

Lightning furrowed her eyebrows, seeing Rena run past her and Riku set a hand on her shoulder. "Go!" she ordered urgently. He couldn't let Rena get away now that she knew what his face looked like!
Riku glanced down, but nodded. He squeezed Light's shoulder briefly before taking off in a run, hitting the armguard and summoning his armor. He had a feeling this wouldn't be an easy chase.

Light looked over her shoulder to see Rena already in her ship, and she flew off a second later. Not good. She hoped Riku could fly and fight well, because his future depended on stopping this girl from revealing his identity.
Riku grunted and threw his Keyblade up and ahead of him into the air. He jumped up onto the small ledge of stone before he leaped off, landing on the newly-formed glider. He took off immediately, knowing he would have to work fast.

Light watched Rena leave first, but Riku was close behind her. He'd be able to stop her; he wouldn't let her get away when it put so many people at risk. The girl grunted, seeing her sword yards away. She moved just one inch and she was in agonizing pain, muffling a cry by pressing her lips together. This wouldn't be easy.
Riku knew that he would have to use the power his glider could provide for this; he wasn't like Sora, who could dual wield alongside Roxas. Riku charged up the force of a powerful beam, and released it when he was right behind Rena's ship. It was thick and colored red, black swirls swimming around it as he fired it continuously. She needed to perish, or his family would pay the price for his recklessness.

Rena dodged a few of the beams, though she couldn't help but glance behind her in fear. She thought he would stay with that girl! She cried out when her ship was hit, and fatally so, the attacks strong. The Black Knight wasn't going to let her get away.

Riku closed in on Rena a little more as he flew higher into the sky, pursuing her. He shot the beam again, knowing he had to take her down. He wasn't close enough to perform any close-ranged attacks; they would do him no good.

Rena grunted, losing control of her ship. Now she knew how Lightning must have felt when she was shot down. She found herself falling into another world's atmosphere, where she crash-landed. She miraculously didn't die on impact, but her life did fade away a few moments after that. She would go to join her comrades.

Riku swung his glider around, coming to a stop just outside another world. He just hovered there, not pursuing Rena any further. Something told him he didn't need to, that she was dead. Riku frowned and turned around, soaring off, back to Lightning.

"C'mon, Jazz, c'mon," Light grunted, reaching towards the dog. Jasmine had a hold of the handle on her bag in her teeth and was trying to drag it to her, but it was too heavy. Light furrowed her eyebrows in pain, laying on her side as one arm remained over her wound. The other was extended, towards Jasmine. This was bad...
Riku entered the atmosphere of his safe haven, seeing the castle immediately. He soared downward, noticing even behind his tinted mask as he got closer that Lightning was still brutally wounded. Not good, he thought, lowering himself more toward the castle so he would be able to help.

Jasmine dropped the bag and came over to her, whimpering before she licked Light's hand. "No, Jazz, go get the bag, please," Light begged softly, waving her hand so the dog would understand where to go. Miraculously, Jasmine seemed to understand, going back to the bag and biting the strap as she tried to drag it to Lightning.
Riku lowered his glider just enough off the ground that he could safely drop, and that was exactly what he did. He grunted as he landed on his feet, his glider disappearing. He saw Light up ahead, and he ran to her, coming to a stop next to her as he knelt down. "Light," he said a little breathlessly. Riku didn't ask if she was alright; he could see the blood.

Light looked up at Riku with a pained expression, one hand still covering the wound. She didn't bother speaking, her jaw locked so she didn't cry out or scream. The sword scraped her bone; that was always terribly painful.
Riku lifted his hands to his helmet and pulled his helmet off, setting it carelessly on the ground beside him. His eyes were glued to Light's, but then darted to her wound. He didn't know what to say...but then he heard Jasmine growl slightly. Turning his head to the side, he saw her pulling at something, seeming to struggle with it. Riku pushed himself up and approached her, seeing that she was pulling at Light's gun case. Riku patted her head briefly before picking it up, bringing it to Light. He set it down in front of her, kneeling back down.

Light used her free hand to push herself up slightly, her other hand coming off her wound and gripping the hilt of her sword. She pulled it out and let it expand before she pushed herself up more and stabbed it into the ground between her and Riku, her head lowered and eyes squeezed shut with the movement. But she was capable of magic now, and that was good enough. She tightly gripped her sword as she sat upright, casting a series of small Cure spells that eventually started to make the pain go away.
